Good luck getting through to someone. They dont answer the phones
I always thought the workers were rude and annoyed but ever since Laura has been working the front she is super friendly and helpful. I also receive text messages when my prescription is ready. Hopefully the other staff work on there customer service.
After waiting on hold for about 6/9 minutes,hey gentleman answered the phone said hello twice and then hung up. Obviously that is a waste of my time and quite frustrating. My second call was a little bit better. But my one-star review stands!
They have gone out of there way to help me. Always good customer service. Highly recommended!!!!!
I used Teledoc and had a prescription sent to this CVS location Jan. 13th 2020. I never received a call from CVS so I stopped by on Jan. 17th 2020, after waiting in line the representative told me theres something wrong with my info so I had to wait in the drop off line. After waiting in line the drop off representative said I had to update my insurance info so I gave her my new card and she updating everything for about 5 mins then stated that my prescription would be ready in 15 mins, but since I already waited 30 mins I had to go home so i said Id be back the next day. Jan 18th I went back in the pick up line and the representative said theres something wrong again and again I had to go in the drop off line to speak with another representative, after waiting in that line again the representative said they didnt know the details of the dosage for my prescription and it would not be ready again. Today is February 5th 2020 and I still have not received a call from this location.Do not waste your time with this location, they are not proactive and will not call you, you have to go to them and make them work/do their job. I should have been taking my medication for 3.5 weeks now and have no idea what they are doing. I sent a complaint to their website but did not hear anything back.
If you love terrible service come to this location. During the last day to pick up my medication, I called and asked if they were able to hold it for me until the next day. The next day I come around, and they do not have it. I had to get it refilled. Saturday rolls around and I come to pick it up. According to their online presence, they were open until 3:30 pm. I arrive at 2 pm, and they are closed already. When I called to complain about it on Monday to their MANAGER, she didnt really offer much help or anyway to make up for inconveniencing me. A+Customer service.
False advertising. They close at 2 pm Saturday but online it says 3:30 pm.

I have to point out that at this cvs, the service here is horrible, they are rude and not helpful what so ever, i waited for someone to come and after 10 minutes no one helped me, once someone did they were rude.
