Waited over 2 hours in line to get my prescription, didn’t even get it filled because it wasn’t ready yet. I needed to start my antibiotics yesterday, but couldn’t due to the slow pharmacy. They told me that I would have to pick it up tomorrow instead because by the time they closed, it still wouldn’t be ready. Wasted 2 hours, and they can’t even have the medication I need ready. The script was sent in around 3:00 too. Absolutely ridiculous, won’t send my medications here anymore
Employees are not helpful whatsoever. I had called before coming in to ask if they had a certain product and to see if it was sold out the man on the phone said they had it so I went there and asked 2 employees who have absolutely no idea where anything is they are extremely clueless and not helpful. I made a pointless trip of going there to look for a product they claimed and told me they had but actually didn’t. Employees have absolutely no idea what they are doing. Crazy to think the people working there would have a general idea of what products they carry they just walk around and don’t do anything just simply said “I don’t know” when telling them to talked to someone on the phone, great help for me to make a trip there for nothing.
Employees are nice but the pharmacy line is SO SLOW!!! I plan my day around coming here and I’m often disappointed I have to leave because the line is too slow.
Whats the point of a drug store that closes before any other stores? What if someone needs benadryl in the middle of the night?
Have been looking for a few hard to find items. I knew when the truck came and went back a couple different times to see if the truck was unloaded yet. Seeing my frustration, Betty stepped up and said if I leave my name and phone number I will call you when the truck is unloaded. Not only did she call me, She set aside the item I was looking for knowing I was on my way. Thank you so very much Betty. Your outstanding caring, customer service gives me some hope in the world.

This review is for the Photo Center only (for the record, I have had great experiences with the pharmacy...are they busy? Yes, but the customer service is great.) I have used the photo center twice now and both times they have failed me. The first time they were unable to locate part of my order, offered to reprint it, and printed me the wrong size. I didnt realize until I attempted to use the photos as part of a gift that they were incorrect. Super frustrating. I am now addressing photo cards from the photo center (Im sure the first bad experience was just a fluke!) and they are almost all cut incorrectly and do not fit in the envelopes. I am having to trim each one so I can mail them. As I am trimming I can see the guidelines they were supposed to have used when cutting the cards. I ordered 100 photo cards...I would say 90% of them I have had to cut myself to fit in the envelopes. As much as I love spending my time to redo a job that I paid to have done, I am extremely unhappy. Sorry Walgreens photo center, no third strike for you! Buh-bye!
We moved here recently and previously we used Walgreens for our scripts and had the best pharmacists Id ever had! So we naturally just switched to this one as it was close to the new house. The wait times were egregious, the staff seemed mostly clueless and everything always seemed like they were all scrambling and out of order. Moved to CVS across the street and so far so good! This Walgreen pharmacy is not worth it!

Anytime I am in this Walgreens, I am greeted and asked if I need any help, I really appreciate the attention and customer service that I receive at this walgreens. Thank you for you excellent customer service.
Pharmacists are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. One woman specifically went out of her way do you help me get an extra discount on an expensive prescription. They are very efficient, polite, and I never have to wait long.
Gave me the wrong prescription from the wrong doctor! Cant make that up!! Horrible!
I am with Ashley, always have to wait to fill even after the time I was given to pick up. Why give a time at all? Not sure why I continue with this store. I am giving a review while sitting in my truck waiting for a prescription to be filled that was suppose to be ready an hour ago...
I am sitting in the drive thru waiting on my sons prescription that was called in 4 hours prior! Why when I go to pick it up its not ready? I am always waiting on them to fill
Usually the pharmacists and pharmacy technicians are phenomenal! They are so nice, friendly, and helpful! Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with one technician who was very rude, disrespectful, and unhelpful, but maybe she just wasnt having a good day. Otherwise, I would have given this location 5 stars!

Walgreens likes to judge... all I have to say about that.
I got the Walgreens app on my phone for the digital coupons on sale items. I clipped the coupons in the app before going into shop, but when I went to the store, the cashier was pushy and rude. He said the app doesnt always work for the digital coupons, but was then bothered that I wanted to find those coupons for the items I was purchasing. He kept asking, anything else? Very rude. Ill skip the coupons and go to CVS across the street next time.
I hate Walgreen’s in general and specifically this location. What a lousy establishment.Mr. Walgreens. you are charging top dollar for the same stuff that we can buy at Kroger, Wal-Mart....Why can t you people be respectful? How difficult could it be to throw some pills in a paper bag and hand them nicely to your customer? Their leadership are still not getting the message “ CVS popping up all over and Walgreen is closing down”

Explained to pharmacy staff when dropping off prescription that I needed it ASAP and my insurance is screwed so Ill pay cash. I was told itd be about 30 minutes and I told them Id wait. Almost an hour later I check to see whats going on and they put an insurance delay on it, and told me Id have to wait another 30+ minutes. Will not fill here again.
With the reduction in the number of Walgreens, it seems to have stressed the demand/supply at the remaining stores. Much longer than usual wait times.
Worst pharmacy ! Never ready when they say it will be !
