I drive a 2018 Honda Pilot and my good friend had recommended me reineke Honda, he is a customer there and said the service department is great I just moved from Lima so i did not want to drive back to lima for my service anymore. I spoke with a woman named Charlene I’m assuming she is a scheduler and she was flat out rude. For absolutely no reason at all, I told her I just needed to make an appointment for my transmission and she acted like it was burden for me to be calling. Huffing and puffing being so rude so I just simply hung up and will be taking me service to Lima. Hopefully next service I need done there is a new scheduler so I can check out the service department.

I had a very unfortunate accident and totaled my previous vehicle and Craig Rose and his staff walked me through the process dealing with insurance companies and were able to get me into a new vehicle very quickly. Eddie did a great job of going over the vehicle with all the computer technology available today and offered me to come back anytime to go over anything that I no not understand. I absolutely love the new Honda CR-V Touring model I ended up with. Highly recommend Craig and his staff.

Jason Crouse was rude to my grandma and “called off” a deal he had gotten me and my grandparents (supposedly the best he could) because we were comparing and looking at another car we had already planned on looking at. I don’t recommend going here after that incident.

Service Department has systems and communications problems. Had an issue with the transmission in my 2018 Honda. Called to make an appointment, but no one answered, so left a message. Waited a couple of hours, got no response, so went to the website and scheduled an appointment for the next day at 11:00. Later that day a scheduler called me and said that they did not have an appointment open for a week, but saw that I definitely had a time scheduled for the next day, so she said to go ahead and bring my car in. The next day at 11:00 I drove into the service bay. After spending 30 minutes describing the problem to several people (no masks), they said they couldnt even look at the car for six days. No good, so I took the car to another Honda dealer where I got exceptional service.The day after my scheduled appointment I got an email from Reineke Honda saying, politely, that I had missed my appointment, and I should call to reschedule. I called to tell them that I WAS at the appointment - THEY were the ones that missed it. While on the phone I asked to speak to the service manager to give them the feedback about why they lost my business and about all the issues with they phones, response times, online scheduling and service capability issues. He was not in the office so I left a polite message to call me. Several hours later, I left an email for him to call me to hear how his systems are not functioning properly. He returned my email and said that he would call me at 11:00 the next day - no call. I called him and left another message - that was a week ago - still no call.We are a four-Honda family and used to take all our business to Gene Stevens Honda when they owned this dealership. We continued to go to Reineke after they bought the shop. Curious to see if Reineke is interested about earning our business back.

HAD MY INSIGHT IN FOR OIL CHANGE LAST YEAR. WHEN I GOT HOME LATER I FOUND THE CRANK CASE PANEL HANGING DOWN ON THE GROUND. 10 SCREWS AND INSERTS HAD NOT BEEN REPLACED. HAD A LOCAL BODY SHOP REPLACE THE SCREWS AND INSERTS FOR $30.00. CALLED REINEKE THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY AND WAS TOLD BY THE RECEPTIONIST THAT OH MY GOSH WE WILL GET THE MONEY BACK TO YOU RIGHT AWAY.SHE PASSED ME ON TO THE SERVICE MANAGER AND AFTER THREE HOLD PERIODS I HUNG UP.I CALLED SEVERAL WEEKS AGO TO ASK TO BE TAKEN OFF REINEKE MAILING LIST AND WHY. OH SO SORRY AND LET ME PUT YOU THROUGH TO THE DEALERSHIP MANAGER. TWO HOLD PERIODS LATER AND NO ANSWER.SEVERAL DAYS LATER A NEW RECEPTIONIST ANSWERED AND SENT ME TO THE SERVICE MANAGER. SHE ASKED IF THIS WAS ABOUT THE INSIGHT. I SAID YES AND SHE WOULD CHECK ON IT. THREE WEEKS LATER I HAVE HEARD NOTHING.IT MAY BE TIME TO CHANGE YOUR HOLD MUSIC!

When travelling through Findlay with my two young children, my old van broke down, and we didnt know where to turn. After calling a few around to a few local car shops, Craig at the Reineke Service department took the call and promised that they could take a look -- even though they were quite busy. Craig and the others on the Honda service team were very responsive to questions, helpful with offering repair options, and flexible for keeping the van until we could arrange to have it picked up. If I could give no stars I would. We made the process extremely easy for our sales guy and this dealership.We were in the dealership all day because they could not get there computer systems working properly. We paid cash up front for a lease. We were told wed get our tags delivered in 3-5 days. Its been a month and we still havent gotten them. Then the sales rep told us he would deliver them to us and never showed up or called.I complained to the general manager Scott and he offered no apology nor a solution other than calling sales rep. Its been several hours today and neither has called!This is the most incompetent and lack luster dealership! There loaner cars are terrible. We were given one with a sales reps clothes in it.

I hit a truck tire tread while on I 75. Service got me right in to check my car. Although it needed to go to a body shop, I am so pleased that they were concerned for my safety, sent pictures that I could forward to my insurance company, even helped me get my belongings from my car to the rental. I love this dealership! Couldnt be more satisfied with their honesty and integrity.

The Guys at Gene Stevens were TERRIFIC. Josh Woods, Craig Rose and John Richter all stayed way past closing (9:00pm) to finish paper work to allow me to drive off in the first snow the year in a beautiful brand new Honda Accord. CRAIG ROSE was great. Despite the fact that I gave him several opportunities to tease me he continued to be respectful and did a very thorough job explaining every step of the purchase options for me. Craigs strait forwardness helped make my choice very easy.JOSH WOODS was amazing. Josh stayed till almost 10:00pm to help me learn all the special little features of the electronics. Josh was also great in helping make the final decision with the little details of color, test drive, etc. without making me pushed.JOHN RICHTER was great considering the fact that I was keeping him there way past his bed time. He was quick with his paperwork and did a very good explaining the additional warranty options.Exceptional patience from all the Guys for a lady who has a hard time figuring it out!!! The used car salesman is shady and they were pushing me to buy their car and really pushing the issue to an uncomfortable level. Typical used car salesman I guess, next time I test drive/consider purchasing a CRV it WILL NOT be from here after such appalling behavior from people who are supposed to be professional. And also don’t try to up the price of what you said was your lowest offer then try to get me to purchase at the full price you wanted cause “you can’t budge and are firm on your used car prices”. plus a higher interest rate then you originally gave me. Just sh**ty business here, go elsewhere people!

This is honestly the worst Honda dealership I’ve been to in my life! I honestly don’t where to begin. I scheduled an appointment on Monday and requested the shuttle service be available at a certain to take me back to work. When I dropped my car off, I waited for almost 15 mins and the shuttle hadn’t arrived. Because of this, I was late to work. I was forced to reschedule my appointment for the following day. The next day I dropped my car off and then AGAIN had to work for the shuttle to arrived. When the shuttle finally arrived, I was dropped off at work (late). I informed them of the time I would be arriving because I had to be back at work. When I arrived, I had to wait 50 mins to get my car which preceded me to late for work a total of THREE times in less than 24 hours. When they were ringing me out the guy was trying to change the cost from what he originally told me. I honestly will not return here EVER

Had my Honda 2011 CRV serviced and had the airbag recall done. Also had a new battery installed. In all, it took only one hour. The estimate was 1 1/2 hours. Cannot complain about that. My only complaint is with the Honda company. I received a letter in early Spring telling me about the airbag recall and saying that I would be notified when the part would be available. I was never notified that the part was available. When I called Gene Stevens Honda to schedule a routine maintenance, I asked about the airbag and was told that the part was available.

My tire pressure signal came on while driving to Findlay. I pulled into Honda to have it checked. They said it would be about an hour. I asked for a ride to the Mall, which they gave me. They picked me up, explained the problem with the tire and I was on my way home. Thanks !

Tried for days to get a price on a vehicle. Tried for 3 Days to get the salesman to call me back. When he finally got the information I needed after 5 days it was determined they didnt even have the car. Was also told the website was not accurate on what vehicles they have on site. Thanks for wasting 5 days of mine trying to get a vehicle that was harder to find and letting others get away in the meantime.
