They really know how to handle a crowd! Great work. Handled the orders with ease. The mass chaos and confusion and sues at about 8:00 and goes until close, get there early and dont give the youngsters any hassle! Theyre hard workers up there!

We arrived just mins before 10 and were served very quickly and efficiently. I could tell the staff was prepared for getting that last-minute-before-closing rush and they held their cool. My experiences are usually great but whoever made my banana split today put zero love into it. They were super skimpy with the toppings. It was a super small amount of pineapple strawberry and fudge. I basically got a big cup of vanilla ice cream.the more I think about it it wasnt a lot of bananas in it. Worse banana split ever. Hope I dont get that icecream preparer again she needs more training

My friend and I pulled up at 9 cause it says they close at 10 and there were people at the window. We were both wearing masks and social distancing. We walked up and one of the workers looked at us and immediately closed the shades in front of the order window, and after the other worker handed the people infront of us their ice cream they also immediately closed the shades in front of the other window after glancing quickly at us. Not a word was said to us about them being closed or at all and there was no sign to indicate what time they closed other then the times find online.

I visited this location tonight and Kirsten unfortunately was working the window. This is my usual location. I have the DQ app on my phone and went to use my coupon (just as I have done in the past) and Kirsten rudely tells me this location doesn’t except them. That this location has no way of accepting them. I told her I have used them there before and she asked me when. It was actually in August for my birthday.After 5 min of discussing the DQ app coupon she finally accepts the coupon, tells me the total and snatches my money. I work with the public everyday and no matter what type of day I may be having it’s not to be taken out on my customers. This was my first encounter with this employee and I hope my last. She turned my usually pleasant visit into a horrible experience.She’s the cause for the 1star.

Ordered a sundae with one topping and it had the smallest amount of topping given...if that was the case I would have just ordered straight, plain ice cream. The whole cup was filled with ice cream with a micro portion of topping that I paid for. The girl who made it was so skimpy.

Very great employees had on mask, but sadly so many customers did not have on any🤔 mask, had a lady said she was scared being there but didnt have on a mask 🤔really

A great place to go to beat the heat with a cool treat. They have plenty of benches and even a gazebo with additional seating in the back. There are bushes and flowers, it is well kept.

Its always a treat to get soft serve ice cream on a warm summer night but weve noticed you get charge for small extras like nuts and whipped cream on a banana split which is a staple ingredient

It was a smooth experience. They have a nice homey desgined sit down area. They stayed open till 11 which is nice and the customer service is good. I just didnt like that their prices werent visible. They just had pictures of the different things you could order.

Very neighborhood store. More like a rememberance from childhood. Very diverse crowd. This is a total outdoor experience, so think accordingly on rain, hot, cold days. Highly recommended no matter. Customer service was great and my order was quick. My only issue was the ice cream. I ordered two blizzards and by the time I got home I noticed it tasted sour. I was hoping it would taste better at the bottom, but I was wrong. It was my first time going there and that will be the last. I am disappointed and I don’t want to deal with that again
