We bought two matching loveseats and we love them! I do wish I would have measured but if I wanted to trade they gave me that offer. However the gentleman also told me I can remove the console part and make it smaller. I have to have room at the holidays. Thank you so much for being kind to my mom today. Will definitely return.

Best experience ever....charles very accommodating. Let me walk around and look...the furniture was beautiful...ended up taking home lovely furnature at reasonable price... I love the store, even the delivery guys were awesome..

Terrible communication from these people! When I call, they act like they have no clue what they are doing. Salesman NEVER said it would take 2 weeks to get a mattress. Not even a set, just the mattress. Then acted like I was the one who was wrong, yet my husband and daughter were there and heard the exact same thing I did. When I called to check on the item on the promised day the rudeness was ridiculous!

I feel compelled to share my experience to help other consumers that may be considering doing business here. I have had plenty of experience with large retail purchases, and this was by far one of the worst. I feel only because of my knowledge of the Federal Consumer Protection Law’s, and my intention to file reports with multiple agencies was I finally able to get a charge back by one employee that acted with professionalism, and integrity. Management/owner would NOT communicate back with me after repeated phone calls. I ordered bar stools, after 6 weeks they delivered wrong stools, so I refused delivery and they assured me that they could, and would get the correct chair to me, they never did and wouldn’t give me my money back, they only wanted to offer me store credit, which is NOT legal. BEWARE
