There was a bit of a mix-up with my insurance and they weren’t sure if my vehicle was drivable or not. The receptionist called me and I cleared it up. The estimate didn’t take long and they were up front about ordering/possible delay of parts etc.

From the first moment I called, Jennifer was wonderful. She put me in touch with Greg, who handled the estimate and repairs. He walked me through the estimate over the phone, so I knew exactly what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised. I will definitely recommend Caliber Collision.

I had some minor curb rash on one wheel, the issue was only cosmetic. I received a quote for $600+ to fix it. I then received a call informing me that the price would actually be $470.Estimates from other companies in South County area were in the $125-$200 range. Be careful of price gouging.

Easily scheduled, fast estimate. Insurance related repair on the low priced end. Its always repair not replace even if your bumper is torn.

The rep was very friendly. However, the work was subpar. I had door dings repaired and repainted. At pick up, I had to send the vehicle back in to get the clear coat fixed as the were “nibs” in the paint. The was also overspray on the adjoining fender. I can see where the repairs were made that I shouldn’t be able to see. The I was given the car back with buffing compound everywhere.

Best collision center in the area, staffed by wonderful people. I wouldnt recommend anyone else! 10/10

I chose Caliber Collision to repair my Honda Civic after I was hit at a stop sign. The staff were extremely friendly and professional, they kept me up to date every step in the repair process. I believe the man who oversaw my repairs was named John. He made sure that I knew everything that was going on. My car was finished at least a week ahead of schedule, and they even vacuumed the inside and washed the outside. I’m very happy with my service there.

Body work they did was good. After I got the truck back the tailgate was not right and still need to be fixed, they said they would order the parts and call me, two weeks later I called they have the parts and will call me back to make a appointment, now two weeks later still no phone call and won’t return my calls.

I’ve had to use this company a couple of times due to other people hitting my vehicle. I dealt with John mainly and he was great. The front desk is great and they make the process a lot less stressful. I cannot suggest a better place to get my vehicle fixed.

I bought a very nice used 2019 truck a month ago and sure enough someone backed into the front bumper, put 5 dents in it somehow, and then drove off. It was very frustrating and I knew I needed to get it repaired. There were also some other small dents/dings in the fenders that were there when I bought the truck that I was hoping could be repaired or at least made to look better. I immediately went to Caliber Collision because they are the best and Ive been going there for years. You will not find a more professional staff. They are extremely knowledgeable and will not waste your time or money. If you are not happy, they are not happy. They fix your problem in the most efficient and economical way possible. I was confident they would make my truck look fantastic and they did. They never disappoint.

Caliber collision is one of the finest auto body shops around. The same employees still work at this locations that worked for Redfields. Fixed my husbands truck after a school bus rear-ended him. Only problem was the communication about the repairs as they kept calling when husband was at work in the evening and not allowed to use his cellphone while working.

They left the broken parts in the back seat. No detailing after they fixed the job for a 5 grand fix that car should look like it rolled off the lot. The work they did was ok but I expected more than slap it on send it out. Will not be back.

While they had my truck to repair damages from a wrench. They broke my door handle. I explained this to them and said they would see if the insurance would pay to fix it. They agreed. When truck was finished I noticed it wasnt fixed. They told me while fixing it another part broke and would cost me 180.00 to fix. They broke it.... I had also noticed my window would not roll all the way down and was off track. I asked them about that at they told me things break on vehicles over time and said to bring it in so they can look at it on my dime. I can continue on other things that happened but this has been a long read already. My suggestion is do not go here. They are there for themselves with fake customer service.

Took my 2017 GTI there to get the drivers side quarter panel fixed. They presented me my car saying it was done with the piece not fixed fully, my lug nut covers missing, and my car covered in paint residue. They had it a week and then had to keep it another day to finish cleaning it. When I went to pick it up the next day my floor boards were covered in water. I drove away and after my husband hand washed the car we noticed that everywhere they wrote on my car with this paint marker was still noticeable. We called and told them about it and all they had to say about it was they never had an issue with the marker before, their detailing department is failing and to bring it back up. Now I’m on complaint number 3 with them. When I took back...again...I guess they didn’t realize how small the office is cause when the front desk went to grab the manager about me he said “I have to grab a flashlight to make sure there are actually marks there”. Very unprofessional and frustrating to deal with. With never use them for auto body work again. If you choose to use them make sure to fully look over your car. If the marks that they add to your vehicle is still there tell your insurance company as it’s vandalism and they will have to have it fixed.

I only got an estimate for a fender bender but they were very nice and professional.

Save your time find someone else that know what they are doing.

I had the level 3 detail package done on my truck last week, the weather was not the best but went ahead an had the them do it anyway. I was excited to see what my truck was going to look like when they were complete with it, but when I got my truck home and started looking it over I was not pleased at all with the inside so called detailing. I could have done a better job sitting in my driveway in a couple hours. Well let me just say for $300 it is not worth it in my opinion, I know everyone has their own and by all means spend your money how you would like, but just know that besides the carpets being shampooed they didnt really do any thing else inside. My seats still had dog hair and dirt on them and the dash was still dusty. I maybe should have looked up the definition of detailing to know what I was getting, but I feel this was far from a detailing. The outside looked good but not much attention to detail was put in to it either. There was still buffing compound and swirls left on the passanger side and I also found one of their brushes they use for detailing left under my hood.All and all, I would think long and hard before you spent your money on this detailing. I was not very happy with it.

I needed repairs for body damage and to check the engine light that had come on during the accident. I dropped off my perfectly running car on a Monday and had it was finished on the next Tuesday. Timing was perfect! It was completed earlier than expected. I was told they had flushed all my fluids and it was being detailed and would be ready to pick up. Unfortunately that day, forty minutes later, I noticed a my car was wanting do die at an idle and would shake when I was slowing down. There was also a knocking in my engine. I called Redfield and they told me they sprayed something in my engine to get it to start from under the hood without a key and that the engine can sometimes suck this and other debris inside and I should drive it for a while and see what happens. They talked to my other half also and said the exact same thing. I drove it 20 minutes home, ran in the grocery store, and when I came out the check engine light was back on. I had it taken in on Wednesday after I got it the day before and was told it wasnt their problem, and I would have to pay another center to diagnose it and see if it was accident related. I was told they test drove it and found nothing wrong with it. I asked which fluids they flushed and was then told they never had, and was also told that nothing was sprayed on my engine to get it to start and that they were sure they never told two of us that at two separate times, by the same person. They then suggested it was driven some more, and made it about a mile down the road where it overheated and died. It is now towed and in their parking lot and they are refusing to help. My insurance company is sending an investigator to check the situation out as the car ran perfectly before. Wondering if it was taken for a joy ride, or what fluids may be missing from my car since I was told they were flushed but now no one has knowledge of that. I chose them because of their reputation, but that has now been tarnished.

On Thursday, Feb. 11, 2016, I took my 2005 Toyota Solara to Redfield Collision Center (Festus location) for an insurance claim repair. Another vehicle had hit my driver’s side door, and Redfield was one of the approved repair shops for the other driver’s insurance company.I picked up my vehicle on Thursday, Feb. 18, and the paint and driver’s side door looked good. However, when I got home, I noticed three issues.1. The technician failed to reinstall the rubber bumpers to the door frame.2. The interior window stripping on top of the door panel was damaged.3. My center console air vent was damaged.I emailed Redfield about these issues after business hours the day I picked up my vehicle, and Estimator James Pratt responded very promptly the next morning saying he would like me to bring back my vehicle to take care of the issues. We agreed that I would bring back my vehicle on Friday, Feb. 26 to resolve the problems.I dropped my vehicle off in the morning on the agreed-upon date, and in the afternoon, I receive a call from a Redfield staff member saying my vehicle is ready to pick up, but that the company will not repair the air vent. Once I arrive, Redfield’s operations manager tells me that there is no way the damaged air vent is the fault of his detail staff, and that due to the vehicle’s age and lack of the missing vent arm, it’s likely that the air vent was broken before I brought in the vehicle for repair. While he didn’t specifically use the word “liar,” I certainly got the hint – that’s what he was calling me. The operations manager also said he told the owner about my issue, and the owner agreed with him. At this point, I just wanted to get my vehicle and get home to figure out my next steps.Once home, I realized that the technicians never fixed the rubber bumper or properly repaired the window stripping issues! I’m curious to know why I had to bring my car in for repairs that were never going to be made. I’m very disappointed with the quality of service I received, and I will be sure to share my experience with anyone who has vehicle repair needs, starting with this review.

I Wouldnt recommend them to anyone. I took my truck in for hail damage. They returned it to me with overspray on the drivers door, the paint colors did not match, they charged me extra for a full detail, however they not only did not detail/Clean it but they returned it with greece on the leather, the headliner & on the light colored carpet, the bumper was noticeably higher on one side than the other, they charge to replace the trim around the sunroof but instead they reuse the original so its has Kinks and waves in it and, they got glue all over the headliner. They smashed a line for the air conditioner so it no longer works when the truck is at an idle.At Pointed a few of these things out when I picked it up and was told to bring it back.I have been back there five times but they have yet to fix even one of the many things. I talked with the owner Greg on the phone he told me to bring it back up again and show him and he would take care of everything.The problem is trying to get there when he is there and available.Its been over 3 months not yet been able to got together with him.
