Went to Muffler Man today to see what was making so much noise. They were friendly and helpful. Once the part arrived my car was fixed within an hour. Friendly staff, wonderful service (my car doesnt make a sound now), and affordable pricing. Will be recommending them for sure!

My muffler was almost off when I got to the shop. They fixed it immediately so it wouldnt fall completely off. It only took a few minutes. I was able to run an important errand and return later for full repairs. I was happy with the service.

I’m so pissed!!!I brought my car in about a month ago with an exhaust problem. My pipe broke. We were told they were replacing the pipe part.Well it broke again. Today. I take it somewhere else ONLY TO FIND OUT THEY PUT MUFFLER CEMENT ON THE OLD ISSUE!!!!They got $100 out of me for cement fix. Ugh.I will never go here again and I will NEVER EVER recommend them.Huge rips off!!

Since its changed owners they dont honor appointments and when asked why my truck wasnt done, I was cursed at by 3 different employees. I will never go back here.

I felt like I wasted time with one of the mechanics - he is not very professional nor is he clear with instructions. I UNDERSTAND that things happen, but I was disappointed with service - was told one thing that I could get my vehicle fixed and did not get it fixed - its like I get the run around and I will keep getting sent back to a shop to get a part that I need and not very convenient. Really reasonable and negotitable price for service!

Replace power steering pump 12-18-18 went out 2-12-19 stopped in left my number never got a response back called said he was having family issues never called. 361 down th drain do not waste your money folks

We took our Silverado truck to them in December 2015 a few months have gone by with the police being involved our truck was pushed out to the parking lot with the engine out, transmission out and we were told we had to get the truck off the premises. When we went to tow the truck out we realized our license plates were missing. Once again the police were called out. The manager of the shop said they would replace our missing transmission, put on the motor we purchased and have it done in a timely manner this was in May. Well today my husband scraped our truck because the owner wanted it gone. Never take your vehicle there you would have a better chance with a back yard mechanic. Shame on you who ever owns this shop we came to your place of business in Good faith All i can say is if this is how you run a business SHAME ON YOU...

I hate leaving bad reviews but this one is due. It is Saturday Jan.12th and Findlays Mufflerman is supposed to open at 8am! I got here at 7:50am so to be the 1st in line for service, and now it is 10:00am and still nobody is here to open up! 5 customers have came and gone wanting service! What a terrible way to run a business!!!!!!! No wonder you dont take appointments, Completely unreliable! 😡

Took my Mazda in there for a noise from the back of the vehicle, they fixed it right away, and didnt charge me since it was a quick simple fix. Even stayed late so I could pick it up instead of waiting until tomorrow.

Good shop to take your auto for any kind of repairs, mufflers, all kinds of repairs, they take good care of you, very reasonable for all kinds of autos . check them out you will be glad you did.
