I cannot believe just how awesome the team that work at this location are!Had a flat on Friday - they didnt have the matching tire on stock - it was looking like Monday before they could have one delivered to their location which would leave us car less for the weekend. Rob went above and beyond by sourcing a tire from a local partner so that we could have the car on Saturday morning. Such a great team focused on customer experience. Thank Rob for going above and beyond to get us back on the road again!

I visited this store yesterday to get my tires checked for low pressure warning, I did see a nail stuck on my tire. Called them around 7pm to see if I can walk in. I was clearly given directions on how to get some air filled before driving ...I reached there the around 7:40(close to closing time). I was greeting very happily and they fixed the tire in 20 minutes and gave me a zero dollar bill and asked me come back when there is a real job. So honest and affordable. We need such business to stay alive. This is my store for tires!!

Excellent service… went to all local tire shops and these guys went extra mile. Told me they didn’t have the tire I needed, but told me where to get it. I brought it back and they put it on.

Bought the warranty on Michelin tires Defender HT tires for my 2015 Dodge Caravan SXT Van. I had all four replaced under warranty with no hassle begging for it no problem. (With all the construction and potholes and round abouts all very much worth it.). Great staff, got me in and out, a fantastic experience and glad people honor their hard work and warranty too! Thank you, it drives fantastically now so smooth!

Shawn and his team did a great job. I wanted to upgrade the wheels on my Jeep and he spent time with me going over the specifics on what I needed to look for in terms on specs. I did some research, located the wheels I wanted and he was able to get them for me within three days. Once they came in, they put them on same day and look fantastic. Great customer service. Highly recommend.

Very good service and kind workers. I hit a pothole and this caused my car to have some major issues. I took my car here and they fixed it the same day. Now my car drives like new. Oh, and I didnt feel like I got ripped off or cheated after I paid. I actually felt like the service I received was well worth the money. I would recommend this place to close family and friends.

Got 2 new tires at a great rate and service year and half ago at Castleton location and just had them serviced at Fishers location over the weekend. Extremely superb service and customer care on both occasions and both locations.

The people at Belle Tire were very friendly and professional. I was having trouble with a vibration when I got over 60 mph. It turns out the tires were out of balance. They balanced them and no more vibration.

Got a set of tires yesterday and the gentleman (think he was the manager) was AWESOME!! He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and very helpful. He took the time to help me get my new tire credit card number so I could use it (haven’t received it yet). Would definitely recommend them!

They are nice as soon as you walk in They dont try to sell you anything you dont want plus they go out of their way to find out the real problem.

I was looking to purchase larger tires for my ram 1500 and they exceeded my expectations with recommendations and willingness to test fit a tire that normally wouldnt fit without rubbing (while 4 Wheel Parts down the road pretty much pushed me out the door). Highly recommend and will definitely be returning for all my needs.

I unfortunately blew a tire on my way to work this morning on 69. And being my luck I had no spare....I called Belle tire and spoke with Andrea. She was friendly and helpful. My helper was able to come grab me and we removed the bad tire and went directly to the fishers location. In less than 20 minutes they had the new tire mounted and out the door. Thank you for the fast service and great price....now I just need them to come out and help us build this fence!

I recently had an issue with my brakes. Belle Tire did a free inspection and gave me the bad news. I had to have the hydraulics, pads, calipers and the brake line flushed. My appointment was at 11 and my vehicle wasnt taken back until 12. The repairs took about 3 hours. Not a fun time waiting, but Joe and Tim were nice and gave constant updates. Joe gave me a break on the flush and a free oil change for the wait. Im giving them a 5 star rating because I feel like they were great even with the delay.

I called Belle Tire for advice on if my spare tire could last the 50 mile drive that I was needing to make. I spoke with Reggie and he had me come by so he could check my pressures and make sure I tightened the spare down enough so that I could get to my destination safely.Ironically I had been shopping for new tires the few weeks prior due to mine being way too overdue.I actually ended up purchasing new tires from Reggie for a fantastic price. Thank you Reggie for making my safety a priority! I will continue to use Belle tire for my future tire needs.

To start off I do reviews a lot. And I want to say to people that read my reviews can always second guess and check my info. It helps customers get the most of their money in this pandemic. We have to help each other. Tim and his people do an excellent job in repairing your vehicle. And before you spend a dime you know exactly what you are getting. No guesswork. They explain it I layman terms for those of us who are not car people. Price is fair. My people are friendly. Not like some other tire places I have been. I only get tires from them no other place. Give them a try before you call any other tire place. They even have free air too.

Very disappointed, I have been to this belle tires a handful times and its very disappointing to be writing a one star review. I brought my car in last week to get a check up on my rear brakes because it was making a squeaking noise and they went ahead and check my entire car which is perfectly fine, however, when they called me back to tell me the situations about my car they tell me that my oil is leaking above my engine and both my rear pads needed replaced, I was not surprised about my break pads. Now heres where Im annoyed, last time I was at belle tires I came in for an oil change so I was very confused when they wanted to charge me almost $300 to retighten a bolt that they left loose the last time I came in for an oil change. Yes, a loose bolt, now I know this because I checked it myself and retightened it myself and its been a week since and no oil spillage has occurred and my engine is perfectly fine and Ive been checking. Now when I talked to Joseph and pointed out how could my oil be spilling when this location changed my oil last, he tells me it wasnt from their doing when in fact they didnt tighten one of the bolts.Now for the break pads, they tell me those will cost $400 to replace, now if you dont know how to replace them yourself it probably would cost that much. Since I always get taken advantage of I made sure to get a quote from other shops and they were much less than how much Belle Tires was charging for mine. I know how to change my break pads, I changed the front ones myself so I know how much my pads cost, only $40 at autozone. Very disappointed on how this location tried to take advantage of me as well. Do better, stop treating people like they are clueless about cars because I sure as hell am not. Do better Belle Tires.

I had an excellent experience at the Fisher’s Belle Tire location. I spoke initially with Shawn and he was excellent. Very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable! I had 2 new tires put on with an alignment and also an oil change. The mechanics did a great job and kept the car clean as well.Nick, Chris and Tim helped me as well and again GREAT experience with them as well! Thanks Guys!

One of the best auto/tire stores I have ever had the opportunity of doing business with. Shawn is the manager and does his job professionally and is as helpful as any store manager I have ever dealt with. They beat 3 other tire store prices by at least $300.00 and I would recommend them to everyone if they are looking for new tires. 5 stars for sure.

Just stopped in because I noticed a nail in one of my tires. I believe his name was Tony came out and checked it out. Pulled it out with some pliers, sprayed it with the soapy liquid, and determined that it hadn’t actually punctured the tire. I was in and out in five minutes at no charge. Will definitely be coming back due to this great service.

Excellent customer service and beat Discount Tires prices by several hundred dollars on a very expensive set of Michelin PS4s. They were being mounted on very expensive forged wheels (Advan GT) and they were mounted with zero damage to them even though they were 20x12 wheels in the back. They took their time and did it right, which was important on wheels that nice. Their touchless mounting machine works like its supposed to. Will definitely go back even though I live 45 minutes away and there are probably 100 tires shops closer.

Fantastic service, I called Monday for quotes and Tim was very informative, I explained I cant schedule anything due to a random time in and out of work each day so we just played it day to dayI called tuesday and got a different guy (shawn) and he at least made a ticket so the tires would be reservedWednesday I just went in after work hoping they would have time and they replaced my battery, cleaned the connectors, quick good clean service.Yesterday I rolled up at 630 (they close at 8 on thursday) and asked (nick) if we could do any tires even if only 1 at a time, just whatever we can do, explained to him what I just put in this review and he said we will get all 4 done todayThe tires that were supposed to be reserved were gone (ticket possibly lost due to not being able to schedule)so he bumped me up too the next available tire for The same price so essentially got 80$ off tires (still eligible for rebate as well on top of that)As of now still playing the day to day game with them to get ban alignment done ASAP so any day I get off work before they close Im riding 5 minutes down the street to check with themThis is without a doubt my go to place for any light maintenance issues I will have that dont require my dealership or a motor or transmission mechanic and so on, im officially a belle tire of fishers customer in 2 phone calls and 2 visits, highly recommend

These guys just know how to make you feel welcome, AND save you some money! They replaced a steering knuckle and said to bring it back for a free alignment if after several miles it started pulling to one side.
