I need to fix their roads are all gravel and the center of the most of the road cuz theyre on a hill there is 2 ft wide and a foot deep draughts you cant even drive through there to get your storage

On line rental process easy needed to speak with rep live worked twice with rep Kim very helpful professional knowledgeable very nice to work with on the other hand your onsite person who I had to ask who she was assisant mger Shasa is abrasive, very negitive of online personal stating on line contract info incorrect---overtalks you---does not listen to answers of questions she demands, makes assumentions----due to interactions --getting unit at other business in area. lots to choose from

Update: So I have been using the storage parking spot since March or April. My spot seems to always be so muddy and gets my vehicle and camper full of mud. I’ve been told since I got the spot that they are going to pave it but it’s never happened. I asked of if I could move to one of the open spots just down from me and they wanted to charge me another $10/month for the same size parking spot! I just canceled my spot after showing the pics and still refused to do anything for me.I reserved a spot for an RV parking spot. They said I had to have the title and insurance for it. I bought the RV and went straight to the DMV. They have me a title receipt and said the actual title would come in the mail in a few weeks. I then went to iStorage to reserve my spot. I showed them my proof of insurance my title receipt, which shows all of the same info the title shows. The young girl said that wasn’t good enough and I couldn’t even reserve the spot without the actual title. I explained that the DMV has to mail the title and it could take a few weeks for it to come in. She didn’t care and said I couldn’t reserve the spot without it and it’s first come first serve on the spots. So ridiculous!

The reservation process was fast, easy, and friendly. I was able to sign papers and move in sooner than I expected! I reserved a small, climate controlled unit. It was very clean and dry. The temperature was great. Im very happy I chose iStorage!

Wonderful customer service! Did an online request for a unit, and Gina called me within a couple mins to set everything up. Showed up and Gina was absolutely amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Showed me around the lot. Was helpful with needed information to get the spot. Very happy with their service! Highly recommended this location. Great customer service and secure lot.

This place has the worst roads and lie! When we first got a unit in November they said the roads were going to be paved, 9 months later theyre not. Additionally, they are constantly sending rate increases. Weve received 2 $15 increases since November 2019. They claim to have online payment, they dont. Their website has been down since we started. So you either have to go in the office or call over the phone and argue with them about not paying a fee. This place is such garbage, find another place that maybe gives a hoot.

Staff and storage unit are great and very nice and easy to work with. If the lots were paved I would give it 5 stars. Every time it rains its nasty muddy mess and some of the wash out ruts are 1-2 feet deep. Other than the gravel lot I would recommend

Great service!!!!!, reasonable prices, secure lot. The only drawback right now is that the lot isnt paved but its still well maintained. They did explain its expected to be paved in the coming months. Id say go for this place if youre looking! Right next to the interstate.

Its a nice storage facility, Gina was very pleasant and helpful. My only issue was, when I went to unload my uhaul there, someone had parked another uhaul in front of the gate so i wasnt able to get through till next day. I feel like there should be a after hours/non emergency number you can call if you need immediate assistance.

Gina is an awesome customer service rep. She answered all my questions. Very knowledgeable of what she is selling. Units are of good size and very clean. For this part I give 5 stars. But your lot is horrible. Because of this I am having to go else where. To muddy to try to move in.

This place is far below the standards we expect for a storage unit that houses all your personal belongings. The pot holes, the mud the washed out gravel. You have to literally walk through a swampy mess with mud up to your knees to get to your units. We see piles of gravel up front, how about using it. We are paying good money for a mud hole.

I work in customer service, and I absolutely do not like to leave bad reviews... But this adventure I had today was NOT fun at all!! This was an awful experience. I rented a uhaul for the day. Unloaded my belongings at the destination I reserved it for...after I was done, and it was time to drop off- there wasnt anyone in the office at 2:30 pm on a weekday! There were 3 people lined up at the ftont gate trying to get access to the uhaul they had already reserved for the day- noone in sight ti help them...I was told I would be able to do a contactless drop off (which I would of loved to do) but the drop off website they have you use wouldnt allow me to upload my photos because it says I was at the wrong location... And I 1000% was in the correct location! I will NEVER use this service again!!

The are so many potholes in this place I think I need new suspension for my truck. The gravel has been washed away and it’s a complete mess trying to get to my locker. Mud and standing water have me concerned that my locker could flood at any time. Literally, I need to wash my truck after driving through there and my shoes are trashed from all the mud. This place needs to be cleaned up. The price seemed fair before I realized how messy the place is.

They will raise your rate without telling you. Units are decent. The drive is gravel, uneven, and poorly maintained at best. Id recommend trying elsewhere first.

Appears to be good, secure(with cameras) facility. Could use pavement(supposed to be coming soon😁)

I needed a very large storage unit to store all my household goods while waiting for my house to be built. The Herculanuem istorage has the largest storage unit Ive ever seen. I was to get all my large furniture in there and at a reasonable monthly price. The manager is customer service orientated.

It is a very nice location however I do not like the fact that there are limitations to the x but I am able to access my storage unit I also do not like the fact that I had to pay an additional administration fee when I upgraded from a smaller size unit to a larger size unit you would think that would transfer over especially when the administration fee really only covers someone printing out papers and making sure that I signed them correctly

The manager Gina is a great help! My daughter received incorrect information from customer service and Gina did a great job correcting and helping her to move forward with her storage unit!
