I was in The UPS Store today. Not knowing how to do what was necessary to print a picture of a quilt. Alex was extremely helpful and patient. He guided me through the process! Alex provided great excellent service!!!!

I mailed a package this morning Aug 13. I commend an employee named David at the Festus Mo office.He was so kind and helpful, very good presentation to the customers.

I have worked with Karen for three school years now on a year-end celebration event for each graduating class. This event has involved the design and creation of multiple banners. Karen is awesome to work with. She is prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous. I look forward to working with her again for our next celebration!

Called to ask a question about a package being held for pickup and a woman who I believe was named Phyllis answered the phone. I don’t normally complain, but from the moment she answered the phone she acted annoyed. She was absolutely no help and didn’t even try to help me. Didn’t offer to check my tracking number or to see if the package was there.I wasn’t given an address to where my package was being held and when I asked what locations around here might have it she scoffed at me and said, “well if it was truly UPS they would have told you where it was.”Umm. No it didn’t. I have a tracking number and all I have is a city.I had an accident this week and am currently on crutches and can’t go around town to all these UPS locations to figure it out.I called to ask for help and you could tell she didn’t even want to help me. Basically told me to call someone else. I’ve only ever had good experience here, but this was not it.If you do not like your job, or people, maybe you shouldn’t work there. If you were having a hard/bad day. I’m sorry. I hope it gets better. But it’s not an excuse. I work with the public every day and I am polite. It’s not that hard.I gave 3 stars because my other experiences have been wonderful and they’re usually helpful, but today was not it. I’m very disappointed.

I had to return an item today and went to the UPS store in Festus. First of all, they have become MY people for shipping and other things. David was excellent as always, fast, friendly, knowledgeable and completed everything to my satisfaction. He has waited on me before, A+ service, and packages always delivered as promised. I live in De Soto MO, I drive here to get the service and positive attitude that I have come to rely on for my shipping needs.

I just want to thank Luke and staff at the UPS store in Festus Missouri. He went above and beyond to do everything possible to save money on 8 boxes that needed to be shipped. I dont know much about shipping and they could have charged much more and I would have never known it. I praise the Lord for their help. This is apart of the ministries at Bethel Church in Festus MO. And being a good steward of the Lords money is what I always to be. Luke and the staff helped that out tremendously today, without knowing this was for a church. THank you. We appreciate you guys.

I enjoy going to this UPS store. The store is always clean and organized. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. I recently sent a piece of pottery and it was broken during shipment. The owners of this store went out of their way to make sure I received my money back because I purchased insurance. It took awhile, but I did get my money for the item and the shipping. I’m a very satisfied customer.I would give them 5 stars, but I also need to include UPS Corporate. I feel like they dragged their feet with my claim. It took two months to get my money back.

The employees at Festus UPS have been beyond helpful! I recently shipped a package to Uganda, Africa. David was extremely kind, answered any and all question I could have thought to ask, and got our package ready to send safe with tracking info while also making sure we got the best deal. I would definitely recommend using Festus UPS over the post office or other companies for any shipping needs. Thank you again David!

The Festus UPS store is wonderful. Stephanie was on the ball to make sure my bridesmaid invitations were printed out beautifully, I could not have been happier! I will definitely be using their print services and their wonderful design team to help with my wedding invitations!

Under the weird world of the Covid-19 we live in today, relationships can be tested, interactions can be strained. Under the circumstances, I found Stephanie taking the proper steps to maintain a safe environment in the office and she was still very pleasant and helpful in the sending of my Easter Bunny packages to my grandchildren. I had a custom print order for my daughter’s graduation and I knew that the UPS store was where to go as they did a poster for me for our church fish fry. I brought everything I wanted to be included in the poster and told Phyllis what I wanted but wasn’t sure about the layout. Within a few hours, Starr called me and said she had a proof for me to look at. It was better than what I even had in mind. Starr is very creative and works hard to make sure you get an exceptional product. Thank you Starr for this amazing poster that I plan to show off at our graduation party!

The UPS store in Festus is a great place to do business fast, friendly. Several times I have ask them to expedite a service and they were very cooperating. I am especially grateful for the beautiful work that employees Karen and Star do they are very creative, accurate and willing to serve. I recently took in a picture that needed some special work and Karen did a great job. She exceeded my expectations.

Luke was AMAZING and I promise I can be a hard person to please! I recently started a new position and he knew exactly what I was talking about right away and even knew how many I should order since he had work with the previous person. He was so kind and didnt hesitate to help... It takes a lot for me to write a review but the customer service at this store is something that is hard to find anywhere especially at a chain type business. This is the best customer service store I have ever visited. The employees are incredibly knowledgeable and go out of their way to help especially in tough situations as we had today. I went in to mail a package and Phyllis was helping me. She was fast and friendly:). I left the store and noticed I had a missed call. I called back and she asked me if I lost anything and I looked in my phone pocket and noticed that I was missing a $20.00. She said I had dropped it and would put it in an envelope with my name until I could pick it up. Being a Christian, I do the same thing when I find money and always try to find the rightful owner. I truly believe in karma and those that do good things will be rewarded. Jim and his crew do an outstanding job especially with their print department. I work with them a lot and they are always fast and reliable. Highly recommend their canvas prints they are professional looking and very affordable!

I went in this week with two boxes to ship. It was not a good day because I managed to mess up both addresses. Stephanie helped me get the right addresses and was incredibly nice and patient. Thats why I love to ship from here instead of any place else.

I cant believe there is only 5 stars to give them, I need about a billion more to show how happy I am. Every time I send a project for Jim and his UPS Store 5134 team, I am more blown away by them. They offer true customer service at its finest, and I always leave with an amazing piece that looks better than I could have ever imagined. They literally think of everything that goes into printing a great product that has really left a lasting impression on me. I have printed brochures, custom Christmas cards, thank you cards, posters with them, and will be using them for everything I can for the rest of my life. The turn around time is outstanding. I have been getting my marketing material printed at this store for about a year. The service is fantastic, the prices are great, and the people that work there are even better! Starr does the printing and all I have to do is send an email of what I want printed and she has it done THAT DAY and then emails me when its ready to be picked up. SHE IS GREAT!! Sometimes I run out of material when I am travelling out of state and have tried many other printing centers. Usually they dont have the high quality of paper that this store has AND they are more expensive.

I had the best experience! The gentleman that helped me was Luke. So polite and the best sense of humor. I cannot say enough good things about Luke. Thank you so much Luke!

This is by far the WORST UPS store I have ever been too. HORRIBLE customer service. Stephanie and Phyllis were the ones that “checked me out” . I use UPS often and this was my first experience at the Festus store. I will not be back. I’m baffled by the lack of customer service displayed at this store. The rudeness was uncalled for.

Starr was amazing!!! I sent her an idea and she had a proof to me in just a few hours on the eve of a holiday. The day after the holiday weekend, I had 11 boxes of sharp, professional business cards in my hands for my employees.

I just had some certificates printed. All of the staff participated in completing my order. I was offered several types of paper and the high quality color copies were very affordable. I always get great service at the Festus store.

Will never even try to use this place, price gouging company, this location is Private owned, purchased a box and got quoted a price, the price inceased $70 because they did not pack it, their words not mine.

Walked into the UPS Store here in Festus with a defective rifle scope that I needed to send to the manufacturer for repair.The manager at the counter looked at it and said she could not ship it, it was a part of a firearm.I tried to explain to her that it was a scope which is NOT a part of a firearm, just an optic. After asking to speak to the manager was told she was the manager, then after asking to speak to her boss I was rudely told that fine, well call it a telescope and ship it..The manager worked up a bid, which came to over $60.00Turns out USPS packaged, insured, and shipped it for $20.00This store is high priced, they are rude, and do not understand their own policies.Dont waste your time.
