The shopping was good they didnt have everything I wanted but no big deal. The cashier on the other hand had an annoyed look on her face with the customer in front of me and then when she dealt with me. She snapped did you want to purchase a bag? I told her no thank you. She replied with a huff and almost throwing my receipt at me and said you saved some money. Then immediately picked up her phone and started texting. People seem to think because theres a pandemic it gives them a right to treat other people like garbage. Not okay

I love shopping here, Larry and Beth Brown Bellingham locals run an amazing Grocery Store. I am able to find the best groceries and products fir the best prices around. I end up saving so much money in the end. Whenever I run into any workers, they have always been so friendly and helpful. Thanks you guys!

The Night Shift Employees are ill-mannered Ive been going there for the last year with my mother and the last few months I gotten horrible Customer Service, I didnt want complain at 1st thinking it was just one person having a bad day but months of this is ridiculous... its sad when I say thank you and use my manners more than them.

I can usually find enough good stuff to fill up my basket, and the price always beats other stores. Some items are only slightly discounted while others can be over 90% off. Grocery Outlet also has a nice gluten free selection.

Pretty good sure, first tine shopping there, but they had an amazing selecting of food. As well as their produce, I couldnt believe how big their mangos wede!!! Not to mention how perfectly ripe they were.

I hadnt been here in a couple months. BIG MISTAKE! I went today and got paper products, fruit, frozen items, fresh bread, meat, snacks, and even little wheel chips that I always buy in California at the markets. So the way you eat them is to put a little salsa (tapatio) on them and a squeeze of lime over it all. Yummy. The cashier was very polite and got my items through quickly.

Shop both Lynden and ferndale locations bi weekly. Love the staff and the prices. Clean store.

Why dont you let the customer know the expiration of the product on the product shelves. And what is the sense selling the product which has 2 days left, just discard that items from the shelves.

I was shopping in your store today and witnessed the employees kindly enforcing the mask rule. I really appreciate you guys doing this, it makes me feel safer and those who are elderly and/or immunocompromised appreciate this greatly. They also have bottles of sanitizer and bleach for carts and baskets outside.Those who are fighting against the mask rule need to get curbside pickup or home delivery where they cant infect anyone with their germs.

Ok so ive not had a Grocery Outlet where ive lived until now, and Im truly a fan because of prices and selection..period. Yet this one draws me back because of the friendly staff and they are kind about my service dog who I carry. Keara has been my checker both times ive been (yes Im a newbie) and she is truly delightful. Its rare you find people like her with kindness and beauty in the world we live. Good place to shop but the wait is at least 15 min every single time I come here. Then the cashier picks people that wernt even in line to cut in front of me. The prices are okay but the stock is always different and the wait makes it unbearable.

Cleaner than Bellingham store. Better selection too. Attentive to mask protocols unlike Bellingham GOs management, who has made it.clear they dont believe in mask protocol. All of our GO biz goes to Ferndale GO now.

Very friendly and respectful staff and great bargains.Some of the products rotate in and out. This means that while you might not always find everything on your list. It’s always fun and exciting to see what new products you can find for only a fraction of the cost you would find elsewhere.

I went here for the first time the other day and had the privilege of meeting the owner and manager while picking up some groceries. The store is clean, appears to be very well-run, and I could immediately tell the owner works hard and focuses on customer service while ensuring he has a solid store for the community. Great atmosphere and staff there are very helpful if you need help.

A cashier there named Sharon was very rude. I let her know that I had a bottle that I opened in the store to drink while I was walking around because of my low blood sugar and I still had to pay for it, she made a snide remark of no really? You could tell with her eyes she was glaring and didnt have eye contact with me or my wife or my son while she was talking to them, as soon as I left the store I called the manager and let him know what was happening. Besides that cashier the other staff that helped me my wife and my son get the supplies and groceries that we needed for his school project were very nice and very helpful and I really appreciated that.

Great prices helpful staff! I primarily shop there because they have organic and gluten-free products at a reasonable price! Plus the lines are not too bad there. I like it because its not too big of a store. One drawback is that a product that you may see there one week might not be there the next week.

Some decent deals here. The produce usually isnt fresh so I stay away from that area. It can be a little hard to find healthy foods sometimes. Its a good bargain for some items.

Fun to check their wine selection out. Ive found some excellent wines there. The prices are great,only 1 down side you may never see that Super bottle again. Thats what makes life exciting, right? There are many other good deals to be had,the wines are just one of my favorites.

As bargain markets goes, this is a very nice little store. There have a variety of items including some organic. I think their best value is frozen organic fruit for smoothies. Its a good idea to pop in here, if you find things you need, you will save money.

I like shopping at Grocery Outlet stores because you get discounts and save some money. Also like the different variety of items that they carry in their store. Especially they carry liquid melatonin in a plastic container. I have a hard time trying to find liquid melatonin in the plastic bottle. Love that they have reasonable price on items without having to pay a lot of money.
