My fiancee and I purchased a 2012 Chrysler with close to a hundred thousand miles from them last week. When you purchase an almost ten year old car with that many miles, especially one that spent those years in Ohios brutal winters and bipolar weather, its not uncommon for several problems to start popping up. What makes the difference is how the dealership handles these problems. With that many miles and being ten yrs old most dealers wouldnt have been helpful, to say the least. Within the first week of having it I noticed the heat wasnt working and then the day after that was fixed my car died while I was driving it. They got my car in immediately both times, they even paid for the towing when it died.This is a honest dealership with an AMAZING hardworking team. Everyone from the receptionists, call center, who sold us the car, to the service center are outstanding people who help you as much as they possibly can. My only regret was we didnt buy our truck from them four years ago lol. They will definitely be getting our service again here in a year or two when our truck is paid off.

Loved Jim my salesman. Made an appointment to look at ranger pick up. Jim informed me they didnt have one. I was very upset, 1hr 15 min drive for nothing. He said he had 2 cars to show me. I bought a 2017 Fiesta and love it. Jim was a great sales rep, thats the only reason I looked at anything.

Deceptive business practices in regards to mass mailing campaigns are alive and well here. My wife called in to check on a mailer we received and was connected with someone who asked for the information from the mailer (scratch off). She provided the information that showed a $5,000 winner was told Yes, you won come and collect your winnings, drove an hour to be told pick an envelope and it had $2. Now, I know this is a way to drive traffic into a dealership, I know we have a he said/she said situation and I know the chances of winning the major prize are astronomical, but you dont need to be deceitful about it. 2 hours of time and 1/4 tank of gas are really not much in the grand scheme of things, integrity however is and Mr. Steven Taylor, your staff that my wife dealt with lacks integrity. Leadership starts at the top, I would hope that your expectations are higher than that. I look forward to having this discussion in person.

My wife and I recently purchased a truck through Taylor Kia and our initial reason for going in was because we were prompted by “winning” a money prize from a mailbox flyer. We live an hour away so traveling all that way was a kind of big deal for us on a work day. When we arrived it became extremely obvious they had no interest in this contest flyer we brought in. Immediately the man helping us asked about our cars and upgrading our vehicles and didn’t seem to take no for an answer. Before we knew it they had taken the keys to my current truck and started doing an appraisal and promising us that we would save so much money if we upgraded. We decided to at least hear him out and what seemed to be very sudden, formal paperwork was drawn and were asked to sign and initial them. All the while we don’t even have possession of my current keys. It seemed extremely overbearing. Before we knew it we were owners of a truck. We were able to say no but it didn’t seem like no was even an answer as multiple people were running around with paperwork and we’re walking away paying $200 more a month than we did with our old truck. Are we happy with the truck? Yes. Are we happy with the service we were provided. No. And we will definitely not be recommending Taylor Kia Findlay to anyone. It was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership.

Today I took a leap of faith! I had been driving a car with 211k plus miles. The AC went out. I tried a quick fix and it wasnt going to work. As a single mom I did not know where to even begin. Taylor Kia is where my search began- and ended! I came in and met with thee most understanding, non judgmental, caring salesman. Pete is who we met with. When I say we- I must include my 5 year old Brantley. Pete was instantly amazing with my son! Which meant alot, lets be honest, we were about to spend a cpl hrs together. I only asked for AC, he went above and beyond and found me an AMAZING car!! I cant thank Pete enough for getting us a newer car that just takes my breathe away!!! Thank you Pete!!!

Called to have headlight bulb replaced. Said they were busy but said to bring it over and they would squeeze me in knowing I had to go to Toledo. I showed up 25 minutes later at9.20 (from fostoria) and the guy says he can get me in at 11.20-11.30. Should of told me that it would be 2 hrs before I rushed over there. Needless to say I didn’t have 2 hrs to wait so I left mad. Came back from Toledo at 4 o’clock went to auto zone and they did it in 5 minutes. Thank you AUTO ZONE

Went there to ask about a new Forte. Only reason theyre getting 2 stars is because they were nice. My main complaint is their pricing is totally outrageous. The car we were looking at was 5k over priced. MSRP 24k, their price 29k. They said because of current market conditions, blah blah. Every where else I looked after coming here, prices were actually at or UNDER msrp. If youre looking for a good deal, dont come here or any other Taylor for that matter. I found 2 other EXs priced at not even 23k. Will be taking my business to one of those places.

The staff in findlay are rude jeff and mick I recommend staying clear of unless your buying something even then they act like your bothering them cant ever get a return call i sold a vehicle to them and gave me a price I came back the next day to expect the offer and they tryed low balling me and changed the offer bottom line wont ever do business with the findlay taylor kia ever again I was told to stay away learned my lesson Id give zero stars if it would let me.

RUN! Worst car buying experience of my life. They will tell you any lie they want to get you to the final buying stages. It took us 5 1/2 hours to make a used car purchase. Then what we had been told was not true, at all! There was such a performance by these salesman, it was ridiculous! They will talk fast and backtrack on their words. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! I will NEVER go there again!!!

This dealership is a complete bait and switch, with false advertising practices . The dealership had a 2015 LTZ Chevy Malibu, 109,000 miles with sunroof, listed on auto trader for 10,998. When I called about the car I was told I needed to come into the dealership because they were discounting the cars and were only interested in serious buyers. I talk to Judy in their finance department who gave me quotes on extended warranties for purchase the 2015. I drove over 100 miles for a fraud which my salesman Jerry Gerken blamed on their marketing department. Also my CARFAX report and the auto trader report had conflicting information on accidents reported. The car they showed me was a 2013 LT with 81,888 miles. There is a recall on the vehicle which the salesperson says is fixed However, the printout showed it was not. I did not drive 100 miles for 2013 regardless of the miles. complete BAIt AND SWITCH. I will be contacting the BBB also Auto Traders.

Misleading Facebook post got me to reach out, then they assured me over the phone they could help me out, then the salesman wasted our time after I specifically told him how much we could afford he still came back with stuff WAY out of our budget and after 3 hours we left with nothing. They tell you bad credit they can still help yeah only if you have a lot of money like 7k down and 700 a month. I had score about 550 and 700 cash with a trade in and wanted to pay no more than 400 a month and they couldnt do it and he knew that from the beginning but still showed us 3 cars and wasted 3 hours. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND...

My family have bought seven vehicles from Taylor Kia so far. Every single one has been reliable without any issues at all and we like to put miles on. Not only are their cars reliable but the sales team is the absolute best anywhere. Always courteous and never pushy. We deal with Pete now and he has done outstanding by us in every way possible. Kia is the only brand of vehicle that I have never had any issues with and This dealership is home to some of the best salesmen and saleswomen that I have had the pleasure of purchasing from. Wife and I bought a used car from here a few months back. Except for bartering over the price, we are pleased with the information presented while purchasing, the financing, their responsiveness to our questions, and the car. Despite being used, they made sure it was in good working condition. Now while bartering doesnt bring out the nice in people, it was inappropriate to insult our use of KBB, FB marketplace, and a few other websites to check the actual price of our vehicle or similar ones. You expect us to just trust you that the vehicles value is $3500 more than the average amount for the same or similar vehicle? Like, cmon! So I suggest to you, reader: do your research if youre buying used and want a better deal!

I just traded a old satarn for a 2014 Nissan they gave me a good deal on my trade and had the Nissan marked down 1800 dollars. They didnt pressure me to buy anything extra like gap insurance and extended warranties but they do offer all that if you are interested. They detailed the car I bought and even put new tires on it before they delivered it to my house which is 30 mins away. Im very impressed. The sales person I had was Jerry Gerken ask for him He is hands down the best at his job with 20 plus years of experience.

If I could give 0 stars I would.Came here after a bankruptcy with a car to trade in. The car was protected from the bankruptcy and being paid for. I told Jeff Schetter that it was a trade in and that it was protected several times. Jeff was so busy dealing with multiple customers that they ended up not using the car as a trade in. So I had to get with my lawyer to tell him to scrap everything and give the car to the bank since the dealership messed up. He told me that they were going to bring the car to me since I went out of state, so I left my personal belongings in my car since I had been there for an entire day. They told me 3 months later that they are not authorized to cross the state boarder, so my stuff got stuck in another state. I asked him to take out my stuff from the car, and he said they were not authorized. Now I have to get my stuff from the company who collected the car from their parking lot. This was all his fault for not listening and overbooking himself. I got my mother involved and she said they called me a liar and said I knew the car was not a trade in. Absolutely awful will not do business here again and Ill make sure everyone else knows.If you want higher payments, to not be listened to, and to be put on the backburner with a long wait time Jeff at Taylor Kia maybe the guy for you.

We purchased our 2021 Kia Soul a month ago already. This is our 2nd Soul and we love it as much as the 1st! My wife & I drove over and hour to Taylor Kia in Findlay because of the hometown feel there their people give to your experience. Beautiful campus/building as well as a wonderful salesman by the name of Jerry Gerken. Talk about a man that makes you smile! He answered all our questions, gave all the pros and cons of our old Soul to the new models (my wife loved her 1st Kia probably more than me...) They had a nice selection on hand! When it came to the paperwork a very nice lady by the name of Judy, walked us through the process and gave us the best deal! I was totally against even looking, as our old Kia was problem free, but my wife said Lets just look... So I would like to recant my previous review that I took down. I did not give them a good review the first time I had some issues bringing a car back that I just wasnt happy with their overall experience but I would like to say they made up for it and they were courteous and tried their best to help us out and make it work. I had to come in today to get paperwork for gap insurance information and David helped me out again as he did previously in getting a vehicle. He was very knowledgeable and polite even though I may have been a pain previously he was still kind and helpful regardless. I am very happy with this experience this turn around. They do try their best to make everybody happy David is a stand-up guy and will try to help you as best he can. I do recommend coming here and I may be back in the future when I know exactly what I want and have more time to decide on a big purchase.

I came across this 2014 Kia Sorrento online but it did not have any pictures yet as it was a fresh trade-in, but Andy and the team got some pictures to me. Once I applied over the phone Andy called me back almost immediately advising the vehicle was mine. After taking the test drive and going thru the paperwork I feel the process was smooth, headache free, and just overall very professional but also very friendly. I called management when I got home to air my complaint, the lady on other end said she was manager and took my complaint and assured me somebody higher up would call me the next day to address the situation..... nobody called... I wasn’t surprised. My credit score went down 2points because of it..... i saw their promotion pamphlets in the trash at apt complex in unopen slots that every one of them had the 777 .... you are a winner of 25.000 to $10000 or earbuds.. huge scam and I fell for it don’t fall for this... they like to get you in there to buy and screw you at same time

You have to have money to get repairs done here. If you dont go in for a problem, they will make it a problem for you so you will cost you big bucks before you leave. If you own your vehicle, its cheaper to go to a neighborhood repair shop.
