Its never fun to have an issue with your vehicle. The service and professionalism at Caliber made it easier, though. I would definitely recommend them.

Fantastic experience! Had some work done on my truck very quickly and the staff there is very nice and willing to work with you. Joe is a awesome guy in particular. Had some body work done on my truck and mentioned that I wanted the tailgate painted but it wasnt when I got the truck back. My father actually talked to Joe about it and Joe said to swing it by to see what he can do. I got there, Joe checked it out, and told me he would do it for free! What a guy that was outstanding I thought Id have to toss it at least a couple hundred more dollars but Joe took care of it. Definitely going back for all my body shop needs.

NOT a happy customer! Dropped off my car with caliber on June 11 2021 at Allstate recommendation and was told it would take a week to fix. Then the part my can needed was not available. They said would be available early July. July came and they said part still not available from Ford. Blamed it on Covid. Part would be available August 2nd. Then they said they found the part from Amazon and would be in July 22 to July 27. I called on July 27th and they said they got the wrong part and now August 23 the part will be in. Extremely frustrated. I understand that Ford is having issues with parts availability, but Ford does not have my car, Caliber does. I will not be bringing any future business to Caliber Flagstaff. Communication is lacking. If I could have given no stars, I would have. They dont seem to care if a customer is unhappy. Not their problem. Ford is the problem. Update 8/6/2021: Got a call from Caliber that my car was complete on 8/5/2021 and they gave me a $150.00 discount on my deductible. Still had to wait 2 months for my repair.

Fraudulent practices. Took over a month for repairs and kept lying on when my car would be ready. Then the car came back with new damages.

Caliber is amazing from start to finish in both professionalism and excellence of work. They go the extra mile to take care of everything they can possibly do for you. I highly recommend them!

I dont know whats going on at this place but its not going well. I brought my car to them at Geicos suggestion in early January 2021. I did not receive my car until mid-march 2021. Thats two and a half months. It is now June 1st, six months later, and my car is still not complete. Upon receiving my car, several things were astray:* They replaced a perfectly good wheel and threw out my functioning rim. I have supposedly received compensation from this but I have not seen it yet.* There is paint overspray on the windshield.* My insurance company was billed for a fog light bezel, but I never received it, it was never installed and to date I have not seen this part. I was initially told it was backordered and that I would receive it in a few weeks, but this was not true and never followed up on.* No tire-pressure sensor was installed in the wheel that they replaced my perfectly good wheel with, which meant I had to go to a different wheel/tire place twice to fix.* The mirror installed on my car was completely wrong: No autodim or approach light. To date I have not received the correct mirror.Through my dealings with this caliber I have had multiple calls and promises that things would be fixed, or Well setup an appointment with X on Monday or Well call you about Y and none of this has ever come true. I call and email on a weekly cadence to try and get these remaining issues resolved and so far, they havent.I received parts a week ago to replace the above that were incorrect or missing, and both parts were wrong, despite me sending them a parts list _in writing_. I dont know whats going on with this place but they really need to get their stuff together. I understand that theres been turn-over and all sorts of other things, but the level of service Ive received is hilarious. I would avoid this place if at all possible.I will further update this review with new timelines as things change.

There were so very many communication problems I seriously cant begin to list all of them. The biggest problem was the manager telling me face to face that he would personally make it right and he would personally bring my car to me and then we didnt hear from him for two days!!!! I had to call twice and he really couldnt have cared less.
