I bought a (very expensive) pair of hearing aids from them in 2016. The audiologist did a single follow up and despite me saying I didnt think they were working properly, decided that they were.Spoiler: they were not.4 years of bad hearing, asking what? Repeatedly and generally being kind of miserable about what good hearing was like, I took my HA to another provider for a 2nd opinion.Findlay ENT had my hearing aids turned way down, and unbalanced. My hearing *had* gotten worse, they chose not to run a 2nd hearing test. FINALLY after 4 years of subpar hearing, I can hear again.I am extremely bitter about this. I feel that I was robbed of 4 years and basically gaslit about my hearing. Shame on you Findlay ENT.

People here are very friendly and helpful. Dr McGinnis is very relatable and great at what he does.

Friendly staff. However, my first appointment was cancelled just as I was arriving in Findlay. I was told the doctor was sick, which is understandable, but also that their computer system was down and they couldnt reschedule. Instead, they said theyd call me back and reschedule when the system was up.That was nearly 2 weeks ago. My goal was to get in before the new year since Id already met my deductible. Now, its not likely possible. Ive not had time to call myself since I work 2 jobs and have a young kiddo at home.

Polite and helpful staff. They get you in and out quickly and have a very clean office.

Everyone is always so kind and great with my son. The doctors are truly amazing at their job and I’m so grateful to receive help from them for my sons hearing, just an amazing experience every time.

Thanks to the helpful staff and the excellent drs I can breathe again.
