Convenient gas station

CUSTOMERS BEWARE of this station’s assistant manager (little brown headed female) ripping you off for your game play ticket. I have recorded conversation with this manager admitting that two tickets were printed within an hour that only I was playing the games. I trusted the employees there and never had an issue until this new employee made the mistake and cashed out one of my tickets to someone not even playing. That’s not the problem, things happen. My problem is that this brave manager admits over the phone that two tickets were printed in an hour that I was the only customer. I trusted the regular employees and never thought I had to watch anyone closely in there. I have a couple conversations recorded of this manager first admitting I was only one there and within that time 2 tickets were printed. She said that I didn’t know my exact amount so I wasn’t getting my money even though the cameras proved it was rightfully mine. Then lied stating someone would call me which never did, and refused to shut up long enough to hear anything besides what she was saying. She scammed me out of my own deserved money. WATCH THE MANAGER AT BP AND THAT BP STATION. THEY WILL ROB OUT OF YOUR MONEY. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Terrible experience every time! The nozzle was broke at the pump and instead of putting my money for gas on another pump the said i had to pay again! Scammers!

Bad place to get lottery tickets .. paid for a power-ball ticket and couldn’t find it and the 2 people that was with me said the guy never gave it to me . So I called them and they told me that he did ... BEWARE of going there ....

I would never even give this place a star.This place has nasty food and also does try to and does rip people off on there games dont go there unless you want ripped off

The service there is excellent. The night time ladies are fantastic to talk with when its not busy. The best part though is even on their busiest days their fast courteous and efficient. All the employees are very helpful and kind.

Breakfast sandwiches are perfect for morning. Would like to see some breakfast sandwhiches during afternoon hours. 3 a.m. attendant had them perfect!

I rarely leave a negative review but my visit to this store today was absolutely terrible. My mom does Chemo at a Mercy down the street so we stop by every week afterwards for gas, drinks, food etc mostly to regroup.. Its kind of become our thing. And all of our visits besides this one have been 5 star. Today unfortunately was not. We were waited on by a Cashier named Nadi who had absolutely 0 customer service skills. He maybe said 3 words the entire transaction and we had 2 transactions. No receipts were given. My mother prepaid for $10 on pump 5. When we left I pumped the gas and it didnt stop at 10 so I went back in to make sure he didnt put it on the wrong pump and that I didnt get a call later for a drive off situation. He just looked at me when I walked in so I explained and he said yeah you prepaid $15 and I said no we only prepayed for $10 but okay can I get a refund or can I pump the other $4 something dollars back. He was just rude the entire time like this was my mistake not his. He did explain that the money would process back on the card she paid with which is fine except for money is very tight at the moment because chemo/medical expenses so waiting for x amount of business days to get that refund isnt exactly ideal especially since we only wanted to prepay $10 to began with. I did get a little frustrated at the situation at this point just because Nadi sucks and this all could have been avoided by him either asking proper customer service questions or atleast giving a receipt from the get go. And I maybe wouldnt have been so frustrated if he would have at least acknowledged that there was a general concern. So then his lady coworker biligerently asked me to leave the store which is fine but I just wanted to know if there was possibly another solution to this mix up so that my mom could be able to have that money for her medication we were going to pickup at the pharmacy on our way home...instead of having to wait for it to process back onto her card. Finally the manager came up but didnt really say or do much. I did ask for a copy of the receipt before we finally left and the receipt shows 10.01 in fuel so it doesnt even make sense. I have worked as a gas station cashier and I understand the ups and downs that come with it but if your that absolutely miserable at your job.... Find a different job. Dont work in a customer service setting if your going to be completely and uncalled for rude to your customers. We will be finding a new stopping spot going forward

Coffee is ALWAYS perfect and the chicken is always fresh and hot and the service is second to none!!
