The Gerber collision repair on Allisonville Road has amazing service! I have not gotten my car repaired yet, I was there for an estimate after I had been hit in an accident. Amanda and Ian specifically took care of me. I do not know much about cars, they took the time and explained everything to me and the entire process that would take place. They even communicated with the car rental place to have a car delivered to their shop the day I dropped mine off. This is the best customer service I have ever received! It is no wonder that they are always busy.

Schedule a hail damage quote over a month ago which was a pain in the rear due to you never talk to a real person and got a phone call an hour before getting there that this location does not do hail damage repair. Failure at keeping the customer in the loop of what they actually do.

Had estimate for minor damage. Went other place for estimate this place had a way better estimate. Havent had the work done yet but if I get a chance to review them after the work I will. Very nice did the estimate while I was there and answered all my questions.

What an awesome place. Had some damage to my car. Scheduled my work a few weeks out. I got updates as my car was being worked on along with some calls from the body shop. They also worked with my car rental and got that taken care of as well. Super nice staff.

Service was great all around. I love the customer service from their front desk. I love the detailed explanation from the mechanics. I love the network with enterprise and how they pick me up and im able to leave the rental at GC&G when i pick up my car. I love the cleanliness of the establishment.

We waited a week before Gerber could get the car in for the repairs; plenty of time for them to order all of the parts needed. We dropped off the car Monday night as it was scheduled for Tuesday. They called me Tuesday morning to inform me they need to order additional parts and that they messed up and ordered aftermarket instead of OEM (They blamed Progressive for that). This would delay getting the car done until Friday. Then they immediately called back stating it would be Monday due to the covid restrictions delaying deliveries. I live three hours away and explained that I need the car done by Friday morning to get back home. Wednesday morning: they tell me they managed to overnight the parts, but their paint machine is down so itll be done Friday. Again, I explained it has to be done by Friday morning in order for me to get home in time for an appointment. Thursday morning: I called for an update which they stated it will be done that day. Of course later that day I received another excuse and another promise to have it done by Friday at 10am. Friday morning comes around and now it will be done at 11am. Luckily, I took the initiative to rent a car to get home anticipating they wouldnt follow through with having the car done in time, which cost us more money as now we have had to pay for two rentals. Monday afternoon: I had take off work to make another 3-hour drive to pick up the car and found the paint doesnt match (my car is Mazdas soul red, their paint job looks orange) and theres debris beneath the paint. I expressed my dissatisfaction with their work, but told them I was not leaving the car with them any longer. They encouraged me to take it to a Gerber in my town to get it fixed and they would honor the warranty. Now Im back to the beginning with having to wait to get the car into another shop and likely paying for a 3rd rental. The whole experience with Gerber was extremely frustrating as they were consistently lying and their quality of work is extremly poor. After all of this, Im not convinced they actually used OEM parts. I do not recommend using them.Dear Owner,No one has reached out to me as you stated and its been a week.

This shop came highly recommended, and I am absolutely impressed by the service I recieved here. I was looking for a place to help me get my rusted license plate screws out (one was actually stuck in the hole) and Allen Memis (the estimator) got me RIGHT in to assess the situation and see if it was something his tech could fix. He thoroughly explained my options and potential ranges for prices, and was very truthful about everything. They were able to squeeze me in the next morning! That never happens to me! Mitch Snyder (tech) did a fabulous job with the repair, and was able to work his magic with getting the screw out without scratching the paint or stripping the hole! They had the car fixed in less than an hour! I was super impressed by the shops ability to multi-manage all the vehicles they had in there, and giving me frequent updates along the way. Amanda, at the front desk, was very helpful and friendly and made me feel comfortable while I waited. GERBER COLLISION AND GLASS WILL BE MY TOP PREFERENCE FOR CAR REPAIR!!!! I highly recommend this group of people to fix any issue -they are honest and no hidden costs!

Overall did a great job repairing the dent in our van. Customer service was great, people are very friendly. Only complaint was that it took about 7-8 weeks to finish the repair. Luckily, our van is a lease so we saved miles.

I am 100% satisfied with the service received by the great staff here. They were so helpful and informative. Im not so knowledgable about car care, but I found the best help at collision cure Fishers. They were not just trying to sell me the service. Instead, they were so caring to explain everything comprehensively to make me take the decision that fits me. I loved them all!!

Better off trying to fix it yourself! I would give zero stars if I could. I am still finding stuff wrong with what they did after we had to take it back to them 4 times!Get your s@%t together people!!Im absolutely positive that the good reviews left by previous people were for the gift card that was offered for writing a review!

This is my second experience with Gerber and both have resulted in satisfactory workmanship. They have a practice of giving email updates on work progress twice a week (Tuesday and Thursday). This worked fine but when the target completion date arrived I didnt hear anything. I called that afternoon and found out it would be next morning for work to be completed, which was OK. They said they would contact me that following morning to confirm pick up time. However, morning and afternoon passed with no word. I called late afternoon to see if it would still be possible to get the car that day. As it turned out I did get it a little before closing time that day. My point ... they did a great job of setting up the update notification process but it was less helpful at the most critical time when the completion date arrived. I am happy with the workmanship and will likely use them again.

They initially told me would take a week to do the body work but it only took a couple of days. My car was washed and vacuumed when I went to pick it up and that was a very pleasant surprise. The work they did on my rear bumper was fantastic.

Went in for an estimate. Sales representative was very friendly and took care of what I needed very quickly. They have a very nice waiting area with coffee and waters if you need. I would reccomend Gerber to anyone that needs a small collision repair or broken glass repaired on their vehicle.

Very nice people! Who worked hard to help me! Gerber Collision Kept me updated every step of the way by text and call. Worked hard to get my car back to me as fast as possible! Since i was private pay kept my balance low! Got my car back and it looks brand new! Even kept my car an extra day till I could get there to pick it up. Thankyou Gerber Collision for fixing my kia soul!

We had repairs done there before and everything was fine so we decided to go back. It started with the estimate it was a little hard to make an appointment and get in which is understandable they were busy. This in my mind was not a bad sign as it means that there is a trusted reputation built. Then we got the check from the insurance company and it was difficult to get in to the point where I had to call repeatedly to get a time set. This is a little more alarming as it is judging there ability to follow up with you. The car was finished nearly on time or so we thought. When my wife went to pick it up they said they had yet to put the pen stripe on the van. So it really wasn’t ready and they asked her to come back the next day. The next day they were still not ready and asked her to come back later and they were still not ready. This would be inconvenient for anyone but my wife works nights at a hospital so this is extremely difficult for her to end up missing sleep for unnecessary trips. We had been trying to get in touch because the door that they repaired also stopped working. At this point I feel like they have they money and I have been taken. I am not sure how they can ask for the money when they job is not completed. After several calls I finally got the manager to call me back. He pointed blame at his front desk people and offered to fix the issue and put the stripe on promptly. His only offer is for things he should have done nothing more for the 4K paid and several trips and calls made to get them to move. The van is still not fixed and this is by far a terrible experience. They are clearly too busy and the repairs, front desk and management cannot handle it. To add on this morning they were supposed to call my wife and come pick up the car by 9:15. At 9:30 they hadn’t even called her.

Waited 2 months for Gerber to set up repair through a Progressive claim. Insurance said Gerber had all the information. Gerber just kept repeating saying we had to contact insurance and Gerber will call us. Finally after 2 months of phone calls we decided to visit a competitor. The repair was completed in 3 days! I will never take my vehicle to Gerber and do not recommend them for any insurance claim.

Ian was great to work with and the actual repair work was good. I was hit in a parking spot and had passenger side damage from front door to rear of bed.This shop must have rushed my truck out the door with no attention to the small details. After picking it up: the inside was FILTHY...dust everywhere, dirty paper floor mats were crumpled up and stuffed under my seat, the bed was full of trash (cardboard boxes, styrofoam, my old wheel), the rear passenger door wouldn’t open because they reinstalled the handle wrong, they forgot to replace a center cap on my damaged wheel, and when they reinstalled my bed cover it was rubbing on my back window causing a really loud squeaking noise anytime the truck was in motion. I took it back a week later to have the cap and door handle work completed.Today it’s parked in my driveway in the sun and I just noticed there is overspray all over the truck. On the passenger side windows, the rear window, the third brake light, and all over the trim on the rear window. Who knows where else, that was just at first glance.I dumped the trash and spent about an hour cleaning the inside of the truck. Had to use an air compressor to blow all of the dust out of my seats and all of the crevices in the dash trim. Spend almost another hour removing and reinstalling the bed cover. I’ll have to spend a little more time wiping/scraping the overspray off the truck and windows. I had to spend $30 on Uber the day I dropped it off for the re-work because I needed to get to and from work. None of these things are a huge deal by themselves but all of them together are pretty annoying.
