The installers were excellent and courteous. Everyone kept us informed. From picking out our flooring to complete installation, we were pleased.

The team was friendly, helpful and kept us in the loop the entire project, we had hardwood and carpet installed throughout and we are extremely pleased with the product and how we were treated. Highly recommend for customer service and product

Not professional, needed last minute items so I got to Hopkins at 11:52AM on a SAT when they close at 12pm. Doors were already locked and the people inside just stare at me. I leave and call the phone number to confirm and they lady says they are in fact open untill noon and that I should come back. By now Im halfway to lowes. I wanted to shop local but What a waste of my time. I Wont try them again

As always Hopkins provided beautiful flooring as promised. The installation team was polite and efficient and left my place looking better than before they arrived.

We had some major issues with the builder for our new home so much so that we walked away from it. The builder gave us our deposit back knowing whoever they contracted did a horrible job. They used Hopkins which was who our new builder uses. We had given Hopkins thousands to upgrade our flooring for the first house. They had to think long and hard about not taking our upgrade money from the first builder. Acted like they were doing us a favor by not taking our money from the first home. The material was not special order or even ordered at all.

Hopkins has installed all my floors and cabinets and the craftsmanship is very poor. They outsource there installers. Carpet has been in house for 5 years and is splitting and freying everwhere, in doorways and middle of rooms. Installed floating floor and cabinets in last 3 years. The cabinets where cracked when installed and floor pops all over from day 1. They bottom pieces of cabinets are crooked and barely line up. I called today about the carpet and they say they cant do anything over 2 years with carpet. Do recommend, go anywhere else for your carpet needs or cabinets, I will do a better job myself nextime.

The carpet is beautiful that you have recently installed, Mike and Matt did a beautiful job. Plus the steps going to the family room are just gorgeous. You have two gifted men that obviously love their work. There is one more thing, Our salesperson, Candy was very good to us and very knowledgeable about all the products we selected. You have good people working for you which reflects on your company. I will recommend you and your company to anyone I know who needs carpet or tile.

Hopkins Flooring just assisted us with a small remodel of our office. They provided excellent work, in a professional manner and it was greatly appreciated! If we even have flooring needs in the future, we will definitely contact them again!

Horrible expierence! Took a month to get an estimate. I’m now into month number 5 and work is not completed. The salesman Steve was the installer and has done a horrible job on the onyx. Haven’t heard from him for a month now and waiting to get the job finished. I would not use this company. It should really be a zero star rating. Nothing has been done right!!!

Weve used Hopkins floor and had the Shaw Caress Carpet installed in our family room for over a year now. We are very happy with it, and everything was taken care of very professionally. We have been dealing with them for 8 months trying to get our floor repaired. They have continuously blown us off and ignored us. We just received word that they will not be fixing our floor even after they admitted to using the wrong glue and installed it incorrectly. I would not trust or recommend this company.

We have been trying to have a repair done at our home for over 6 months. After almost a dozen calls they finally sent someone out to look at our issue. The person came out looked at it and took pictures. He then said someone would call us. That never happened. When we eventually gave up on waiting for there call they claimed to have no record of someone coming out. The sales person then said it was not his problem. No explanation, would never talk to us just flat out ignored us. After many more attempts we were able to talk to another person in the store who seemed interested in helping us. but again rarely would get back to us. even when he promised to call back that same day or the next. I have been told that the manufacturer has sent the material for the repair but as of today no one has called to schedule the repair. We have gotten nothing but a run around and are just tired of it. Hopefully they can get there act together to provide better customer service in the near future.Update: Here is an update of what has happened since my original post. After posting this review Hopkins came out within the week to finally try to fix the flooring. There workers where here on February 4th to replace the bad spots in our floor. After working for less than an hour they realize the problem was way worse then anyone had thought and stopped work. After talking to there company they installed new planks to replace the ones they tore out and left. These new planks are installed worse then the ones they tore out. So they only made the problem worse. The salesman for Hopkins informed us that the issue is a manufactures defect and that they were going to bring the rep out to inspect. March 14th rolled around with no word from anyone at Hopkins and we called to find out what was going on. The rep for Hopkins informed us that the manufacturer is refusing to come out to inspect the flooring do to Hopkins using the wrong adhesive for the flooring (the Installation guidelines for the flooring was very simple to read and plainly said what to use when installing there product) He then informed us that they were sending samples for a new floor that wouldnt have this issue. He said he would call by Friday once he had the product. March 26th we still had not heard back and I went to the store to see what was up. The rep did have the replacement flooring sample and it seemed to be a good fit as replacement floor. However he could not tell me a final yes we will take care of this. I told him i felt like i was being blown off by this company and i needed an answer by the end of the week. Friday rolled around and still nothing from the store. I called them at 3:30 Friday the 29th and was told my rep had gone home for the day. I asked to speak to a manager and he informed me that the glue they used while wrong based on the installation guidelines from the manufacturer is a good product and they use it all the time. So in his eyes they did the job right. So its not his problem. He said that they would not be fixing our floor and had no plans of doing anything further. Since the original contact with Hopkins it took 8 months of getting blown off the whole time to only in the end be told they would not honor there work. Our floor has also gotten a lot worse since the original complaint and is now coming up all over our house (we have glue down LVT Flooring on 70% of our home) with a brand new floor and home this is unacceptable. I was really hoping that Hopkins would step up and do the right thing but it appears they dont care about there customers once the bill has been paid. If anything else happens I will be sure to update this review

Edit my review. I had had some issues with the carpet and I believe Hopkins went above and beyond my expectations. It turns out it was issues with the sub floor from the builder. Hopkins still took care of it for me. If there is something wrong they will fix it.
