Most disappointing experience I’ve ever had with my car. I had an appointment for 8 am for an oil change, tire rotation, car inspection and windshield wiper pump replacement. I told them I’d be picking it up today as I have to go to work this afternoon. I called them a little over 3 hours later to see if it was ready and it hadn’t even been touched. They told me there were still two cars ahead of me. What is the point of making an appointment if it’s not honored? If they got backed up that’s one thing, but then they should have called and let me know. The guy I talked to when I dropped it off was very helpful, but this has been the most unprofessional visit I’ve ever experienced overall. I will never be bringing my car back to Firestone.
Good location, great staff. Be sure to call ahead of time to get an appointment made! Manager Brain was a big help, concidering I was frustrated due appointment issues. Will be back!
On a Sunday, son has a flat on his car. Took it off and they were able to check it out for us. Sadly the tire was not repairable, but they had one in stock at not an outrageous price. Took care of us when most everyone else was closed. Service was great and the staff was super nice. Thanks for getting us taken care of!
The staff at Firestone is really helpful! I recently got my oil changed and new brakes put on and they were so helpful and got me right in.
Andrea is great. She called and gave me updates on my vehicle. She was friendly and professional. She was honest about how long it would take to fix my vehicle and how much it would cost. Great service!
My husband and I made an appointment at this location to have our car looked at because it started making noise when turning. We showed up on time for our appointment and were rudely told that they would not be able to work on the car at our scheduled time. We asked why and were told there were several people in line ahead of us and they couldn’t just push everyone aside to work on our car. We asked why was there such a long line ahead of us if we had an appointment and explained we had never had issues with appointments being honored at other locations. We never asked them to push anyone else aside, we just were trying to figure out why they were so resistant in fulfilling our appointment. The entire interaction we were treated as if we were inconveniencing the staff. We decided to leave based on how rude they were and had to drive across town to another location to have our car looked at. The other locations staff was extremely helpful. They even fit us in for a last minute appointment after I called them in advance to make sure they could take us. They apologized for the behavior of the other location and gave us a discount on their services for our troubles. If you’ve had a good experience at another location, go there instead. Or else you’ll end up like us, driving a car making strange noises hoping you’ll make it in one piece to the location you should have went to in the first place.
Great customer service, Im in a bind and need a screw removed from a tire as Im on my way out of town. I get you close in 15 minutes but your freakn sign still says open.
I wouldn’t go here. They laugh at you on the phone when they can not accommodate (despite scheduling online). I wasn’t amused but apparently the gentleman who I was on the phone with found it quite funny that a scheduled appointment could not be accommodated.Very disgusting behavior.
The kind gentleman told me to be in by 6:00pm with my one worn tire and one wheel to replace the worn out tire. After one of the tool just stop working properly, had to wait for the other tool to be free of use and was done before EOB. I gave him 5 stars out of 5 stars. This gentleman was busy as hell, working the front desk and in the shop. I apologize I didnt remember his name, however he has a nice beard to blend in as a special operations operator. Much respect 👏👏!
Firestone Complete Auto Care has been amazing to work with. I bought a pre-owned car last August and Joe and his team have been honest and trustworthy through every issue we have brought to them.I have always found the staff at this location to be warm and friendly while acting with integrity and professionalism. I never felt I could trust a shop the way I can trust the staff here. When I had a weird noise, they were able to determine my power steering needed an update. They didnt hesitate to refer me to the dealership to have the issue addressed. I had about 1 month left of factory warranty and the update was covered. When I bought my tires, the person who worked my quote took the time to help me find the right tires for my needs. I never felt pushed or pressured to purchase, and 9 months later I still love my tires.Living in the Indianapolis area, I bought the lifetime alignment package and I couldnt be happier. Anytime I take my Raven in for an oil change and rotation I get my alignment adjusted. It is great piece of mind knowing that if I hit a pot hole I am not looking at spending $100 or so bucks just to keep driving straight on the road. Most recently I had my shocks and struts replaced. Its been about a month and so far I have been very satisfied with the work that was done.I look forward the exemplary service I will receive in the future.
Service Mgr.Nathan was absolutely Wonderful!! I totally appreciate the info.about my vehicle!!
Made an appointment and got my vehicle checkout. Everyone was very polite and helpful. Will go back again
Closed the shop early because she doesn’t usually work on Sunday and wanted to be home. Refused to sell me a tire which would have taken 5 minutes to install. $100 in 5 minutes and she said sorry and then assured me that non of the servicemen would help me either without getting paid. Waste of time. They should have adjusted their hours in google so I wouldn’t have wasted my drive out here.
Having some overheating problems no worries once the Three Steves get on the job I should be good
Lazy and referred my car wrongly to a transmission shop.Firestone and it’s brands are not worth it.
Very good Customer Service
This is by far the worst service of any auto mechanic I have ever had.I completely understand being super slammed. I had a flat tire and could barely drive the car when I stopped by. This was the closest place I could go and had to get a tire that cost me $200 bucks. I usually have my work on my Toyota done at Tom Wood (super nice and friendly service at Tom Wood) but I had to go here because of an emergency. They had my car sitting with a flat tire a whole day and I had to call to find out the status. Luckily I worked close by and was able to walk to work. I finally got an update one and half days later. I was told that I did not have to have an appointment and then I had to have one. Just poor service all around and they overcharged me for a tire they had to order for me as I was in a find. I hope I never have to go there again!
Best service Ive had an auto service center. Great customer service (Shout out to Andrea, she is so incredibly polite and accommodating, she kept me updated, explained things clearly, and went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of), I will definitely be returning!
Fantastic! I won’t go anywhere else and I even have a firestone that’s closer to me! Honest and upfront! One time, they noticed an error of theirs so they replaced the part for free and gave me a free oil change! I didn’t even have to ask for it!
Very honest and have always taken great care of our vehicles.
Tire pressure light came on. 10 degrees out. Froze my fingers trying to get the right one and air it up. Cameron came out and in seconds we were on our way. Would have given him a huge tip, but he said they are not allowed to take them. What a warm hearted guy on such a cold day!
Super nice and knowledgeable people ... the lift had a technical issue so they provided me with a rental car just Incase the issue wouldn’t have been promptly resolved. To my pleasant surprise not 3 hours later I’m back home with my actual car again after being provided a car via Enterprise for the duration. They also comped the oil change for the inconvenience... this was like a marketing/customer service 101 tutorial in real life
I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, and took them up on the offer to do a full inspection. They told me I needed to have my entire rear brake system rebuilt, and quoted me over $1000 to do so. I decided to get a second opinion from another trusted auto service shop. The second place informed me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with my brakes, and that I actually still have 70% life in them. Whether it was just a money grab or lack of automotive knowledge doesnt matter. After this experience I wouldnt recommend Firestone for anything more in-depth than an oil change, and even that is pushing it.
Dropped off for an oil change, and later asked them to check out a dragging sound the brakes are making. I was told they took it on a courtesy test drive, and didn’t find anything wrong but they weren’t aware I suspected a brake issue . This noise cannot be missed. Was told it would have to be another day as they were 20 minutes from the mechanics leaving. Fine. The icing on top was the handle on the inside door of the drivers side being completely filth covered black, as well as the floor mat! Hoping they weren’t that sloppy and careless with the simple oil change. Needless to say I won’t be going back.
Great car service, but they don’t tip pizza delivery drivers. ):
We were visiting from 2.5 hours away and got a bad flat tire. It was late afternoon and this was the closest place. They did not hesitate to say they would work us in. Ive called and been to other places that didnt/wouldnt even consider doing that. Thanks so much to Matt for outstanding customer care!! Watching him work with customers he continued to go above and beyond to help. Would definitely recommend!!!
Originally, I truly enjoyed this place because they never tried to push anything else onto me. Just fixed what I asked and were straightforward. But the last few times, theyve been giving me these giant estimates for things I should probably have done. I dont like being taken advantage of. But it seems to be the person working at the time. Sometimes they dont jerk you around and sometimes they do. Its the luck of the draw now...
What a terrible service. I made online appointment a day before for an inspection that they offer for $9.99 on their website. Fishers location 11663 Fishers Corner Blvd, Fishers, IN 46038. As soon as I arrived, The guy who was working there on July 29th at 2:00pm told me that my appointment is not confirmed even thou I have the email confirmation. Seriously? oh well, fine. maybe system error. but he was repeatedly insisting to add maintenance work like replacing spark plugs etc. I understand that he would get commission for selling their services but even I said All I want is inspection and tire rotation 3 times already but he was keep insisting to do the maintenance/tune up services. when I said I dont want to do anything until my car is inspected and we can go from there. and He made that face and... If they are not going to do the service what they offered on website, please do not offer those special coupons. What a terrible experience. All they want is forcing customer to do unnecessary overprices services. Now I know why they have so many bad reviews.
Great service. Needed an oil change before a big trip, they got me in and rolling in an hour and a half. Friendly front counter guy and didnt really try to upsell anything, just what I needed. My regular shop!
Jeff helped me out. I wanted an oil change and asked to look at a noise on the brakes (paid extra for full inspection). Jeff let me know the rotors and tread have a little bit more life more in them and offered to replace them that day if I really wanted. I declined for the time being, but he was super friendly and didnt try to up-sell me on anything. Even referred me online to get a coupon for the oil change.Services may be a bit more expensive than elsewhere, but definitely deserve more than 2 stars.
Terrible service. I got my front brakes done here a few days ago. They recommended some outrageous quote for full front and rear brakes, rotors and drums replacements. I knew I needed at least new pads on the front and the rear drums shoes were grinding when stopping. So I had them do the front rotors and brake pads, which I authorized. The rear grinding according to them was just the shoes needed readjusting. So, I leave and I can immediately tell something wasnt right at least with the front brake job. The brake pedal and e-brake pressure was the exact same before I brought it in. From my experience with previous brakes jobs, once you get brakes done you can tell a big difference in brake pedal and e-brake pressure. Then as the day went on, the rear grinding cameback.I brought it on back in the next day, taking time from my job to have them fix at least the pedal pressure. The manager didnt even apologize but he kept a closer look on the work that was being done by his 2 technicians. About 1 hr 30 mins, they were done. I could feel the brake pedal and e-brake pressure was were it should be. However the rear grinding has comeback even after they claimed that I have at least 50% pad left on the rear pads. Now, Im going to need to bring it to a more specialized brake company to have them check the rare and even the front brake job they did to make sure they did what they were supposed to.Oh, when I left I still didnt get an apology. He did say, all fixed with no extra cost... I wanted to reply, well yes it was because Im missing hours from work, so I did lose money. Avoid this location at all cost. Im not sure how the other Firestone locations fair, but this one is a joke. Another customer came in my first day there telling the same manager that he just came in there twice for a major rear brake service an its still not fixed. Avoid this place like the plague!!
Took my car in to have some work done with the oil pan and ended up replacing most of my exhaust system in the process. It needed it. Sometimes things dont go as planned and that was the case with the exhaust hangers. After a few return visits the install was properly corrected. I would like to thank Joe, Dustin and the team at Fishers Firestone for getting the problem properly diagnosed and repaired.
I had spoken with a rep yesterday and requested a standard oil change. I was told to come back tomorrow at 8am because the oil change would only be an hour long. My boyfriend drops off the vehicle and was told it would be an hour and a half since the vehicle required a special oil filter. My boyfriend comes back to pick up the vehicle and he is charged $100 because apparently my vehicle is German and requires a special oil. He talked to the rep and has $25 taken off of the bill. My vehicle does not need special oil. Very displeased with the experience as they are only trying to up-sell. I’ll be going back to Car-X as they don’t try to scam you out of your money. Don’t bother coming here.
If I could give this place a 0, I would! Talk about not TRUSTING a business! I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was called out to the car and was told they would not rotate as my Michelin tires were legally bald. Mind you, the Michelins were only 18 months old with less than 20,000 miles. I said I was not in a position to make this decision and was told by the service guy (I actually think he was the manager), I hear that a lot and Ive got a new set for you...all you have to do is open up a Firestone account. I then took my car to a tire dealership and asked them about the tires. I was told, these tires are in great shape, there is no need to replace them. BE CAREFUL OF THIS PLACE! THE HARD SALES PITCH COULD MAKE YOU SPEND UNNECESSARY $$. I ONLY WISH I HAD A HIDDEN CAMERA!
Joe was so helpful! They will definitely be getting my future business!!
I dropped my car off at Firestone yesterday and within a few hours Joe called me to thoroughly explain the repairs that were needed and the associated cost. I picked up my vehicle around 6:00pm and when Matt was politely walking me to my car he noticed that I needed a tire rotation. Two gentlemen, Sam and Keith, rotated my tires in under 10 minutes and I was on my way. Thank you for making my safety a priority and for being so respectful of my time.
First off, we have been a loyal customer to Firestone for over a decade and usually work with the one down in Casleton. They have always been very responsive and trustworthy. We moved to Fishers a year ago and thought we would get the same customer service but boy was I wrong.I have now had to bring my car in twice because they didn’t fix everything the first. Also not to mention they are terrible at communicating on the status of your car. I understand things are out of their control but just would appreciate an update on my car if anything changes or if they don’t have my car done by the promised date. If I don’t reach out to them they would probably keep my car in there for weeks at the lowest priority. If you want reliable and quick service in the Fishers area I would HIGHLY recommend going to another place.
The Service Manager Josh went above and beyond in taking care of us on a Sunday. Our car was quickly diagnosed and repaired, saving us from having to make a very long drive back later to get the car. Very professional and courteous. Thank you!
Horrible shop. Took my car in for an alignment and they did not do the alignment. They broke my transmission. And claim it’s not their fault and they are refusing to fix what they have broke. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP
Excellent service!
All I needed was for them to be able to take off the bolts that I couldnt get off because they were stripped and then put on my spare. This is what we agreed on before I gave them my keys and paid. After I got my keys back and went outside I found that all they did was take off the bolts that were stripped and took a couple off of 2 other wheels, which is fine because thats what I knew was going to happen, and then put the flat tire back on!! Seriously?! I paid $53 for them to take off stripped bolts and put a flat back on even though it was agreed to put the spare on. I seriously didnt mind paying that amount until after I found I had to track up my car, take off the bolts, and put my spare on myself. Never going here again.
Had an alignment done and car didn’t drive strait I came back next day and they gave me a quote for like $1400 for struts so I went to tire barn and they aligned it and it drives strait now since it had been done right don’t waste your money on this place for poor service 💯
Had an oil change today. At checkout the worker told me that the oil was below the dipstick, and I should have changed the oil at 3,000 miles. There are several problems with this.First, the 3,000 miles recommendation is hogwash. My Honda Element notifies me when it is time to change the oil, and in this case it was about 6,000 miles.Second, if the oil was in fact below the dipstick, this is a serious problem, not a matter of waiting 6,000 miles for a change. He should have given me direct evidence of his claim while he was changing the oil.Either he was not telling the truth or the Firestone location that did the last oil change put in insufficient oil. There is no evidence that my Element, at 69,000 miles is burning oil or leaking. I think he was handing me a line of BS.Now Im uncomfortable about whether he really changed the oil and filter.Firestone is one of the nationwide auto service companies that has a dubious reputation. (Dont they all?) The company wont get my business again.Update: It turns out that the worker had overfilled my engine by more than a quart, which is not good for the car. I took it back and the job was redone. The order taker said that the overfill was due to improper info on the computer system, but that the worker was supposed to confirm the amount of oil in a manual.
I have been to a couple Firestone locations now, and both times Ive been blown away by their customer service. A little bit of great customer service goes a LONG way - they were attentive, explained everything thoroughly, and kept me updated on the progress even without my asking.
My wife had a tire that was dangerously low and saw the “Open” sign on and tried to open the door but it was locked. A person scrolling on their phone looked up and mouthed “closed” and went back to scrolling on his phone. All the lights were on but cleearly didn’t have the class to speak with them in person and didn’t realize the open sign was on. For being a national company with many locations I would expect a more professional experience.
This place is absolutely the worst place to get service on a vehicle I had four tires replace and service . They dont honor the warranty dont waist your money.
I have tried this firestone location over and over and shame on me for giving them 100 chances. Each time they seem to always disappoint. 3 hours to get an oil change and look if a tire can be patched? Are they putting oil in by teaspoon? Go to the Noblesville Location (HTC). Much better experience.
I do not appreciate how they tell people different prices depending on if they think the person knows about cars or not. They were trying to sell my wife balance and rotation for 70 dollars. Also trying to sell her tires she doesnt need. I told my wife to say no just oil change. Later that day I called to schedule a balance and rotation because the car does need it. It was 52 dollars. Again, trying to sell people on things they dont need. Wife called for oil change. They told her she needs a full synthetic oil change that cost 70+ dollars. I took the car to Nissan dealership. .... 30 dollars
Service was super slow. Kid that did oil change left oil all over the manifold. Was told his work was double checked after completion. Which obviously was a lie because of the displaced oil.
Was there just for a basic oil change. Customer service was great. They offered the better oil and would still apply a coupon. I stuck with standard. I had a 6:00 appt and was done by 6:40. Giving 4 stars only because Id prefer a bit quicker turnaround for a basic oil change - maybe 30 minutes max.
I would have gladly paid more somewhere else for my oil change for a technician who washed up before operating my vehicle. The key, door, steering wheel, and gear shift are COVERED in a gross grime texture, and my hands are now black where Ive had to touch the car to leave. I take very good care of my car, and Im extremely disappointed with this careless and sloppy handling of my vehicle. I wont be going back.
My son and I took his truck in to have it aligned after he had just redone the entire front end, and to have a tire patched from his car. When we left we went home to find the brand new tie rod broken, which they will now not take responsibility for breaking, and not replace. The tire they were supposed to patch, still had a hole in it when they were done with it. Then they told him it was too big a hole to patch he needed a new tire which he bought. He got home, put it on the car and now the car shakes uncontrollably. Don’t go here!! There people don’t know what they’re doing, and it will cost you a lot of money!
My car overheated, so stopped with no appointment, they got me in and found out that it was a warranty issue. The service manager, even helped me call the local dealer to create a service ticket, then helped me with the tow truck and the rental car. I have been there in the past and with customer service like this, I will be back a lot
Firestone is by far the worst company!!. My aunt had her break caliber done here and they were so egligent puting parts back together and parts were broke and missing and they still charged and sent her on her way. Calling and conplaining about her concerns did nothing they didnt even do the least they could which is refunding her her hard earned money!! Never will I recommend this place to anyone who wants their vehicle safely worked on!!!.
This is where I will always take my cars! Professional friendly staff and a clean waiting room. Chandler worked on my wifes car this morning and went above and beyond. Techs like this are the reason Firestone will get my business.
DO NOT GO TO THIS FIRESTONE!!!! LAZY TECHNICIANS!!! The service adviser knows little about what is actually going on under the hood/under the car. I dropped off my Chevy Avalanche so they could do a front end alignment. As soon as I swiped my card and THEY got their money then the guy goes into some lame story about how they couldnt get my camber adjustment in. I pushed back and he said that the technician said that the bolts were frozen... with rust. K I understand that these techs dont get paid very well for the hard work they do... but they charged me $90 for a simple toe set... any monkey that could see the difference between red and green could do a toe set. The audacity to charge for a front end alignment then only do a friggen 5 minute toe set... not to mention they didnt even get my steering wheel straight... its still really crooked. I understand that sometimes getting to a camber bolt is tough... trust me I get it... after being a certified mechanic my self for years I understand the temptation to report some bogus junk like the cam bolts were froze. But really dont lie to your customers and then charge full price. The service adviser tells me that if the technician forced to move the cam bolt that it would break... There aint no way in hell that your gonna break a cam bolt... NO WAY NO HOW!!!! So before leaving the parking lot i used my phone to peek in and look at the cam bolts... it doesnt even look like they put a wrench on it... no witness marks... not even a trace of rust buster PB blaster. Simply put... lazy technician taking advantage of customers that dont know what to do and bully management not taking care of their customer.
Terrible customer service!!!! I came for a flat tire fix and first they try to ask me and giave me a quote to replace that tire and give me attitude when i tell them i only want it to fix cuz my car is brand new 1 year old car, i do not needed a new tire . And later on, they called me and said that it not fixable and needed to replace 4 tires immediately @.@ so i just come get my car and bring it to somewhere else to fix my 1 flat tire ~~ i understand they want to do business and make money but this is so wrong. (1 year old car with 1 flat tire = 4 tires need to replace ? )
Great service with a smile. They were able to get my tires ordered and serviced the same day!
ZERO STARS AFTER MULTIPLE BAD EXPERIENCES!!!My experience with this location has recently gone downhill, from an alignment that resulted in both front tires wearing out on the outside edges on our van due to an incorrect alignment, requiring a second alignment, to the most recent debacle. Brand new front tires on our sedan and they did not balance the tires and did not get the alignment on this vehicle completed correctly EITHER! They did not address the TPMS light issue for this vehicle (on the new tire I previously purchased!) either. Two days after having $468.05 worth of work done (lifetime alignment, tire replacement and oil change), I get a phone call from my frantic wife, worried that her tires are going to fall off as shes driving on 465 - due to the extreme vibration in her car. I advised her to take the car to the Greenwood location, who re-performed the alignment and balanced the tires, correctly! I gave Fishers Firestone a second chance after the alignment on our van resulted in worn tires (oh, yeah, and paid almost $200 the second time for a Lifetime Alignment) AND will end up having to replace these tires as well, only to find when I let them work on my wifes car, they screwed that up and caused her to be SCARED to drive her vehicle!!! The worst part is that I specifically told them my wife drives this vehicle on the interstate DAILY and expected them to do the job right.I am beyond furious at this location and will NEVER take another vehicle to this location!!!!
Took 2 hours for an oil change, only to find out they unknowingly did a complimentary engine check after service was complete. A task that takes 15 minutes ended up taking 2 hours, which easily could have been avoided.
I’ve been getting my oil changed here for 3 years and am always satisfied with the promptness and quality of their service.
Very busy at 9 am they said tire would be ready by 5 PM. I told them I had a 10 year old with me and that we would just have the wait. Tire ready by 1130
They got me in and out quickly.
They are very slow for any type of service, tires, oil changes, inspections. Customer service is okay and so is the quality. If you have something to do go somewhere else.
Did a great job of fitting me in with such a busy schedule
Great and knowledgeable as usual
Ive gone to this Firestone location for awhile now for just standard oil changes and tire rotations. I thought pretty highly of them but lately theyve been terrible. I am going to be canceling my credit card that they so highly recommended I needed and then the coupons they send me in the mail they always have a reason as to why Im excluded to use it yet it comes personally to me with my name on it. I dont trust them either. I have a 2011 and they told me my car battery needed replaced and it was going to be about 200 to replace. I went for a second opinion to the dealership I bought the car from and they laughed and said no way my battery was bad. Im done with this place and would never recommend them to anyone.
Relatively quick service, friendly staff. Does not vaccume out your vehicle, felt a little pricey
Worst place I have ever been to. Lied to me about needing a tire. When I asked to look at the nail they told me I had in my tire, there was apsolutely nothing wrong with it. Just want to rip people off. Incompetent staff, please do not take your car here.
COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT OR TOTALLY UNETHICAL? Rear brake was scraping so I took car in for their inspection. They quickly told me I needed rear pads, rotors & calipers at cost of $658. Took it to Ralphs Muffler West who quickly said I simply had a caliper pin sticking and needed new pads. Was on the road with new lifetime pads and the problem all fixed for $105. Even if I had needed everything Firestone said, it only would have been $425 at Ralphs. Firestone people were either completely incompetent or totally unethical, quoting me for stuff I didnt need. And either way, they were terribly overpriced.
Poor customer service. lost my wheel lock key with no apology and my 30-45 quoted appointment that I had took 2 1/2 hours (still charged full Price).
Bought the lifetime alignment deal from them for $200 to get the alignment done on my car for as long as I have it. I have done it 3 times, each time at a different local Firestone location because they keep screwing up, so far and EACH AND EVERY TIME I have had to take it back because they screw up something on the car while doing it. I will be calling back today to demand I be refunded the $200 and will never use these guys again.
Great place. Good people. Highly recommended.
I took my car here for an oil change an inspection. I had been feeling a slight vibration in the front left end. They came back and said I needed new brakes, rotors, calipers and a front left drive shaft all in all costing me over 2,000. I ended up not having them do anything and took it to another person to look at. After looking at it he said out of all of that the only thing that needed to be done is the drive shaft and it was a minor crack. What actually was causing the vibration was a major dent in my rim, he sent me a picture of it and it was obviously bent. Could not believe that they wanted to charge me so much money and not even fix the main issue.
Always very helpful and knowledgeable here
The manager at this Firestone rocks. I had an issue with my car that I didnt understand and he came off the floor to explain everything to me and answer all my questions. He never acted annoyed and never made me feel insignificant. As long as Joe is the manager I will continue to use this Firestone.
I took my car to get the break pads changed. After they took a look at it, they presented me with an $853 quote on needed repairs. This quote included new front and back break pads, new roters, 2 new drums, and replacing the break fluid lines (which they told me I was leaking fluid and was told it was undrivable.) They made it sound like my whole break system needed repaired. I decided to get a second opinion. As I was leaving they stressed that I go home and park it because of my break fluid levels. I went straight to autozone to purchase break fluid to get me to my next destination. As the autozone employee started to replace my break fluid he showed me it was full and that I did not need any. I took it elsewhere for repairs. In the end I only paid $131 including labor for new front break pads and front roters. The second machanic told me that my back breaks looked brand new! I will not be returning to Firestone because I felt like they were trying to take advantage of.
Rip off artists. I went with a nail in my tire. They told me the nail was too close to the side and wanted to charge me over a $100 to replace the tire. It seemed suspicious, so I went to my usual shop. They fixed the tire for $12. I asked them if the nail was close to the sidewall and they just looked at me funny and said, no, not very close.
Flat tire repair... Came in after 4 hours waiting ... 15 min before closing they start on the repair. They patched it in under 10 mins and roll it out to me still leaking around their plug, so yeah, I disliked it. Not sure where i will go buy a new set of tires in the morning... But I know where I wont be going!
Very nice people working there
Send my wife for an oil change, needed a headlight to be replaced. They charged 40$ in labor for replacing a headlight that took like 5 minutes .Will never go back to them again . Pure rip off artists
In and out quick
Great customer service!
Great service and fast
Very good leadership!
Communication was not good at all and it took 4 days for a flat tire and a headlight change :(
Fast and professional
Fast and reliable
Guys are Really HONEST!!
DO NOT HAVE REPAIRS DONE HERE!
Very poor service. Was given a time that was not met even though an appointment was set. Had to take my business else where.
