Seemed like the person we spoke with wanted to do nothing but get their older models off their lot even though we specifically wanted to look at some of their upper middle range models. The lady was nice, but didnt seem like she was listening very well.

Nice. Cleanly maintained. Large selection to view. Display homes are fenced off from offices. Not very handicap friendly.

Down payment placed in August 2018, disastrous closing process (salesman and manager did not show up to title company). Closed on home in October 2018. Bought a model home hoping for fast process. It is now going on February 2019 and model home is still sitting in Claytons lot. Pad was poured incorrectly, then argued with construction foreman about accepting unacceptable work. They capped the badly poured pad, not to the spec they said they would, but still passed. Failed to meet 3 different construction schedules, now we just dont have one. They said they couldnt get in due to trees on the road to our property in January (after we closed). We trimmed 3 times, asked them to mark trees, they did not. Now on the week of January 28th when they were to deliver they say the neighbors fence is preventing them from delivering!! All of this should have been looked at before we closed. The sales man made no contact after closing. The manager allowed the construction supervisor to run him over. We filed complaint with corporate and all they have are excuses, and we have no home. Rich Trokey you are the manager and have not stepped up to fix this. So do not tell me to call you with my concerns. JUST DELIVER MY HOUSE LIKE YOU PROMISED IN OCTOBER 2018!!!!
