Terrible place for Cummins Isx injectors would never recommend to buy injector’s their warranty doesn’t exist it took them a month to inspect my injectors that I bought from them they didn’t last a year they lost one of my core injectors dint reimburse me for the injector that they lost I’m thinking of suing them cause their injectors nearly wiped out my engine I replaced bunch of parts cause they told me that it can’t be the injectors

These guys were awesome! Blew an injector on our way to WV to go riding. They got us right in to diagnose which injector, sold us the part and were extremely helpful all the way around! Thank you guys!!

We have had several issues with the qaulity of the parts that they have sold us over the years.but until last year the customer service was always great when we had injectors fail 13 months after purchase and it caused a meltdown in cylinder 1 and partial meltdown in cylinder 5. Well guess what it is a 12 month warranty and in the past they would have dated billing to cover under warranty to help out a longtime customer. Engine rebuild was close to ten thousand dollars and all they offered to due was charge me half price for testing the bad injectors that we already knew were bad. Moving on to todays issue had to order a turbo for the same truck got it in and took the core with me and still got charged a $500.00 core charge until they get to look at my core at that location. None of this was explained to me when I placed an order or until after I gave them my credit card to pay for the turbo. To add insult to injury the turbo was missing installation gasket and hardware which is standard for everyone else. My advice is to use Jasper if you can wait for the parts to be delivered. Twice the warranty and better prices and better qaulity. If I was not under time constraints then I would have used them and in the future I will probably just wait it out with Jasper or another vendor. Very dissatisfied

My engine builder recommended I take my pump here to get it rebuilt back in 2014. Have had part throttle problems with it ever since . Called them twice and they were no help. Plus they bent me over on the price for example $364.62 for 4000 gov springs that cost $180 everywhere else. I should have done my homework a little better before cutting them loose on my pump. Very disappointed with the results.

They steal your money payed a 200 dollar core and told me I could bring core back and they give me my 200 back when I gave them core they lied refused to give the money back for core they were rude and unprofessional and would not give me there supervisors or corporate number bad place to by from
