Five star experience, wife and I purchased a used vehicle from them recently and after roughly two weeks of ownership discovered a very serious problem that required a new engine. Even with the vehicle being sold as is with no warranty and the factory warranty being expired, after diagnosing and confirming the issue they completely took care of a brand new engine for us, and provided a loaner all completely free of charge.This is what sets good businesses apart from bad ones, taking care of the customer when they aren’t obligated to. We will purchase from them again and would recommend them to anyone.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I’m not one to put reviews typically but after the experience we had here today I felt like it was needed. When we first got there, typically salesman are running out to help but we walked around for a good 15 min with no one out there to greet us. We then proceed to go inside thinking maybe someone will offer then.. again nothing. We decide we’re going to leave after this and then finally someone asks if we’ve been helped. We tell them no so he goes inside and asks another salesman if he’s busy. The guy responds saying “well what am I doing?” We should have known from there that this guy was a poor salesman. We find an SUV we were interested in but it had a dead battery. We asked if it could get jumped so we could test drive it. The guy says “you’ll have to come back Monday, sorry.” We told him we could not do that so then he decided to get it jumped? After finding some small things wrong with the vehicle the salesman says there is no option to get any of it fixed unless we pay more. So we left. I wish we would have gotten the name of the salesman. Another thing wrong.. he didn’t even introduce himself. Very, very disappointed.

My Wife and I bought a 2020 Jeep Wrangler Sahara from here hoping to get honest service from a large dealership. We had the opposite experience here. After first having to get the price of the vehicle corrected which they overcharge by over 2k vs their advertised price. At least they did fix this we then found hidden damage behind the spare tire and bumper. This is the things I would expect from a shady dealer in the middle of no where not a dealer as large as Andy Mohr. After speaking with them they refuse to do anything to remedy the issue. I can certainly say we will never be coming back here.

Andy Mohr GMC was a fabulous place to buy my vehicle. The general manager (Eric), sales team (Jeff), and finance team were amazing. Despite being busy I was out of there quickly with my used vehicle that looked brand new. After a few days of driving my new vehicle, I couldn’t be happier. The professionalism, the website which helped me get to know the car before I arrived, and the test drive sold me on the vehicle almost immediately. I will be back to purchase my next car. 5 stars.

I was very confident that I was going to buy a specific used car from this dealership since the online price was in my range with, including an extra $500 for fees and registration. That was without even me negotiating for a lower price since I was going to pay in cash.When I went to purchase the car, it went up $1000 from all the fees. $300 alone was for window etching and security which was a total scam. When I asked to get rid of the fee and gave them a counter offer they didn’t even consider it. Andy Q, my salesman, told me that was the lowest price they could offer. He gave me some BS explanation of how the used cars are priced at wholesale and they don’t do anything to them except an oil change. I was shocked that he admitted this to me and got very sketched out so I left and bought a car elsewhere. I appreciate the honesty, but from a salesperson point of view that was a very stupid thing to tell a customer.

There service quality is terrible. They have no timelines, they charge you much more than cost, and their quality is awful. I was limited on dealers that worked on Duramax engines so I went here a number of times, regretfully. One time I had to take my truck back because the wheel well fell out after leaving. I am currently sitting on the side of the road waiting on a tow truck because the serpentine belt, which they replaced one year again, just came loose….. I would recommend Hare Truck center fir any service related to your duramax, I would stay far away from Andy Mohr. They do not have the knowledge or skill set.

As return customer we choose to check with Andy Mohr to find a 3rd row seat vehicle. Kelsey Bail was kind enough, on an early morning, to share several vehicles in inventory. We choose a Ford Explorer Linited to fit our needs. Then we just couldnt agree on cost & trade in. Returned later that day with more options and discussion with Mr Bail. Conversations were professional and we very close to a deal. We chose to sleep on it and sell our trade in ourselves next morning. Returned to find that Corporate decided to raise the price of the vehicle $2700. We are thankful management choose to show loyalty and honor price from previous day. We drove away in the Ford Explorer. Sold!!

A salesman who doesnt know what a radiator is tried to sell me the car I drove to the dealership and took the time to research for $1,000 more than the listing price. The car didnt even idle and wanted to die, this was factored in on the price according to their sales manager. These people are top-down incapable of doing good business. Do not go here, it is the classic old car dealership tactics and they should die out like the dinosaurs they are.

I purchased a vehicle that had a bent rim. They said the Low tire pressure light was on due to weather. When I confronted them they agreed to fix it. It took 3 months and after they finally got my car back to me. During the repair they crossed threaded a lugnet and ran it on with an impact messing up the wheel bearing. If the service manager admitted it was there fault but he said theres nothing he can do about it. PLEASE dont give them your business or trust them. Theres tons of great automotive shops out there, but this is not one

Sales guy was really nice but the management had no care to sell me the truck. Drove from Chicago. I get there and immediately get low balled on my trade in by $4000 below what other dealers had already offered me in 4 different places. To make a long story short supposedly another guy was waiting on me to make a decision so he can buy it if I didnt want it. Once I leave the dealer I check within 2 hours to see if it was still there and they raised the price by $2000 more. Stay away from this place!!!!!

Normally I go to Greg Hubler GMC in Marion for service needs and I’m always greeted with friendly and amazing service. I had to visit this Andy Mohr location (where I bought this car from) and was hoping to receive similar service. Turns out the labor prices are 2x here what they are at other locations. I even called and price checked other gmc dealerships for labor and part costs for the same job and they told me they would’ve done it for about $250.00 less than this location. Kind of ridiculous if you ask me. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because they got me in today, but I’m spending $600 on something that shouldn’t have cost more than $350 after tax. There are honest shops out there and then there are the shops that nickel and dime every extra cent to overcharge you. This is clearly one of those nickel and dime shops. The employees at other GM locations have always been really kind and attentive. At this location, the girl working as the cashier was very sweet but everyone else I interacted with was arrogant. Never coming back to this location as long as I can help it.

Beware if you buy vehicles from here. Purchased a 2015 Kia in 2019 from them. There was a recall for software that should have been done. The engine seized and the recall that wasnt done voids the manufacturer from taking care of it so now its scrap metal. Recall was down in 2018. You sold me the car in December of 2019...

I had to change my rating because I finally had it with this dealer. I flew halfway across the country to buy a car because they refuse to do business any way other than in person, my car showed up with damage that Wasn’t on my PPI that my shipper pointed out, and they never reported the taxes I paid so I had to pay them again to get my car registered when it arrived so the registration wouldn’t be blocked on my other vehicles. Now the dealer won’t return phone calls and Im out another $700 for taxes and $1300 for an oil pan because someone took the car for a joyride before my shipper picked it up. Would not recommend this dealer, they also like to sneak in hidden fees so read your paperwork carefully, I took off the B.S. glass etching but they still charged me $300 for “anti theft” which was installed on the car from the factory, not the dealer.

The sales person (Jon) was great! I didnt get attacked as soon as I stepped out of my car by a sales person which was a relief for once. Also, he was not pushy in any way. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that this is the first car that Ive bought(2 new and 3 used) where the dealership refused to give me a full tank of gas before leaving the lot. Seemed like a cheap move considering they dont budge on price of the vehicle at all.

The Service team is fantastic. My vehicle had a leak in the A/C that was difficult to find. I had taken it to the dealer where I bought it and they could not find the problem. This team did a great job finding and fixing the issue. They went above and beyond to make sure I had the vehicle back in time for a planned trip. The repair required removing the front seats, console and dash. I could not tell anything had been touched - it is good as new! In fact, they even cleaned it outside and in!

I have some issues that need to be addressed. I know much of this from the other side too since I am a former Fiat-Chrysler certified salesperson. For example, I know holding value as a salesperson is how you earn a paycheck, but there is a huge difference between holding value & knowing your stuff versus raising the price mid-deal & lying. Also I know my trade-in was not worth anything to them but if you are going to offer a deal that says, “For a limited time Andy Mohr is awarding customers a minimum of $2000 for any trade-in toward the purchase of any Used Vehicle priced over $5000. Trade must be driven to the dealership. No Tows. See dealer for details.”-Basically what happened was the price of the vehicle was increased by $200 between Monday and Tuesday afternoon, after I started negotiating. $200 isn’t that big of a deal alone. I would’ve bought it if it was originally marketed at $16.5k, instead of upping it there from $16.3k. There is no way from a used-car standpoint the price could not have been honored. What appeared to happen was that Used Car Manager, Shawn, looked at my trade & raised the sale price of the car.- The price was $16.3k Monday & Tuesday afternoon. I called & confirmed availability with Jorge & said I was interested in coming in to make a deal. They appraised my trade-in. But I know from experience it does not take a used-car manager as long as it did for him to appraise my trade-in, especially since they were advertising $2k minimum if it was driven there & I know no other dealership would probably give $500 for it. The only reason it should have taken as much time as it did for Shawn/Jorge was if there was a line. Shawn & Jorge spent a ton of time on the computer, which points toward increasing the price right then & there. While my fiancée & I sat there awhile she tried to look up the vehicle online. It was not showing up. Some more time passes & Jorge finally approached with an offer sheet. I noticed the sale price was increased & questioned it. He mentioned they change prices daily, which yes I know they do. But funny how the two other vehicles I looked at on their website did not change prices & all of a sudden I could refresh my page on my phone & it loaded up at the new price. Jorge was also like a robot the whole time the day before & on the phone just saying cliché salesman lines. For example, we sell for what the webpage says. He kept putting so much emphasis on this & what do you know, mid negotiation the price of the vehicle increased on the webpage.-Yes my trade-in was not much. But you don’t just flat out treat customers like they’re not buyers & question that I really drove the car to the dealership – which Jorge really did. Was my car worth $2k to them? No. But I now have a good career & a good credit score. It is now time for me to buy something better & nicer, but I was treated like I could not afford it. If I came there in a nicer trade-in & in my work clothes maybe Shawn would not have thrown an APR at me that had to be over 10%.-I expect a salesperson & sales manager who treat me like a buyer. I didn’t expect my trade-in to be mocked. I also expect transparency. If the vehicle was originally marketed at $16.5k, I would’ve bought it. I was pre-qualified at my own bank between 3.74% & 4.99%, not whatever Shawn put on the offer sheet. Again I don’t know exactly what he put, but I know where I should have been with $2k down, $2k trade-in, Taxes, $199 doc fees & an increase of vehicle price of $200.-It’s the customer’s responsibility to know what they’re eligible for, that’s why dealers can offer things like a minimum trade-in value on new cars. Most customer are uninformed. They don’t know about things like hiding APR points, withholding rebates, dealer holdback, dealer kickback & spiffs. On used cars, you mainly have the selling price & hidden APR points. It is very obvious to someone who is informed when you do one of those things, let alone both.

2 Star because the buying experience 2 years ago was positive. Since then, my experience was horrendous. I was not treated with any type of respect any time my BRAND NEW vehicle needed service, which needed service often and the problems got worse everytime I left. They laughed in my face, didn’t believe the issues at certain points and thought they weren’t going to give me rentals. So disappointed and Will not buy from this dealership again, maybe not even GM again despite my family being loyal GM customers for 60+ years.

This dealership is clean and competitively priced. I was disappointed with their timeliness of executing paperwork. We had a written agreement to purchase two new pick up trucks with a fixed out the door price. Working with the salesman via telephone and email We arrange the time to come and pick up the two new trucks to be added to our fleet. We specifically expressed that we wanted to be able to make a quick turnaround to not waste much time on the clock at the dealership. When we arrived it took over two hours for them to present us with the correct paperwork to take delivery of the trucks. That is unacceptable for a cash deal that was already negotiated and agreed-upon.

I was very pleased with the kindness and courteousness of the person helping me. I had three issues I wanted to have looked at and they fixed one which was a gas lid issue. The other two were looked at. One issue was with the drivers side window making a noise when rolling down. The mechanic said he cleaned the window rail but it still makes a noise so I have scheduled another appointment to have it looked at. The third issue is whith the engine Idle. I think that it runs a little rough but the mechanic said it is okay. I still think it runs a little rough.

I cant say enough great things about my salesperson and the staff at Andy Mohr in Fishers. After many months of looking for the right car (and not finding it), and salespeople from all kinds of dealerships telling me what kind of car was best for me....my salesperson, Jeff Jackson, actually LISTENED to my needs and wants in finding the right car for me. Jeff text me on a Saturday morning with the exact, most perfect car we could have found. He spent time with me (without me feeling rushed), explained everything (a few times, Im new at this) and even follows up after the sale. If I have a question, he encourages me to ask him. I have purchased 2 new cars in the past, but never had such a great experience as I had with Jeffs help. Not only Jeffs help, but the finance lady I worked with (shes awesome!) and the entire staff were super awesome to work with. Everyone wore masks, finance office even has a plexy (saliva) barrier at her desk. I felt VERY safe buying a new car during a pandemic. I also believe I got the best *deal* when it came down to the actual price I paid and the trade in they allowed for my car. NO other dealership had offered me anywhere close to the great pricing I got through Jeff Jackson and Andy Mohr Buick GMC. Mo was a great salesman. Came out in poring rain when others didn’t to help me. Made the wait on financing seem like it only took a few mins and was just a real interesting guy. Highly recommended. The finance guy was good as well. Friendly and got me a better rate with a warranty than what I came in with. I’m on my 5th Andy Mohr vehicle and this was the best one yet.

My husband and I took an elderly friend to get a new car. We searched online the day before to see what was out there. Andy Mohr, in Fishers, was the first place we went. We first drove around the lot looking for what she wanted then got out to look. We were greeted by Moe, he asked all our names-4 of us-then he gave us some info on that particular car-a 2019 Buick Encore- and a newer one. He was not pushing us toward any certain vehicle- which was nice- just giving us info to help decide which one she wanted. We went inside to see what was in inventory as she wanted a blue one. He had 1. He had it brought around so she could drive it. She loved it! While doing paperwork, Moe gave us info on Z-Bart and explained what they were offering-again, not being pushy, just letting us decide with the info given. We were then taken to Alex to finish up. He was very welcoming as well. He explained every piece of paperwork before she signed. He then explained all dealer warranty options and cost-not being pushy, just informing. She walked away with the particular car she wanted at a great price! I can say I didn’t go there to purchase a car for myself but definitely want to go back to do so just because the way we were treated. We were not steered to a vehicle they wanted to sell us, they gave us all the information available for the vehicle we wanted. They both also talked to and addressed all 4 of us with questions and information. Not just one of us. NOT what we typically find at car lots. THANK YOU MOE and ALEX at ANDY MOHR’s in FISHERS!

Saleman was very friendly and helpful but you have to watch the number detail on your packaging prices . Was charged $2000 more than I was told and never able to resolve. Even though I emailed within a week of purchasing our vehicle, finance person said it was canceled, waiting 8 weeks for credit to post that is how long it takes but nothing apparently wasever canceled and the financial dept said they cant remove it. Beware of the bundle deals and get clarification, look before you sign!!

I bought a truck from them and the sales team is amazing, however, their service department wants to overcharge for something that they should have fixed in the first place when I couldnt get the truck back in time to get repaired, because Im an over the road truck driver, I just paid 234 dollars for them to clear a code and clean a terminal post very disappointed

Angie in the service department is an outstanding employee. She made the customer experience 5 stars. She deserves recognition for her customer support and service quality. I can’t express how great she made a bad situation come out positive. We bought a used vehicle from another dealership and they would not diagnose or fix it. Brought it to Andy Mohr and they diagnosed it and fixed in and changed the oil and got the truck back the same day. Thank You Angie in the service and lube department.

Jorge had the vehicle pulled up and ready for me when I got there. He was easy to deal with and made my car shopping experience very pleasant, not like some other dealerships. We knew what we wanted(vehicle wise)and all we needed was to test drive & a salesman to get the paperwork done. That was accomplished within an hour! Tyler did a good job of bringing the car to us & got the dealer tag for us to drive.The paperwork was done very fast. We will definitely drive up to use Andy Mohr again. Their website should have the other incurred prices though.I knew that there would be at least $300-$350 for fees of prep & such. But it turned out to be $550(including a fee for window etching) total.Other than that it was a great process for us.

Car was not detailed well upon “delivery”…washed-yes, detailed-no way!When they say “As-Is” they mean it to a fault. One would think they don’t need business with the way the conduct business. Spent $30,000 on a car and the gas tank was empty when I got it.Sales associate was friendly and knowledgeable, but the dealerships practices are arrogant.If I have a choice in the future, I will look elsewhere.

Andy Mohr Buick in Noblesville IN had a $299 charge for some vin etching. Said it was a condition of the sale. Told me all the things it will do if my car is stolen but did not provide any details on how it works. Dealer also never offered to show me where it is on the car. Unfortunately I did not think to ask until after.I purchased a used car. Who knows if this etching was already there or if Andy Mohr actually did something for it.
