I do not know much about jewelry so my rating is purely on their customer service. They are absolutely wonderful. Always greet you when you come in. They are very good at helping you find what your are looking for. Thats because they are very familiar with their products and good at asking you the right questions. They are patient with you while you make your decisions, which made me feel very comfortable. This will be there first place i go next time i am looking to purchase another piece of jewelry for my wife.

I was thinking about buying an engagement ring for my girlfriend and after visiting 4 different stores with no luck, my buddy told me to try Michael Eller Diamonds in Findlay. As soon as I walked in I was impressed. Their selection was HUGE! I looked at engagement and wedding rings for about 10 minutes and that was all it took to find the perfect one. The salesman was extremely helpful, and was very knowledgable. He made it a personal experience and I didnt get the feeling that it was just another sale like I did at the other jewelers. I would recommend Michael Eller Diamonds over any other jeweler and I will most definitely be going back for Christmas and birthday gifts!!!!

I absolutely love my ring my fiancé, bought me from Michael Eller! However, he requested a size 6, and when I tried on rings I knew I needed a size 6. My engagement ring is a size 6.5, so going through the unneeded hassle of resizing the ring is ufortunate!Edit: Michael Eller is resizing my ring the same day! Amazing people to work with!
