Being today was gloomy and rainy, me and my fiancee, Dawn Parsons found out way too the Cosmo Prof in Findlay Ohio, where she does all her color and developer shopping. The wonderful Lady working today was very attentive and extremely helpful too Dawn and I, even when we couldnt find a certain color, this young Lady went in the back and found exactly what my fiancee was looking for. Staff changes continuously. Current staff is friendly. Negative factor: out of stock merchandise. They almost always are out of something on my list. Sale ad shows items that are rarely in store or they only get 1 per store. A trick to get you in the door.
