Every time Im in Flagstaff the first place I stop at is the Lite Company! Beautiful furniture and decor with the best customer service. Ive purchased several pieces throughout they years that are both beautiful and great quality. Ive gotten to know the new owners who took over about three years ago and they are some of the most caring and loving people! Feels like family there!

If you want a company who knows quality customer service, then this is the place! Not only do they treat their customers with such care, but they also sell quality furniture and lighting. I’ve never been disappointed with my purchases.

We are STILL waiting for replacement love seat pillows fir almost 6 months. Then we find out one of the seat cushions is torn. Definitely miss Kathy and Mike, who would have addressed our issues immediately. Disappointed!

First off this store is AMAZING! They have a 10,000 square foot showroom filled with some of the most beautiful and amazing home decor. Next you incorporate Mrs. Kathys ability to bring in the most beautiful and highest quality furniture paired with her husband Mikes keen eye for every lighting necessity possible and you have a perfect storm of creativity to make your home feel more like home than you could ever imagine. Now regarding the owners. Everyone should shop here just because they are some of the most honest, caring, generous, and truly wonderful people ever. You cant go wrong by shopping at this amazing gem of a store.

What a great, locally owned business! I needed an upgraded, larger dining room table that is expandable for special occasions, and they have some great options. Super helpful staff, not pushy at all. Keep up the good work!

A beautiful company! I could walk around for hours and admire all the beautiful furniture, artwork, and of course - the LIGHTS! The atmosphere is warm and so inviting! The staff is also absolutely wonderful and helpful! I wish I worked with people as kind and as informative as them! Always checking up on you, making sure that you know all about the product, and if you need any help! :D My house is gathering a slow collection of lamps and goodies from this store and it’s not stopping anytime soon ;) Love this company! 5/5

Wonderful store to deal with. We could not have furnished our home in Prescott so beautifully without Kathies help. Our living room was a difficult space and she helped us pick the perfect fabrics and pieces to accommodate it beautifully. I highly recommend this furniture store

Knowledgeable & friendly staff

I just read the previous and only review for our company and was deeply saddened. As a small local business we try so hard to help people any way we can. The person writing the review is not in our system, which indicates that they have never purchased anything from us. In addition, we take our sale tags down the day AFTER our sales have ended. Even then, we have ALWAYS HAPPILY HONORED ANY sales price that someone saw on ANY item (if for some reason we inadvertently missed removing a sale tag timely). Only the Better Business Bureau verifies on-line reviews to insure validity.

It would have taken us months to furnish our new home without the light company. Great service, selection and quality lighting and home furnishings.

Dont be fooled by the sign outside. This place is filled with the most beautiful furniture Ive seen in Flagstaff (and many other places for that matter). The furniture is on the expensive side when compared to Target or Pier 1 but the quality is much, much higher and the prices are not unlike online choices, as another reviewer mentioned. Support this local business!

Nice place the staff is not very friendly. I stopped in dressed in jeans and a jacket and they ignored me. I was ready to buy a couple of things, based on the radio ads, found them and no one wanted to help me. 1 star based on the staff alone. Thank you Lite Company and I will never visit again.

The Lite Company has, without a doubt, the most beautiful home furnishings and light fixtures in Flagstaff. Its cozy and the staff are so friendly, I feel very much at home--in fact, I want to live in The Lite Company store! I highly recommend shopping there.

The Lite Company has been such a wonderful blessing to me and our family. I remember shopping there with my dad when I was a child and now that I am an adult and have the chance to live in this beautiful city, it is the place I go when I am in need of advice or information on current trends in lighting or decorating. I am always greated by one of their friendly staff who are always eager to help. If we needed new lamps, they were there to help, when we needed repairs, they were there to help, when we wanted to make our home more energy efficient, they were there to help us make choices on the best type of light bulbs for our situation. The Lite Company does a lot for our community too. They donate to local charities, they promote local events by posting information in their store, the owners volunteer with Hope Cottage and their local church. I am sure they do much more, those are just the things I know about. :O)Whether you have been in Flagstaff for many years or you are new to town, next time you are in need of lighting or furniture, SHOP LOCAL and give The Lite Company a try!

Excellent quality furniture. Very Nice staff. As Prescott has Joes Furniture Store, so Flagstaff has The LIte Store. So if you re looking for Fine Quality Furniture / Fixtures....this is the place.

Friendly, helpful with our custom order table, and still considered our request to modify the table once in our home. Planning on shopping here for our new dining room and entry lighting.
