It was JoannsBought fabric that we do not have in our state (Ohio State).Rather surprised at the GREAT degree of precautions taken as to COVID. Seemed rather excessive, especially as the person cutting our fabric was not of good cheer and rather commanding as to distance even though had plexiglass barriers and we had masks on...

I made it early enough this year that I got my Christmas panels, really my wife got hers.

A newer JOANN (they moved from a different location in town awhile back) so it is nice and clean. However, they have a smaller selection of products than youll find in other JOANN locations - not too many Happy Planner items to choose from. The clearance section is always a good place to peruse, and you can always find coupons on their app to save extra money.

Had all the different items in stock I was looking for. Able to get some of the items on sale. Used a coupon to get 40 percent off on another item. People working in the store were knowledgeable and able to help me find some items I couldnt. Very helpful and friendly.

Great sales on fabrics and they also can order you fabric that isnt carried in the store by the yard (I wanted a coupon price on some fabric that they didnt carry in that Joann and they ordered it no problems). Their manager really seems to know her stuff and her way around the sewing table, which is a great quality to have in a fabric store manager. * Only downside to this location is, although the store is VERY large, they still have so much that some aisles feel narrow... But, I can deal with that for the quality of selection!

Placed an online order to be shipped to my home on sunday. Items were 70% off. $ came out of my account monday. The following Sunday (not sure what took so long) I received an email most of my items were canceled. Okay..... then I looked online and it was available to be shipped. I will be complaining. They do have awesome deals and great looking products. Just suggest you actually go to the store if you are able and its in stock!!

It had been years since I had been in a JoAnn Fabrics and Crafts, I used to go with my sister often when we were younger. I wasnt terribly impressed with it these days. They had plenty of fabric but I feel it was lacking in the crafts

Manager greeted me at the door as they opened. She was VERY helpful with answering my questions and selecting patterns, fabric, & thread for my sewing project. She also helped me retrieve a coupon on my Android phone, which saved me lots of $. Will definitely return soon!

The cashier found any deals that could be applied for my purchase, the floor employees were both lively and kind in helping me find my fabric. 10/10 for the crew that worked March 13th night shift. Im proud of all of you lovely ladies. Retail isnt easy! ❤

Floor worker was not aware of where items were located in store. While wandering in store to find items needed I ran into at least 5 floor workers. Which, at no time did they offer help.Store is very well organized and clean.

The visit there was wonderfulThey had the exact item that I had been looking for.

With the recent restrictions due to Covid-19 the management and employees at the Findlay location have been rude and unreasonable in enforcing new guidelines, often going so far as embarrassing customers. I will never return to this store.

Too small for the size and surrounding areas of findlay! Fabric choices are limited. Bigger stores and better selections elsewhere.
