This is a pretty good Vons! Prices are often a little higher than something in a bigger destination, but they have most any groceries or those kinds of products that I need, and right in town so its usually worth the convenience. Shop the sales and you get great prices. Staff has always been friendly, and it can be crowded on the weekends but when I go theres usually not a long wait to checkout. I like to get flowers here too, and use the bank inside when needed. Pretty fair prices for the convenience, and a good selection of products.

Excellent employees and great service!! I get the RED CARPET SERVICE each time I go in, which right now is once a week. Customers always get a friendly smile and greeting from James, the manager and his employees.

There are only a few markets in Fillmore. This store has pretty much everything you are looking for and not one rude checker ever. Some are a bit more chatty than others but I love to chit chat with the checkers about local stuff. Gotta love a small town.

They always seem to have the super expensive dishwasher tabs in the bargain bin. Great spot to fill up the rv fridge before hitting the campground. And, the butcher is friendly.

Cool store, came here for the weekend to visit some friends. Small town fell store the set up here was easy. Had everything we needed. They need Julian pies here I’m from San Diego we’re there from. Was hoping they had them here so we can bring the pies to our friends we were visiting

I being an ex Vons employee was very disappointed in my experience to be honest. This is the second time I have had a bad experience at this location. I have arthritis in my feet so sometimes I walk w a cane. I also have a handicapped placard to park in the handicapped spot. So I was on my way to use the ATM in Vons here in Fillmore. The store manager named Bob was at the entrance which was actually an exit only due to the virus protocol. I simply asked him if I could enter because of my feet thru this door. The ATM is located there just passed the floral department. He told me NO and made me walk all the way down to the other entrance. I was very upset. I didnt make a scene though. SO as an ex-employee of Vons, I will say the customer service sure has declined since I worked for the company. Actually, this location is known for their rudeness. If I was treated this way I wonder if he handles other handicapped people the same way? My other complaint was people in waiting in line for long periods of time. Like 30 people standing there w only 2 check stands open and no outside department (floral) I had flowers.. clerk was working in the department fixing flowers but couldnt operate the register.. the manager I am assuming assistant store manager or a front end supervisor told me to join the other 30 people waiting in line. I walked to the end of the line which was all the way through the produce department and Im not going to lie I said F this and I left my flowers and walked out! Does thoroughly disgusted by the way I was treated yet again within a weeks time so lets just say I wont be going there to use the bank do any business from now on... sorry for the rant but I have to say something! 😷✌

Shopping at Vons, Fillmore, is an experience in patience as this Vons keeps changing what is on their shelves and then the corporate office says things and inventory change apparently by store, because we apparently, here in Fillmore, we are located in Central CA, but at the age 66 and having lived my entire life in Fillmore, born and raised, I live in Southern California. Get my drift!!!!

Short lines

This Vons had everything we needed except for my grandsons EXTREME MOOSE TRACKS ICE CREAM. The Signature Select brand of ice cream was having a really good sale so thats prob why Vons was sold out of that particular flavor. My grandson has Fragile X, so he didnt understand why we went home empty handed.

Sick with the flu needed medicine fast. Rite Aid was closed Vons was open. Very fortunate now home in bed.

A small store, but generally good variety and quality. Cashiers can get backed up, but they are quick to open additional checkout lines (within the limited # of lines they have). Parking is good.

When shopping in Filmore Vons and Dollar general along with Dollar tree are most economical choices.

Fortunately I found everything I needed and of course then some I actually likes this vons its gonna be where I will shop in this town that Im living in staff is courteous if you cant reach something will do it for you and they help you out to your car if you cant make it. This is one of my favorite grocery stores

Nice vons inside, always clean, employees are always nice. The only reason I am give 4 starts is because the parking lot can be a bit weird. Nothing bad that I know of has happened but there are always creepy vans and people hanging out. The vons itself though is awesome.

They are really trying to make this store more upscale with the selections they have available. And their sandwiches from their deli are amazing.

I don’t know why I continue to shop here. I findOutdated items everytime . I’m not talking a day or so as in an oversight. I find stuff two weeks past the expiation. Not only that but the employees at night are rude and not very helpful.

Vons management Mike is very helpful, great customer service. There are also others that make it enjoyable to shop there.

I have been disappointed with store for some time. Most of my shopping is done at store in Santa Paula. The store in Fillmore quit carrying the yogurt in separate cups, they only carry the 4 packs and a few other flavors. Also, the bagged salad I like, is not always fresh on the weekend shopping, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I have talked to the supervisor before and nothing was done. So I go to Santa Paula Vons store for most of my shopping.

It has good produce but if you dont have a vons card its pretty pricy. Even with a card its still on the higher end of prices. The ice cream variety is bigger then super A though.

The web site is not user friendly. It is hard to get where you want to go. Also I think the same prices should be for everyone. Some people do not have access to a computer. Wish there was another big store in town to shop at
