We selected Glass Guru for a window restoration project for 20+ windows on our older home. A big part of the success of any window project is the quality of the installation and Glass Gurus team did an outstanding job. The fit, finish, and function of the new windows is excellent and an exact visual match to the originals. We also liked the flexibility to define the work scope, not having to replace windows that were still in good working order. When we found some unforeseen damaged areas, Glass Guru was super responsive and was able to quickly turn the additions without impacting the schedule. As an added bonus we were able to keep all of our existing motorized blinds and window grates. The crew was also incredibly professional, proactive in their communication, and took care to not cause any damage to our home. Overall a great experience working with Glass Guru from start to finish. We highly recommend working with them and will absolutely work with them again in the future.

The installer was very knowledgeable and courteous. Even though the replacement glass that we provided was not made correctly he tried his best to make it work. When he realized the glass would not work he was completely honest and explained our options. Your very fortunate to have him as your employee! We had 2 windows that had lost their seal and clouded up. When I called Glass Guru they sent Mitchell, who came and assessed the windows and measured them for replacement. Less than 2 weeks later the new glass was in and 2 employees came and removed the windows and took them to their truck where they fitted the new glass and then reinstalled them. The windows look great!

Office staff were very personable and prompt in answering/returning calls. David was the technician who did the repair, and he seemed very knowledgeable and professional. It was several weeks between signing and getting the work done--as with everything else Ive had done on the house lately--but they showed up when they said they would and did a terrific job. After my 8 yr old put a ball through a window, Glass Guru was great about cutting a oddly sized piece of glass and putting it into old aluminum frame.

Glass Guru did a great job replacing the outside pane of our double pane window after it was hit by a rock. They ordered the glass which arrived within the stated time frame then promptly scheduled the repair. The glass replacement took less than an hour. The guys were pleasant, quick, and efficient. The price was right too; it was $130 less than the next highest estimate!

Glass Guru is great maintenance solution for fixing older mature windows that are unique shape or configuration that have seam-gasket leaks that allow condensation to build=up between panes.In one case of a half-circle window shape insert replacement, I saved 2-3 times the cost of full new window. And this installation only took ~ 1 hr.!

F I could give a no star rating I would. Do NOT do business with this company. I ordered windows December of 2020. After 8 months of phone calls, excuses, neglect, and poor management, my window was finally installed with the assistance of my tenant on August 30, 2021! If the tenant was not there to assist, it could have been 9 months of phone calls, excuses, neglect, and poor management! Before I had a chance to look at the invoice (day of install by the way without being sent an actual invoice) the office manager called and threatened to charge my credit card if I did not call her back by 5pm. WHAT?? Not sure how they had my credit card number as I never authorized it to be charged nor held on file. Is that legal?? I never intended not to bay the invoice, just wanted to look it over. Perhaps they were worried the job was mismanaged and done so poorly that payment was in jeopardy?Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. Its really not worth the headache. Remember, no matter how substandard their servicesmay be they will get their money!

This company was hired to replace glass and seals in 4 windows in my house. After over a month we finally got some glass delivered to our home. Then someone came and changed out the glass. Screens were not put back in. The seals are still had and the windows continue to fog up . I called them and they insisted it was fixed. After 2 years of terrible air leakage and windows full of moisture I am getting quotes to replace them. I will never use Glass guru or recommend them to anyone.

Large free standing glass shower enclosure. Installer was very meticulous in setting up and aligning the panels to ensure a square, well supported finished product. Even though I did the entire remodel of my master bath, Im so glad I asked Glass Guru to do this. Couldnt be happier. I had a couple of other estimates, and when theirs came in a few hundred above the cheapest estimate, I called and talked to them. Sent them the cheaper estimate, and the agreed to meet the cheaper estimate. I wasnt shorted on craftsmanship. That, ladies and gentlemen, is what a quality and customer focused business should be.

Made an appointment three weeks in advance for someone to come to my home for an estimate on a broken window. No show. Didnt bother calling to say they couldnt make it out. I called the office and the receptionist said shed have someone call me back after she acted like it was a bother for her to even answer the phone. Never heard from them. Dont waste your time on these folks.

I DO NOT recommend Glass Guru. For starters, they did an estimate for a window replacement on April 29, 2020. I signed the estimate and paid for half of the total cost by May 26. At least a month went by where I never heard anything from them so I contacted them to be sure they got the deposit and were going to move forward. I left messages with Beth on several occasions. She assured me they were working on things to get started. Again...several weeks pass by without hearing from them. I played phone tag, left messages, was told theyre building the Pella window, etc. Again, I had to reach out to them because they would go radio silent for weeks! It is now JULY and they tell me that they have to send someone out to remeasure!! Well they already told me the window was being made so that was obviously a LIE. The ONE window PROJECT was finally completed on August 6...four months after the first estimate. This was a window that needed replaced bc it had storm damage and was leaking, so we had to deal with the leak for 4 months. Thank goodness we did just one window so we now know to go somewhere else for the rest! They were NEVER apologetic at all when I would ask whats going on? why such a delay? They just acted as if there were no issues and rude. It also took them THREE tries and 4 months to get a screen built for us. And the kicker of all is, the minute...and I am not exaggerating...the minute they were done putting in the window, I get a call from Beth, wanting to collect the balance! She literally called while the worker was still here cleaning up! Funny how they were fine with taking months to do the work, but NEEDED to collect even before they were done.

I dont recommend this company thoroughly based on due diligence. I have tried multiple times to reach out and give them my business and each time I have got the run around. I never get an email back from Robert and he never follows up with me. Im over it. I am big on superb customer service and theirs is POOR.

The installers Alex & David did excellent work in the freezing cold temperatures replacing a window pane and a rotten double-window frame. They skillfully removed the old parts and put in the new ones to match, and it looks great! I am really glad to find a place that can repair these 29-year-old Lincoln windows so well!

If Glass Gurus cant fix it, nobody can. I have used them twice in the past 10 years to repair replacement windows past their warranty. They did a very satisfactory job. Everybody has some thing they can improve on, and with them it is followup on back ordered parts. I had to call them twice after an extended waiting period to find out when the repair would be completed. After the second conversation, I canceled a particular part that was unavailable and not critical (a trio of broken, plastic slides on the window locks) and told them to complete the repair without it. The price is high, but the work quality is higher.

Needed wood rot replaced on several windows. Glass Guru provided a great option to having completely new windows installed. They completely disassembled the windows, replaced the rotted wood/window frames and completed the work in a day. The price was much more reasonable than all new windows. The two gentlemen who did the work were professional, courteous and efficient. They cleaned up as if they had never been here. Would definitely use Glass Guru again.

Very pleased with this company - they were on time for appointments and to install the windows. We needed the glass repaired on three windows (two were foggy and one was cracked). Very good at communicating - called to confirm appointments and when they were on the way. Price was reasonable - would not not hesitate to use them again.

Fantastic service! Dropped off a mirror to be cut to size and these guys had it ready in less than 24 hours! Difficult to find someone to do this kinda of work and they were able to do it quickly. Highly recommend!

Everything was done as it said it would be. No hidden cost. All questions were answered and all product information was supplied as requested. The installation was a breeze for the amount of windows and doors i purchased. Everything from sales to install to product quality was reallly better than i expected and Ive done a lot of home renovations over the years. Great experience! They came right out to give me a quote. I was afraid that we would have to replace an entire double window, and they said that we did not, just the part of the window that was affected.Once the glass came in, they were here in a couple of days to replace it and it only took them about 20 minutes.Price was also great! I had to Project manage them. I asked them to come inspect and fix all windows and found some that were missed, but they were not in quote either. Found that new Sash was damaged and installed anyway. They were very busy and juggling multiple jobs so did not finish mine prior to moving on to the next. Some of the windows did not close well, so had to ask them to fix.

I have never had to get any windows replaced before, so I didn’t know what to expect.Called them out to get an estimate on a Thursday after hours and they originally said they could be there the following Tuesday. After checking the weather and seeing the temps were supposed to be negative I called back to see if we could possibly schedule anything sooner. They were able to squeeze someone in SAME DAY! They then ordered the window and by Tuesday they had it in. There was a small mix up with the window, but they were super efficient and still got it in that day. I would absolutely use them again because of price ($200 less than the other estimate I got from another company) and their willingness to help get this window replaced. They cleaned up afterward and the guys who came out were very friendly. The only thing is I would say they were not there right when they said they would be, but they also squeezed me in to make sure I had a window to keep out the Indiana weather. Can’t complain about timing in that case.Absolutely recommend and will use them again if our dog breaks anymore windows!
