I dropped off some plastics for an ATV. I basically just walked in with no appointment. The plastics were beat beyond recognition and looked horrible. I was just hoping to get a new color. I was shocked at how well the finish was, due to the condition of the plastics. Great pricing and quick turnaround.

They truly take care of you and your car like you were family and the car was one of their own, they do incredible work and for a more than fair price, my car is 12 years old but looks as good as new. Took my new vehicle in for a dent and paint chip from a car door hitting it in a parking lot. They were able to get me in within a weeks time and the price was very reasonable. The staff was friendly and I was even offered a ride to work the morning I dropped it off. And it looks brand new again.

Currently trying to resolve a very poor paint job done here.. hoping I can change this rating in the near future. UPDATE: no resolution, the first day they agreed to fix the issue then proceeded to call me back the next day saying that they thought more about it and decided that they were going to take me back off the schedule. My job was through a dealership who paid for about 30% of the cost of the work done while I paid the other rough 70%. Because of this fact I needed to talk to them if I wanted to get a resolution. I have no idea why Id need to talk to the people who didnt do the work AFTER it was agreed to be fixed. Car Specialties attitude towards me when I was showing them the countless imperfections in the paint was absolutely atrocious. After paying hundreds of dollars I expected to have very well painted bumpers without the orange peel look which is typically caused by incorrect spray pressures or low quality solvents being used. This came along with a ton of spots where dust and debris was inside the paint work. To add to the pain, there was a small quarter sized spot on the bottom corner of one of the sides of the rear bumper when it came to me damaged during shipping.. not a big deal because it wasnt dented, merely the primer was chipped off. That same spot is still there and is now a deep brown spot of rust.. THIS WORK WAS DONE 4 MONTHS AGO. Call Ziebart down in Marion, they will give you very similar prices and their work is absolutely immaculate. My father got his car completely re painted there after seeing the quality of my bumpers.

This business is wonderful. They are kind, honest, efficient, and strive to give you the best deal they can. It’s a family business and that is commendable. I go to them with every issue I have and they have always done they best they can by me.

Car Specialties painted my 79 Thunderbird for me after it got chemicals dropped on it. Michael and Leigh Ann went above and beyond on the car. My car is black and Michael was very meticulous about how it looked. I am extremely pleased with the way it looks and will definitely recommend them!!!!
