I love working with the Flag City team. Our church has done multiple LARGE orders and they are always so willing to help, even when we do them last minute... ☺️Flag City Ts are my favorite! They use super soft, super comfortable t-shirts that make them the first I reach for when digging in my shirt drawer.The quality and customer service is always top notch.Not to mention one of the coolest store fronts downtown Findlay. Its fun to go in and see whats new!Thanks Flag City!!

Great t shirts and customer service

My experience with this company and the owner has been very disappointing to say the least. When the owner and manager were confronted with a highly sensitive situation with their business practices, he was arrogant and would not take responsibility. He and his staff were informed up front that we were only seeking answers to our valid questions of the account. I was given excuses by the manager and an I don’t know and it’s your problem attitude by the owner. To be clear his staff was not the problem. The owner and manger are. I asked for resolutions like training staff properly and the owner taking accountability for not doing his job properly and implementing safety measures for the future so others do not encounter the same problems. I was given excuses. This day and our experience with this company could have went very difrent if he had been mature enough to say let’s sit down and get this resolved and figure out a solution to both problems. He didn’t and after hours of this issue, still did not come up with a solution on his own. Very disappointed in these two people and this business.

Nice little store. Was hoping for a 419 t-shirt but they didnt have my size and werent sure when they would be making more.

They did an even exchange for me today. Thank you so much for helping my son find the right Hoodie his size.

The ran a gift card special on black Friday 2019. After the fact they disclosed that the cards were not valid on special orders..... Will NEVER use them. Even showed screenshots of the original as that did not have this listed anywhere.. still would not honor.

I ordered a few items online from Flag City Printing prior to the Christmas Holiday. The order was processed very quickly, allowing me plenty of time to get them wrapped and under the tree! The shirts came as advertised and are very comfortable. I will be supporting this great, local retail shop more and more in the future. Nice work guys!

Very friendly staff, made great suggestions and made sure we were aware of current sales. Great and unique selection for shirts and very good shirt ideas for this area. Good location downtown and easy to get to. Not overly packed with tons of clothing either, just enough to show what selections they have.

This place is horrible. Shirts that are in high demand and they dont have them, weeks before Christmas!!Had shirts made for work and half of them were wrong. Even when I had them made I was told well call you when they are done they never called. I had to follow up. Took the ones back that were messed up to be fixed and was told the same thing well call you when they are done still havent gotten a call. Will never buy from this place again.

They have great service I had that last minute idea to surprise my husband in his graduation at UF with our 4 kids dressed with T-shirt saying proud son/daughter of College Grad they welcome me with open arms and did the t-shirts super fast and the price was affordable too ask for Nick he will hook you up he is awesome Thank you Nick

Horrible experience. Took months receive my package that my mother ordered for me and when she called he was very rude and unprofessional to an elderly woman i would never go through them ever again!!!

I received my order yesterday after calling the company to inquire why the order had not come. They told me they saw the problem and would pack the shirts and put them in the mail and I would receive them in 2-3 days which I did. When I opened the package I was totally disappointed. The shirts are a different hue of blue, the print Stamp is marred in several places and the quality of the shirt is not like the shirts on the advertisement or those seen on other patrons. To say the least I am disappointed.
