Overall this is a good store. They have a large selection of food at affordable price points. And honestly I hesitate to write this because I dont like to complain (and I fear being labeled as a Karen) but the older man who works the butcher counter here is consistently rude to me. It always seems like Im inconveniencing him by asking for meat.Today he literally rolled his eyes at me when I asked to have salmon cut. This is a service they offer. Its not as though Im asking for something outlandish. Its gotten to the point where sometimes if hes the only one working its easier on my anxiety to just not get what I came for.Im unfailingly polite. I always say please and thank you and I make sure to articulate so I can be heard through my mask. I cant figure out what Ive done to him to deserve his clear and utter contempt.I simultaneously hope hes not treating others this way and kind of hope he is so its not just me.

As a purveyor of organic grocery stores in Cali, I can say I am extremely impressed by this store. A lot of options for a variety of tastes and nutritional needs. The veggies 🌶 🌽 🍅 all seemed very fresh, and of what we bought, it was (since we were visiting, we didn’t buy a lot). The general selection of items was well sorted without being overwhelming, a lot of spices, sauces, etc with a small footprint of a store. The bakery section had a lot of bread options too, unique and tasty for our goal (small sandwiches 🥪 ). Also, everyone working there had a wonderful attitude.Overall, if we lived in Fishers, this would be the place we would shop to promote organic shopping.

Love Fresh Thyme! They carry some unique keto items, that arent in the other local grocery chains. Usually have some pretty great weekly sales as well.

Fresh produce, good bakery, bulk foods: nuts, chocolate covered nuts, and coffee. Good Gluten free sections. Unusual essential oils and toiletries section.

Its a grocery store that has living breathing humans at the register. One must ask, does it get any better? Well, yes. But its a grocery store. The bulk nuts are awesome. They dont yell at me for sampling the nuts and candy that dont make it into the containers. The only thing I dont like is the prices are a little higher than other places.

First time in, nice place to shop. Was thrilled to find the lightlife ground lean sausage in stock it was sold out all over town. If you keep stocking it, I will keep coming in and buying 10 at a time! This is the lowest calorie sausage ever!

This is our top spot for most healthy groceries and rotisserie chickens. For the money, their rotisserie chickens are so amazing.

Fair selection of organic produce. Great sales on deli items (their sausage is awesome). Herbal and other alternative remedies as well as special diet items available in a small, clean store.

My toddler loved having his own little shopping cart and I loved that everything he put inside his cart was healthy!!!! Lots of fresh produce! We got a coconut an apples and grapes, all sorts of good food!

I love fresh thyme! It’s easily one of my favorite grocery stores. However, I didn’t too much care for the cashier kalissa’s attitude tonight. I will give her the benefit of the doubt and say she must’ve been having a bad day but your bad day should never project onto your guests. She was very uninviting and seemed “annoyed.” Other than that I love fresh thyme and will be back!

Employees are super nice. Foods are wonderful. They carry more organic foods than other stores. Truly a great place to shop.

I was very depressed when I went in. Then the cahier and I talked about Miley Cyrus, it turned my whole day around. I would suggest the reishi mushroom powder, great in smoothies!

I like Fresh Thyme because I can get items I cant usually get elsewhere. They also have fresh juice made in-house. Their organic celery is usually better than elsewhere. Their tortellini is quite tasty. Helpful staff.

I have only been to this store a handful of times, and those previous occasions were years ago (nice visits). Today I called to see if they had plain stuffing, because every place seemed to be out. I was transfered to a manager, who said he had a box left in the back. I rushed over, was walked to the manager, and got my items! I ended up buying other products I needed while there. The customer service from the two workers, the manager, and the lady who checked me out, was phenomenal! Seriously, it was one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had while shopping. I will definitely return to support this location. Thank you!!

Im a senior, so I appreciated the cashier letting me know when less busy times are in the mornings. Im sorry you dont offer senior hours anymore. Now Covid19 infection is worse than ever.But I enjoy shopping in a quiet peaceful setting with a great selection of fresh foods. Thank you for friendly cashiers-- theyre the only people I get to see and speak with all week. Means a lot.

Great bulk bins and a great meat department. I normally find most meat departments kind of unappealing, yet everything looked fresh and tasty. This was my first time and the service and selection was great. I found some things too pricy for my budget, but most prices were comparable to other stores I frequent.

This fresh thyme is located right next to my neighborhood and I am so thankful for it. The staff is so nice- I always have so many questions about skin and hair products and their employees are always so nice and never talk down to me/make me feel dumb about what I’m asking. The store is also really cute, clean, and organized as well.

They have good food and produce but I dont like nor appreciate how they try to discreetly follow you around in the store (like you dont notice them doing it) like Im going to steal.smh. They need to stop doing that because many times I dont go there because I dont like that pressure of them doing that to me so many times I avoid going there and will go to Krogers or Walmart instead.STOP DOING THAT, FRESH THYME BECAUSE YOU ARE LOSING OUT ON MONEY

I had to come back and change my review from 5 stars to 2 stars now. I did love this place my first time going but now my second visit with my family was TERRIBLE!!! They still do have a lot of new vegan options for us to try but we noticed this time a WHOLE lot of items were either OUTDATED or EXPIRING within a day or so. Some stuff we caught while grocery shopping and others we didnt find out until the next day when we seen MOLD on the bread. Also a few more things had MOLD or taste FLAT like the sparkling drinks we buy all the time. So most likely they have some lazy people that dont rotate things out or just not caring. Their food supposed to be a HIGHER quality but not today and its too EXPENSIVE for us to have to worry about buying EXPIRING foods! At least make customers AWARE with a sticker so they could see and have a choice on if they would like to buy expiring products at a lower price.

I always like Fresh Thyme. I just stopped in quickly this time and when I stopped to ask an employee where I might find something, she didnt hesitate to drop what she was working on and walked me right to the item in question. Fantastic service! The store looked great and was well stocked.

This was my second visit to one of these stores, and still not overly impressed with selection. The saving grace was the young lady checking us out was pleasant and very nice.

Charlene at the register is the best! Wonderful lady. Always so pleasant. I love the produce selection too! Jill and Stacy and Mike are awesome too, focused on great customer service, Stacy is so hard working. However, Shawn at the register is unfriendly and argues with return customers. She doesnt even greet the customers in line. I tried to greet her before and she doesnt really seem friendly. I go almost every day to shop here and get along great with everyone except for Shawn. I had two boxes of organic strawberries today and it said back on the strawberries in the organic section that they were buy one get one free and it didnt scan for that and I told Shawn that the sign said its buy one, get one free and she immediately snapped not the organic ones and I said well, then the sign is positioned incorrectly cause it was directly underneath the organic strawberries. She took off and came back with her phone, showed me her phone where she had taken a photo after she moved the sign to the tangerines and she said it clearly said the tangerines are buy one get one free and I said well, its obvious that you moved the sign over cause it was right underneath the strawberries before I also told her that I would think you would treat return customer a little friendlier. I didnt even ask to get the deal with the strawberries, I just said the sign is in the wrong place and its misleading. After this experience, I really dont look forward to dealing with Shawn again. Why do people like that still work there when they hate their job? Why are they still being employed?As far as the selection of organic foods and fruits and veggies, you cannot beat Fresh Thyme! Best fruit, veggies and meat in Indy! The deli bacon goes on sale for as low as 2.99 sometimes, this is the best deal for some really good thick cut bacon. The produce is always fresh and a better value than most other places.

Appreciate the options available at Fresh Thyme, but have been very disappointed they have begun wrapping bakery bread, pastries, cookies, etc. individually in plastic. Would love to see them go back to a bag your own approach to avoid so much unnecessary plastic waste. Used to bring my own reusable bags every week. Now, I just purchase baked goods elsewhere.

Love having this store in walking distance so we go often! Produce is always fresh and great prices and we love their salad bar and ready to cook meals when in a hurry. The staff is always great and friendly and our daughter loves the kids bin with free snacks!

Fresh Thyme fills a good spot between high end organic grocery stores and standard grocery stores. They focus on organic and healthy food but keep the cost down. The stores are usually well staffed so it is easy to get answers or help. They have a good selection of vitamins and supplements.

Their double crusted French bread is really good. Its the closest thing I found to Italian bread since I moved to Indy. Worth the trip every time!!

Prices can be on high side for some things, but I love that I can find specialty products and natural supplements that Im looking for here!

It’s like walking through the wardrobe into Narnia. Great selection of meats and more unique grocery items. It’s a good option when I need some specialty items. But it doesn’t replace Meijer or Pay Leas as my everyday grocery store. So, kind of like Aldi but more Whole Foods-y.
