At first it was almost a bad experience, they accidentally sold my shoes. But Kelsey was awesome, she said sorry and didnt make any excuses. She helped me order them online and ensured me about the return policy. I love JackRabbit in Carmel and Fishers, great local running shop.

Just had the best experience there- Lane (I think was his name) was very informative, I didn’t feel pressured to pick any certain shoe for any certain amount. He brought me out his recommendations and let me decide. I’m so happy with the shoes I chose and the service :) thank you!!!

Local running store with really knowledgeable and helpful staff who take their time to get you into the best running gear for your level of performance. I could probably get cheaper running shoes online, but I wouldnt get the same level of customer service and local running support.

Nice place. But like most shoe stores, they rarely have sizes for me and my big size 13 wide feet. However great service the lady did all she could for me. She offered to order some shoes but I declined, opting to search other stores. I would have returned if I had not found good shoes at another store.

Staff was super helpful with helping me try different styles and fits. They have a large selection but they helped narrow it down so I wasnt overwhelmed.A big plus for me was that they have a treadmill so you can try the fit of the shoes while running.

I stopped here just before closing, needed some new shoes for the Miller Series/IndyMini. They checked my walking style, showed me several brands that would improve my comfort, were fast, patient and extremely helpful, and made the whole experience great. Ill be back for my next pair of hiking shoes and trail runners for the summer now. Got me registered for the rewards and fitted with insoles in 15 minutes or less! Hopefully the races go as smoothly!

I had a wonderful experience purchasing shoes for plantar fasciitis! They were very knowledgeable and took their time helping me with right fit and look, even though it was store closing time. Personable with excellent customer service!

I buy all my running shoes there as they have a great selection and it is specifically for runners - serious walkers. Also, I find places like Foot Locker overwhelming and the staff at The Blue Mile will point out the running shoes best suited for your gait. They have a treadmill equipped with a video camera where they can record your gait and then in playback point out where and why you run. From there they will help you find the shoes best suited for your gait.I found out several years ago that I need a shoe that has heel support because my left leg is a tad longer than my right leg. Therefore, my left foot lands turned a bit to the left to compensate which is why I need running shoes that give me more stability. So now I can run - walk longer without foot - fatigue because of Blue Miles help!

I am currently going through the fire academy and running much more then I have in the past 10 years. I wanted a comfortable shoe and was recommended to BlueMile. The Customer service was excellent and selection and pricing was very fair. I will not go anywhere else for running shoes now Ive been here.

I visit running stores almost everywhere I go. I visit many different companies too. Blue Mile does a lot of things right. They have a wide range of products and brands. They are knowledgable most of the time. They have fun events. Ive frequented three Blue Mile stores. This one in Fishers, in Carmel and Broad Ripple. Far and away, Broad Ripples store has the best sales associates. Friendly, knowledgable, outgoing, great service. This Fishers location beats the Carmel location any day. I easily live closer to Carmels than any other running store but will never go there again.
