Went with my daughter last night and couldnt be more happy with our service here. They were so sweet and recommended something for my daughter. She loved it!

We had been driving back home, from Clovis Ca( to Idaho ) for hours and in need of food and COOFFEE!! The staff here were so kind and friendly to me! It was a pleasure to be greeted with friendly faces! They hadnt received their delivery that day, yet they were able to come up with a couple of things for my husband and I to eat!! We were very thankful! Since this darn pandemic, I wasnt able to go inside the burger King across the street to grab a burger for my husband...we were in our Motorhome. Cant exactly drive one of those through the drivethru! Thank you to the staff at this Starbucks!

The only Starbucks in history to be out of just about everything, admittedly, and still charge full price for the drink missing components that make it THAT drink. OHhhhh Fernley, you kill me, per usual 🤷🤦

Ordered Trenta mango dragon with lemonade and light ice. Instead of less ice, I got less of a drink that wasnt even filled to the top. Major disappointment from this location. Less ice should never mean less of a drink. Physics wise ice takes more space then water but I still want a full drink, top it off with lemonade or tea but never leave it lower to a VENTI sized drink in a TRENTA cup.

I love their coffee and their coffee is the best on town I hope everyone gets coffee at Starbucks

100% of the time my service is fantastic. I’ve never been someone who goes to Starbucks every day but now I do because of the people. 10/10 it’s a great venue. The coffee is delicious and when I use the mobile app I get my coffee as soon as I get there.Thanks for making every morning fantastic!

Service and friendliness is great. Just be prepared to wait in a very long line if using the drive thru.

Super friendly staff and they were quick with the drinks. Starbucks is pricey these days, so all I hope for is fast and friendly service. This place checked all those boxes.

Coffee is good, but mobile ordering food is a total joke. They consistently forgot or didn’t notice we’d ordered food and we would wait 10+ minutes before mentioning it, at which point they’d add our food to the queue to heat up. Several times we mobile ordered and spent 30 minutes from ordering time to getting our food.

Everytime we have ordered a drink with extras (extra type of sauce, more of same ingredient, etc) it never happens if they are busy. We pay for them, it is listed on the ticket, and we dont get it. Definitely not a place to order a drink from if theyre busy.

I have to be honest here. 99% of the time I love their coffee. I get the same coffee every time. They have lost a ton of service from me due to wait times. When there are 10+ cars waiting and I have 4 kids in the car its just not worth the wait.

Friendly service, very few people inside, compared to the the Starbucks near my house. Baristas wore protective masks and the were plastic dividers between them and the customers. Service was a tad slow but the friendliness of the baristas made up for it.

I know we are in a small town and I understand with COVID but before COVID they always close when they want to.. open late, I go here almost daily and it is very frustrating when you arrive to find out they are closed 4 hours early or do a mobile order in the morning. To find that no one is there for an hour or so after the order was placed it becomes annoying to say the least! Staff is generally friendly, I have some that I absolutely love and others that I think need classes in be kind school! I arrived 5 minutes before closing the other night and the car in front of me ordered, at this point it was 3 minutes to close and they refused to take my order! I am a person who is here regularly and it almost made me never want to return! Then there is times where the ladies know my name and do the extra mile for me so I cannot say Consistency is a thing here.

Look I love Starbucks it is one of the most my favorite coffee shop but I have a problem with the one here in town how do you not have all of your supplys for drinks people count on you guys to make our favorite drinks and then come to find out they are out of supply its just frustrating

I asked for a blended white chocolate mocha. They gave me a hot. They let me keep it. But I ordered a Venti. Then they bring me a grande. I also asked for no whip. Also got whip.

Came here on NYD and they said they closed at 6. I was in the drive through before 6 came around and they refused to serve me even though I had been sitting there well before 6. They didnt even talk to me when I pulled up to the window. They saw me but never said anything or tried to speak to me. Dont suggest coming here. Rude customer service!

I was just passing through, and stopped at this Starbucks early in the morning. I don’t the name of the person was working at the drive thru, but she was just the sweetest! Really brightened my morning.

First thing in the morning there was a long line of cars at drive thru....the employees were so quick there was very little wait. Drinks were great!

The customer service seems to really be going downhill🥺. Id say the only consistency is Cindy, whos always so friendly and helpful. But most of the other people Ive dealt with there lately really not make me want to come here. The drinks are the same way. Maybe every other three times, itll taste great. I ordered a kids hot cocoa yesterday, and it was burning hot. Luckily I tried it before giving it to my daughter. I could feel the heat thru the cup. And then when they put my order up (I ordered thru the app), she just said, done instead of my name.It was a busy time and Im glad I was right there to realize they were my drinks. Especially in this time with whats going on with covid, I wouldnt want other people touching my drinks to see if theyre theirs. Its really a bummer!

Fast service and courteous and helpful employees

July 4 2020. More than 40 minutes in drive through line, and Im still 4 cars from the window. Each car takes in excess of 5 min after reaching the window. The car at the window as I write this, has been at the window for 7 minutes. ..absolutely, inexcusably awful.

You have to get the Mango Dragon Fruit with Lemonade. Best drink on earth right now.

I have never had a good experience at this Starbucks. I only go because its the only one in town. There is ALWAYS a line and the employees are rude. Not necessarily rude to me, but rude to each other. I have heard on more than one occasion, the manager berating or belittling the employees in her charge. I have also seen employees talk behind each others backs... right in front of customers! Its a terrible place to go and I cant imagine working there!!

I was happy that this location was open later than most. But Im really beginning to wonder why I waste my money on Starbucks anymore - except that they are everywhere. I just got the worst cold brew with vanilla sweet cream ever! Normally smooth tasting, this tasted burnt and they didnt add enough cream. Traveling through so I couldnt take it back.

The Starbucks at 1201 Penny Lane in Fernley was not good, my drink was not made properly, it was messy, took too long, was not hot, and I will not be returning to this location. This is not the first time this location has given us less than satisfying service. We visit Starbucks at least once a day and it is very disappointing that this is the closest one to our house.

Happy to find a vegan breakfast option. Coffee was fine as usual.

Disappointed. I buy the drinks specified in the happy hour, use my card that they require you to use and I still got charged up for all the items. I even asked if it was the day of happy hour. Got a yes. Still got charged the full amount. I didnt get a receipt or i would have caught it in the drive through. The food was good though and the drinks were fresh and the right ones. 50% happy 50% disappointed

I try to give this Starbucks the benefit of the doubt and the people are nice however every single time I come here theyre out of everything I want to order and the same excuse isThey wont send is anymore.. however other Starbucks have the things they wont send to the Fernley store. Management should probably run better for this stores sake.

Whenever Im passing through I make a point to stop. Baristas are awesome, they really try to engage in conversation. Super service as always and my drinks are on point. Keep up the good work!

They are always super busy but they work quickly. Friendly employees and they always get my order right.

On a consistent basis, this location FAILS to deliver when placing a mobile order. This last time, Sunday, at noon, I placed an order at 1205, and AFTER waiting in the store 15 minutes - 20 minutes after placing the order, it was completed. I watched people come and go, but my mobile order took 20 minutes!!! I would love to think this is a one-off, but no. It does not matter day or time, as this happens regularly.

I find Starbucks way too expensive for my taste. I can make the same tasting coffee at home. Better yet, McDonalds has wonderful coffee choices for much lower prices.

Drinks are so good and worth the wait when there is a line. The girls who work there are always so sweet and really just make my day!

They are always out of food and the most common drinks. The service is ALWAYS super slow. They get drink orders wrong all the time. Disappointing.

As far as morning coffee, its great if you go in during the week. The weekend crew is always slow and not as friendly. Food and coffee are consistent with Starbucks standards.

Unfortunately, I have to give the morning staff a low rating. They only acknowledge your existence when you are handing them your money. Ive had it happen a number of times where Ive done a mobile order and they couldnt make my drink because, they were out of this thing or that. Not a problem this happens. My problem is that I stand at the counter for 10+ min waiting for someone to assist me in getting a new drink or to revise my original order. Instead I watch as they actively avoid making eye contact because they dont want to remake a drink they havent even started and instead, make themselves real busy with everything but helping some girl, standing at the counter, holding an empty cup that they wrote on that states they were out of something, which enabled them to make the drink.I guess if you go to this Starbucks in the morning, make sure you have plenty of time.

If I could give a 0 star I would. This starbucks is always out of things. We went yesterday and it took over 25 minutes to get 2 drinks but the worst part was the chasier kept asking my husband if he had been waiting long. She even at one point asked if he had gotten his drinks yet finally he answered you know iv been waiting you took my order. She replied it had been a long wait because of the drive through. They should be operating both at once not one and then the other. This was a terrible experience.

I ordered a drink that I ordered at least three times a week and Olivia decided to tell me she makes the drink how she is taught and take it or leave it. Very rude! Did not offer to add the correct ingredients in the drink. Don’t recommend this place!!

Worst caramel macchiato ever... Supposed to be blonde... Was not and I had to go back in for caramel drizzle that was also forgotten ... Took almost 20 minutes to just get my drink... It was not that busy

Nothing unusual to report. Good muffins for the kiddos and good travel fuel for me. Caffeine and sugar!

I like going into this Starbucks when I have time because its relaxing to drink my coffee and eat my snack. Otherwise the drive thru is pretty quick and Im never left waiting too long.

Our local Starbucks is extradorinarily generous to our community. They help the local food pantry by donating goods that benefit all involved. Cheers!

Good coffee excellent company. They helped me when I was homeless with water and a bathroom. They let me hang out inside.

I come almost daily and get the same drink, and it tastes different every day (and I know when it is not made with coconut milk like I request) . When I was using the mobile app and just running in to get drink I felt that customer survive was awful. I would say thank you and have a good day and most of the time no one would acknowledge me, so I stopped using the app. Other than those few things I have had Okay experiences.

Great staff, clean place, prices the same as any other starbucks. Seating area is pretty tiny, but almost never occupied (really small town). Wife came here and was the last car in a line of cars. She had her drink paid for by the driver of the car in front of her, the whole line of cars had been paying it forward.
