Got a great deal on some Bluetooth earbuds, found all the snacks i like and got some jalapeño ranch dressing to go with my celery for a healthy snack.

I go to Walmart often its quick easy and not too expensive

Helpful staff. Found what we needed. Says truck friendly but there are signs saying no truck parking. We did anyway to do our shopping. No one said anything as there were 4 or 5 rigs there.

The customer service counter needs a serious overhaul in how they treat customers as they seem to pick and choose who they will allow to return poor quality items. Yet another Walmart interaction that motivates me to spend my money on Amazon where returns and/or refunds are never an issue.

Not a big fan of Walmart but had to pick up some stuff after flying...Im not a carry 3 Oz of hair stuff for a week kind of girl. It was fairly clean and lots of parking. In and out quickly.

Their electronics department tech lied about everything to get me on t-mobile. Told me it was month to month like straight talk and now I find out its a 2 year contract you cant get out of.

Walmart took out most of their cashier lanes. So if you want to scan and bag your own grocery then this is the pace to be. I was ok doing self scan when I had a few things, but not any more. Will be shopping some where else.

Busy busy busy today for some reason. In didnt see a single other person (employee or customer) wearing a face mask. Things are relatively easy to find here and the staff is super helpful, accommodating, and directly if you need any help.

I love Walmart especially this one theyre in the middle of remodeling right now but Im sure its going to be beautiful when theyre done I shop here all the time I live close to it and its a wonderful store

Fewer and fewer cashiers and more and more self check out. The truth of the situation, I now buy less and less at Walmart because I dont want to deal with the long lines at the lane with one cashier and I dont want to deal with scanning and bagging the stuff myself and risk accidently missing something and having someone tear everything apart to find that one item I missed.

The store is very clean, lots of workers, everyone very friendly and helpfull.

Have one been here one time before last year. Stopped by to grab something as we where leaving town. Was able to find what we needed really easy which was a pleasant surprise sense we dont know this store or layout.

Came in for a cake. The deli guy did a great job writing on top. Very pleased.

Will not be shopping here or at any Walmart again. The self check outs were inconvenient to begin with but now with walmart going to mostly self checkouts and with zero open checkouts today I will not return. I do not leave work after 16hours to come work for free at walmart. 3 people came up to me while I was shopping today to just vent about what a disaster the store is now as well because they couldnt find anything they were looking for. The store and its customer service has always been a poor one but its only gotten worse. I will gladly pay more for my groceries elsewhere due to the lack of customer care this store has.

The usual Walmart experience, good prices, and the Pickup Order process was efficient.

Wal-Mart always has great customer service and easy to access what I need. Plus the order online and pick up in parking lot is great when dont have time to shop. Always friendly and helpful

The front end of the store on Trenton Ave. was very unorganized.. I wanted to grab a sprite for my husband and I, and there were none.. also there werent any 20oz at all except zero sugar Mtn Dew, diet watermelon Mnt Dew, A few blue/red Mtn Dew. I also needed some body wash, which they were very limited on choices. Most of the shelves were completely empty and most register isles were also empty. Whatever they are doing, they need to get it together..

Shelves not stocked. Website says masks required but no staff had on masks And they definitely were not disinfecting down the checkout area after each visit. Did not feel safe in there....germy atmosphere... floors were dirty There was no sanitizer available at the front of the store to wipe down the carts or wipe your hands after leaving the store.

Im a big fan of value buys and this store has become a traditional go to for most families especially those whom need those value buys...but I can not express how much I get so irritated seeing more than 12 check out lanes closed down and not one open!! In my mind I say maybe because of the pandemic but nope this has been an issue since before all that...I always thought a business with a smiley face logo was to keep us customers happy..please turn this frown upside down!!!

Had to take co travelers here to get a belt. Was fairly quick and they got what they needed.

At this particular walmart i had called to see if they could get me some egg rolls at the deli hot and fresh and the guy there said yes that they could. So i show up nicely and ask if i could get 5 egg rolls to go. They told me that they didnt have any out abd then i asked if they could drop some in the deep fryer and from that point on they became extremely rude. I asked to speak to the store manager. He or she never came out about a complaint about their lovely freaken deli. So i WILL CONTACT CORPORATE OFFICE IN ARKANSAS!

Very good went for my 2nd covid shot and they were very nice.

My 88 yr old mother went this Trenton Ave. location on July 14 & 15. She went to sporting goods section to get a fishing license. She waited 45 minutes and kept trying to get help, no one would come, so she left. The next day, she went back and waited for over an hour. They kept telling her that someone was coming, so she ended up putting the items she wanted back and left. Today July 16, we went to the Tiffin Ave Walmart. Their sporting good section had a big sign to press this button for help and within minutes, she got help. Was able to get her license and was very happy. You should definitely learn from the other location, and have a button, if youre not going to staff that department full time. Incase you are curious, no there was not a sign and button at Trenton Ave. Store, I went and verified incase it got missed before I wrote this review!

I was disappointed that I could only get part of my short list. I needed Total cereal and Zinc. Only three boxes of Total on the shelf. And zero Zinc. None at all in no brands. Since Drs are suggesting taking zinc to help our immunities again COVID-19. Im shocked there was none available at all.

They have recently done some remodeling and have narrowed all the isles so 2 carts can’t make it through. Then when you check out, it is almost all self checkout now with little room for your groceries. I believe in customer service and this is far from it. You just lost a frequent customer. I will not be back to fight to get through the isles and then have to ring myself out.

Not a bad place to shop as far as walmarts go, usually the staff is pretty helpful but a handful of times ive also ran in to those that dont care about there job or tgere customers

Was traveling on July 4th and had a broken belt in my tire and the tire center got me in right away and was done in one hour. Im grateful they were open on a holiday!

Well it was actually rather decent other than not having enough money to afford a personal hygiene product that was 3 dollars .

The most unusual experience Ive ever had at a Wal-Mart.Walked into the store doing my normal point and shoot thing, getting pics for the review I planned to write. Suddenly while standing in an aisle looking at product the manager comes to me asking if she can help me.I told her what I came for but that I was browsing and looking at other items. Then she told me a worker told her I was taking pics of employees! Um hello, Im taking wide angle shots to show the store in my review. Just like Ive done hundreds of times at locations all over the country.Not a pleasant feeling to be made to feel as if youre somehow doing something wrong when youre not.

The meat department is mediocre at best. I purchased pork chops just to find out that they were frozen when I went to put them on the grill. This made for uneven cooking.There were no manned registers open. I was forced to use self checkout. It has been a couple months since I last visited. It will be a few more months before I come back.

Auto service department there is horrible. I had a tire leaking so stopped there and asked kindly to just let me pull in because I had a baby and a 3 legged dog in the car and it was pouring rain. Well, they did nothing for me so I put my dog in a shopping cart and walked down to the Buffalo wild wings to sit outside and eat while waiting the 2 hours before they even pulled it in, all while getting soaked. Yay. Tires were great though! 😅

No carts at pharmacy entrance. I asked Greeter why? He said he is by himself and called for help. He was told: ...they have to focus on grocery side. Then the mens restroom was closed but no cleaning cart in sight. I asked bagger if she thought it would be long & she said she thought they might be cleaning but it has been closed awhile. Used restroom in back, but it wasnt all that clean. After checking out I noticed Mens in front still looked closed.

I like WalMart...they normally have quality merchandise and a good price. Greatly appreciated.

Tried to ask for help to find item that showed up in stock on the app. Walmart employee did not even try to find the item. Luckily I found it hiding on top of the shelf.

Nice location, no overnight truck parking signs all over the parking but enough room & very convenient for truckers to shop & back on the road. Texas roadhouse next to Walmart, good food.

Im sure its Covid related, but there are so many empty shelves! If you are looking for shampoo and conditioner, dont bother looking here. The aisles with these products are so unorganized it will take you hours to find what youre looking for.

This Walmart is being redone and its kinda a mess right now, their also going to mostly self check out lanes with only 4 cashiers on duty. I personally an 50/50 about this, but I know people that it does/will bother.

This Walmart is at pretty good location, there’s a lot of space for truck parking and only a five minutes detour from highway 75, so if you’re a trucker it’s the best location to shop from . They have a lot of stores inside like subway, AT&T .. so you can buy your SIM card from here . Overall good place .

This was not a good visit at the Wal-martBy I-75 in Findlay today because they had only 1check out line and thear was a lot of people trying to check out and then they closed that checkout line and the one end the self serve lines was closed and they would not open any other lines up and told us we would have to go to the other self serve lines witch had so many people in line . There was everyone trying to get out and the CSMS didnt care about the people watering their already. This was way before 7PM over 20 people standing up front of the store to leave not good at all . never befor did this happen toUs ever we were getting a lot of stuf we needed and could not get out . very unhappy and Just left the store with nothing . Bad day for us .

Walmart had everything we wanted but the cashier kept arguing with us when we told her she rang an item up 4 times instead of once. We had to go to customer service and show them and a nice person there fixed the problem for us.

Its Wal-Mart, bit often understocked compared to the other area Wal Mart Stores. Hint to management: yes it is noticeable.

I paid for Express and it was supposed to be here at 310pm. It is now 515pm

They never have a lot of things I need and want. Shelves are not stocked a lot of times... there store feels dirty to me everytime I go in. They are more like a carry out . Its old and they need a super Walmart with a bakery I always end up driving a ways to get what I need

I like the tiffin ave Walmart the best of any Walmart I have visited yet and today proves it. I happened to faint in the checkout line and the crew you had on hand today was awesome. They called EMS. But most of all they took care of me . I couldnt tell you their names but you have fabulous people working in your store. Raises all around.

Love that I can find what I need quickly! The Walmart app is extremely helpful. I type in whatever I need to find and it tells me if its in stock and what aisle it is located in. The Walmart pay on the app also allows for easy reorder of your favorite items.
