I called around to about 6 different companies to have a humidifier and an air purifier installed. They were reasonably priced and offered the most information and quickest install. Installers arrived right on time got to work immediately we’re very professional and clean reviewed everything afterwards and even made a suggestion to help our heating system be more effective with no pressure. Would highly recommend using them for any services.

My serviceman was on time and very efficient. He put booties on before entering my home, performed all maintenance on my heater and was very personable. It was another very positive experience with Crystal Heating & Cooling.

Contacted Crystal on Monday to inquire about seasonal maintenance agreements. They quoted their rates and offered an appointment the next day. On Tuesday Anthony called to confirm his arrival time and showed up on schedule. He performed the seasonal service to the furnace and confirmed the system was in good working condition. Crystals quick response and prompt scheduling are solid indicators of their commitment to exceptional customer service.

Had Crystal Heating & Cooling out today for furnace check as part of their maintenance program. The service tech Will was awesome! So professional, and knows what he’s doing. He was very thorough in making sure everything was in good working order and gave us some good tips regarding air filters and changing over from summer to winter on the humidifier. I won’t use any company but Crystal. They are the best!

Crystal Heating and Cooling was able to make a same day call to diagnose an issue with our ductless mini split system. They were able to quickly identify a faulty drain sensor and had the unit running again within the hour. The technicians were professional and very knowledgeable.

Purchased a new Carrier 24 seer heat pump and humidifier from them a few days ago to replace an old system. Went in blind after searching and finding them on the internet. Crystal Heating and Cooling was called because our electric bill was $680 dollars for one month. Technician Tyler was dispatched and arrived on time. He found a heating relay was stuck on. The furnace and air conditioner were running all the time. He replaced the heat relay and also changed out a starter capacitor on the air conditioner. He examined everything a while and determined it was operating normal. The paper work was a breeze and payment was very reasonable. Tyler is the nicest young man I’ve met in a long while. I highly recommend Crystal Heating and Cooling.

We had a new unit with heat pump installed last year in May. Turned it on this year and no cold air. Called them up and they scheduled us an appt. Told us the tech would be there between 8am and 12pm but he had one job ahead of us. Will was the name of the tech that came out. He called around 10am and arrived shortly after. Looked everything over and let us know that we needed more coolant and that we had a leak. Upon further investigation he found the leak was an error made during install. Fixed it right up and added more coolant at no cost to us (even though we were technically 1 month outside of warranty). He then was nice enough to recommend a few tips to help keep our unit functioning at top performance. Even explained everything really well to me and my husband. Great service and very friendly. We appreciated his professionalism and timely service.

The AC on my Geothermo unit began losing its cooling function about a week ago. A technician from Crystal Heating and Cooling came out and diagnosed the system as locking out due to a faulty drain sensor and placed an order for a new sensor and computer card. When the parts arrived, Cary came out to install the parts and get the unit working again. Cary was extremely knowledgeable on these units and displayed a high level of customer service and professionalism. He repair the unit and it has been working well since. Thanks, Cary!

Overall Im happy with the service so far. I bought an AC unit from them 2 years ago and the N coil went bad recently. It took a while to get the replacement part in but when it came my service guy Cary had it switched out and running in no time!!

I had a full AC and furnace replacement today. Jason and Martin were my installers. Both were very professional, quick and had great quality craftsmanship. We relocated the outside unit to a better location on the house. About 25 of new AC lines and the electric line was ran. The lines were neat and ran cleanly through the basement. These guys took time to answer all my questions and explained the processes along the way. Very clean and neat clesning up any mess along the way. These guys years of experience really showed. Extremely please with this experience. I also would like to acknowledge Nick C. When I called to get a quote he was at the house within 45mins. He surveyed the house and listened to our concerns about a new unit. He explained each option and what set each one apart from the other. Called the Farmington location for a service call. We purchased a unit from them 2 years ago (paid over $10,000.00). My husband and I both talked to Tabitha and told her our house was at 85 degrees inside and we needed some ASAP because it was miserable inside! And after only having this unit for 2 years it shouldnt be doing this! She responded by saying well everyone is busy and you can try calling after hours at 5:00. So unprofessional! And apparently the carrier units are not of great value either! Hoping to find some else who can me.Update! They sent someone out to replace a bad battery on the outside unit.
