Well I only called these guys, but the call was very informative, helpful and not to mention honest. Sometimes I look for information and seed my questions with questions that I know the answers to already. I do this to check their honesty. I was not disappointed and plan on visiting this place of business soon.

First time hand gun owner when I purchased a Sig Sauer P365 XL 9mm from A & O Firearms. Great customer service and extremely knowledgeable here. Even though he was busy that day, Jason took time to give me some quick tips on loading and unloading the gun and clearing the mag/chamber. I fired 40 rounds this weekend with friends and it’s working perfectly. Great firearm. If there are any issues with the gun, I’ll take it up with the manufacturer. Great shopping experience!

I purchased a sig sauer p365, with rounds of ammo they sold me for the gun. I took the gun directly to the range and shot 30 rounds through the gun. The gun jammed almost half of the time. I called to see what my options were, which they had nothing for me. Only that I could send it back to the manufacturer and have it fixed by them. This was my first gun and was very disappointed. The owner said he could do nothing for me, even worst he had an attitude with me like I was inconveniencing him. I asked for a trade in price and he said he would not take a broken gun for trade...but had no problem selling a broken gun. I just expected better customer service, but they only care about selling guns, not taking care of existing customers. Only rated one star because no stars was no an option...

Won’t tell you ammo prices over the phone, so you have to drive there and see that they’re outrageous for yourself. I understand the shortage, but don’t waste people’s time because you don’t want to tell me a box of 9mm fmj is $44.99.

This has to be one of the best gun shops that Ive ever been to. There is a very nice selection of firearms and Jason, the owner, can order you just about anything else you could need. Hes a great guy to work with, very personable. He made us feel welcome from the moment my wife and I walked into the store and was more than willing to give advice any time that we asked. Nice family owned shop, just be sure to BRING CASH and dont throw away money on the 3% debit/credit card charge. If you dont happen to see the signage (like I didnt) and you dont get a receipt in store (its emailed) you may be hit with a little surprise when you get home and check your email.

Traveling the country I get to visit many gun shops and this one is by far in the top 10% of shops I have seen. What an amazing selection of new and used firearms. Its nice to walk into a gun shop and see upwards of 100 pieces to look at. The best part of the experience, however, is the owner Jason who is very responsive, answers questions, and makes great recommendations. He knows firearms and is very helpful in working with each individual in the shop to make the best selections. Many gun shops you feel unwelcome the second you walk in... not here. Jason knows his people, learns your name and addresses you like a friend. Good product, great service and prices that rival internet purchasing... well worth the trip from anywhere in the STL area.

Owner was rude as all can be and tell people trying to buy a gun that they need to get they’re life together, wouldn’t recommend going.
