A great experience! Bought my first Harley recently and as great as the experience was that day, its the service that I received the other 25 times I was in the place asking questions that was the most impressive part of it all. Harley Davidson of Indianapolis has the best staff imaginable! Randy of the sales team; answered all my questions and concerns I had. Very helpful. Rachel of the clothing department was the best. She was extremely helpful with my wife and I. Extremely friendly. Brandon of the service department was awesome. I added a few extras and wanted some taken away from the bike. Ticket to ride is freaking awesome, I was like a kid in a candy store. This store went way beyond what we had hoped and we will always return for future business. Thank you to all. Like most Harley dealers this location is very busy one so patience is required when getting your bike worked on. In the last couple of months I have had brake lights added to my saddlebags and changed out my handlebars to mini apes. I worked with three service advisors, Tiara, Kari Anne and Brandon, and all of them have been great to work with. Todd is the master mechanic who worked on my bike. He was also great to work with. He spoke to me personally about what I was looking for during the installation of the new handlebars and that was key to getting it set the way that I wanted them. He had to make a small adjustment after I picked up the bike the first time but that was done quickly.Bottom line…..I highly recommend this dealership!

Every time I step in the door Im always greeted with a How can we help you today? Or something similar. The motor clothes staff is always friendly. Then back in the fall when I was in for my 5k service on my 2016 Fat Bob we had to go talk to Finance to pull up the documents and he remembered me down to the bike and color of it. Wonderful staff!! Randy Hayes checks in frequently on how Im enjoying my bike as well and has kept me informed of specials going on at the dealer.

You just cant beat the experience I had at that specific dealership! Andy was on top of his game, and personally went after a much needed and long backordered part part that was important for the operation of my new Iron 883! To top it off, He had the recall, the defective part and the entire bike ready a day before I was even scheduled for the appointment to bring it in. I have made so many friends at that one dealer, and to prove that, my salesman, Alan, calls me frequently to check on me to see if Im doing okay. This is absolute proof that they care more for their customers after the sale, than even before! This is my very first Harley, being almost 52 years old, and these guys have proven that its never too late to improve my life. Their parts salesman, Brandon, is also always on top of his game to make sure I have the right part that makes the bike me! A big THANK YOU and GOD BLESS to all of these guys at H-D Of Fishers! Every time I’ve gone in to look at shirts to see whats new. Emily has been the one to help me the last 3 or 4 times I’ve been in there. She helped me with getting the shirt and American Flag headband wrap for my girlfriend. She asked if I was a HOG member of Indy chapter. I explained I was not but I was at another dealership. She told me if I sign up and came back on Saturday she would hold my items and I could get a discount for being a HOG member and can purchase my items at a discount. So, the discount I saved paid for my HOG membership. I got the items I wanted for my girlfriend and also joined your HOG Chapter. Emily and everyone at the dealership have been great each time I’ve stopped into the dealership to look around.

I worked for David and his family at HD of Indianapolis many years ago… they are really good people. In later years after volunteering at an elderly home called Little sisters of the Poor here in Indianapolis, I found out he and his family do so much for them, and they do it without any promotion of their business….they do it just to give back to help the elderly poor and the little sisters who run the home.. David and his family are genuinely good people… don’t hesitate to come see them for all your Harley needs.

I bought a new 2021 cruiser in June and it was delivered late to begin with. Then I went to ride it the first time and it wouldn’t even start. Brand new dead battery. Then HD of Indy insisted on picking it up to diagnose the problem on my new bike ($35K). Then they dropped the bike in transportation to their shop. I moved to the Blue Ridge Mount deeming of riding this bike. It’s in the shop awaiting parts that we’re not shipped. Nearly 4 months later and I still don’t have my brand new damaged bike awaiting repairs. Zero miles on it. Terrible experience. I would appreciate an executive or at the very least the owner to call me. $500 in insurance was a waste for no time at all on the bike and zero enjoyment. Bad experience.

GreatCame in on a rainy day (not on Harleys). We were immediately greeted and asked if we needed help. I alway like my husband getting Harley Shirts from all over the US. We were pointed towards the shirt direction. My son had to go to the restroom (they were next to the mens Harley shirts) so off him and I went. The restrooms were super clean. They even had bowl full of mints in the restroom. Who does that? Harley Davidson of Indianapolis does!!! What a step up. Good job HD for setting yourself apart!

I was invited in to the showroom to check out a brand new HD Limited that I had watched being unloaded on a FB live. I had a trade-in but didnt want my payment much over what I was paying...tough to do on a brand new bike! Brian had me sold on this bike. Loved it! Cathy worked harder than anyone has ever worked to get me a deal. Though it was just short of what I needed, the work she did was nothing short of amazing! I had been eying an 18 Limited as well. They did not get discouraged with me for going another direction but instead worked just as hard to get me a good deal on this one. I have already told so many people that if they want a new or used HD, HD of Indianapolis is the place to go. Ill never go anywhere else!

Took my bike in for a 15k service. 2 days after I get the bike back the battery is dead. I dont believe in coincidences. They didnt even offer a discount on a new battery. They also washed my bike and left so many hard water spots everywhere on my chrome and paint. Its like they literally just sprayed it with water and let it air dry. Absolutely a horrible wash job. Dont wash service bikes if you cant dry them off. I will not go back to this location!!!!

LISTENED to my/our description of the problem after other service providers tried and thought they had fixed without, evidently, conducting a 30 minute minimum test ride in order to provoke the failure as told. This was a particularly difficult gremlin to corner as the rough idle and unresponsive throttle (dangerous) manifestations were irritatingly intermittent. Andy was on it, kept me informed of progress and called with the estimate when the problem was found (inop cam position sensor). Post repair check ride I conducted at pick up of around 100 miles went well without any problem at all. This bike is fixed after YEARS of off-and-on attempts and hundreds spent elsewhere. Cudos to the techs and service team overall for knocking this one out of the park. VERY happy. Yes, you have my business going forward.

I was trying to decide between Fat Bob and the 21 Indian Dark Horse, as Dark Horse was still not in dealers, I decided to go to HD and check out Fatbob for now. I went in for just a test ride and walked out buying my 1st Harley!In addition to me absolutely falling in love with the bike, what changed my mind was the attitude of the fit specialists Justin and Brandon. I received service on my 2014 Heritage which I purchased from HD of Indy. The service was fast and exactly what I asked for. No up sell, just good service. Got any oil change, new rear tire, fork oil and new LED tail lights. Price was fair and they picked up my bike and dropped it off at my home for free during the cold (no riding) months. I just got home from my retake on my Riding Academy test. I had a hard time with the right turn from stop and U turn. I really appreciate Bob King and John Mascari encouraging me when I feel short on my skill test on the bike. They told to reschedule with Bill Collins and he would help me straighten out my problems. I am totally impressed with Bill spending a extra 4 hours to work with me and another guy. I watched bill take a guy that just laid a bike down when we practiced to retake test. This guy was probably in his 70s. Bill worked with him so much he actually passed his test as well. I saw the same thing in my class with Bob and John. If you want to learn to ride a bike no matter what skill level you have they will teach you to ride. I really like the MSF curriculum they used too. I came into the class thinking my next bike would be a triumph and that thought changed because of the family atmosphere they have at Harley Davidson of Indianapolis. Looking at something in the softail line. Thanks guys for all you do.Mike

From the first time I walked in, to the last HD of Indy has been amazing! When my wife and I went in just to look we were not hounded by sales representative or anything unlike other dealerships! We met randy for a brief moment the first time we were in looking! Unfortunately he was crazy busy as it was a Saturday! A day later randy messaged me and apologized for how crazy it was and made a appointment with us to look and talk about bikes that fit for us and him! Upon picking our bike randy and all of the team stayed late to finish doing paperwork and getting the ball rolling on getting a bike! Not once did it seem as if we were a bother to them with us being after hours! The bike we chose had to be shipped from a different store in the US. The bike we chose was extremely hard to find, but everyone at HD of Indy made sure to look high and low to find one! They went to pick up my bike states away in a timely manor!! Any other dealership or store would have not cared that it took that long to fin and get, but Anders kept apologizing and telling us that he and all of HD were sorry it took so long! At the end of the day, I knew it would be a hard bike to find and they went above and beyond! Everyone at this store is so polite and has a smile no matter what! Working around my crazy schedule and dealing with every problem that came their way was knocked down! Wouldnt change a thing about where I purchased my bike! I feel as if I have become part of a family at HD of Indy. To everyone involved, a huge thank you!

I brought my 2006 Fatboy into Fishers Harley for service (oil change, brake inspect and tire replacement) in February of 2018 and had a good experience.I brought it back in March of 2019 and the service representatives at the counter and on the phone were clearly not qualified to do the job. I called before I brought the bike in for a few questions. The phone rep started to help me but shortly after got flustered and told me he could no longer help me because he had a line of customers waiting. I guess I dont count as a customer! I brought the bike in anyway but had a very long wait to drop it off, which was compounded when they interrupted my check-in to help someone who had apparently been there earlier in the day. Upon pickup I had something oozing out from under the tank mounted speedometer casing. They replaced a tank mounted fuel valve so Im guessing it was related.This year I dropped the bike off February 22nd for fluid change, 20K mile checkup and I requested they replace the hand grips they had installed in March 2019. Those were already making my hands black after just 4 months (4,500 2019 miles & bike is covered and garage kept). I was told the bike would be taken in February 29th. I called March 7th to inquire if it was ready and I was told it never came in for service and they werent sure why. The gentleman on the phone said it would be brought in 1st thing Monday, March 9th. When I got home Wednesday, March 11th, I had 2 messages at home indicating they needed approval for brake fluid flush and brake pad replacement. I had asked them to update my phone number to my mobile the two previous times I was there! I didnt get the message until after they had closed. I called the next morning (March 12) at 10:17 and gave approval for the work. I spoke with Kyle (srvc mngr). I also inquired if they would be replacing the hand grips at no charge. He doubted they would do anything about the hand grips. I gave him a brief summary of the run around Id gotten and how his service department had dropped the ball and he got a little defensive, even stating that it looks like weve had to wait on you too. That was never the case except when they called the wrong number.The next update was a text stating my bike is ready for pickup. After such a delay, I expected more than a text! I believe that was March 14 but I was out of state. I called 5-6 times before I was able to get through to service but they could not tell me if the hand grips had been replaced. I explained that I was out of state and working 65 hours a week so it would have to be Saturday the 21st before I could pick up the bike.I went in and picked up the bike March 21st and the hand grips had not been replaced. Kyle was on vacation for his brothers wedding or something in Florida. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the lady at the counter and she made notes on my file and assures me that Kyle will review the following week and he will contact me. That never happened! The only thing they did was flush the brake fluid at no charge. Brake fluid is very inexpensive a flush takes very little time. This was unsatisfactory given that they ignored the hand grip issues. It was a nice gesture but disproportionate to the delays.Upon riding, the left foot pad is dirty from oil or brake fluid that they didnt clean up. When I hit bumps I hearing something clanking. I stopped and found that they had never put the clutch cable back in the frame clamp. Not a big deal but again, after all the other issues, I was disappointed.I gave this review 2 stars because 2018 was 5*, 2019 was 3*, and 2020 was lousy and expensive. Call around and find out what some out lying Harley shops charge for a 20k checkup youll be shocked to discover the disparity. I truly had hoped to call Fishers Harley my home as its only 5 minutes from my house. Unfortunately Ill be making the 30-40 minute ride to another shop starting in 2021!

“From the test drive to ringing the bell after signing the paperwork, the experience was amazing. Randy Hayes was the salesman who I worked with and he was absolutely amazing. He knew what type of bike I wanted, he knew I wanted to ride in the bike not on top of it. Based on our previous discussions he had three bikes he knew I would be interested in ready for me to look at when I showed up for the test drive. He is very knowledgable and just great guy to speak to about motorcycles in general. He made my wife and I very comfortable and we are both pleased with our purchase (2019 Iron 1200 Sportster) and we simply love it. It is a great starter bike and it is very comfortable. My experience with HD of Indy has been very pleasant. Since buying my 2019 Road King Special in August of 2019, I have had my mileage service done at the shop, shopped for parts and motor clothes, and just stopped in for a visit and to look around. The people are very pleasant and professional. I always feel welcome and appreciated. The shop is always clean and pleasing to the eyes. The service department got me scheduled for service in a timely manner and got my bike back to me as quickly as possible. Parts has always treated me with respect and dignity and always provided me with what I needed. Everyone in Motor Clothes is always helpful and very kind. They go out of their way to make sure I find what I am looking for. I dont get in the shop much, but when I do its always a great experience.

My first trip in (several weeks ago) I worked with Randy Hayes to get a helmet... my FIRST helmet. He went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered. He even had a female associate give her input for another perspective.So when another trip was in the works I knew who I would go see for some accessories. Once again expectations were not only met but exceeded! Purchased a 2017 883 Superlow. Cathy was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. She got the ball rolling, and on her day off Ted took care of everything there was left to do to complete the sale and get me on the road.
