Great selection and you dont have to go in town for most grocery items (not produce).

I am very upset after leaving Dollar General today..... Im a regular customer since its been open never have I had one of my kids experience an employee of Dollar General ever get after them for anything and my son is 11 years old he was not running around causing a scene or doing anything that would get an employee upset she made him feel so uncomfortable that we did our shopping and just left after paying for a few of our items I told the cashier that the lady in the back name Melissa was very rude and come to find that the lady in the back was a manager at a different store and I figured in her position she should know how to handle situations where she does not get after a child but address it to the parent.... I left the store keeping my cool but deep down I was so Furious and so upset that my hands were shaking a little

The place is always a mess. Big carts in the way of everything. Cant even get a shopping cart through the aisles. Employees are very friendly. Still glad to have it here. Dont like the 9:00 closing time. 10:00 P.M. was much better. Need to carry instant lemon ice tea mix and canned green chilies.

Im not sure who said this was a well-organized store but it definitely isnt! Boxes and piles are stashed at every turn and you often have to dig for what you want. (But I guess thats typical Dollar Store expectation.) Convenient location for me, and reasonably priced goods with mostly competent staff. Glad its available.

Very well organized, and shelved convenience store. Found every thing I needed in one stop. Seasonal goods, and clothing. Found items that other Dollar Generals ran out of, in Northern Arizona. Best to enter from Highway 89 exiting Flagstaff, and getting back on the highway from E. Burris Ln. due to high traffic area. Otherwise, a great quick stop for food, snacks, home supplies, and even as seen on TV brands! Something for everyone. Staff are friendly.

This Dollar General was okay. A group of us went in to find some decorations for a baby shower. While this place has so many different things for many different occasions, it doesnt have much for baby showers. This Dollar General is best for small, quick knick-knacks that you need to get, but dont want to go all the way into town.

I was greeted at the door by one employee (a genuine greeting), asked by another if I was finding everything, and finally the attendant at the counter all VERY customer oriented, they truly made it feel like they like their jobs! And that makes me want to shop there!

I am in a wheelchair and this store is a DISASTER. I literally couldnt get down half the aisles and got stuck in one. The front is so torn up and u organized I couldnt even get through the sliding glass doors until my son moved stuff.

Everything a dollar store should be!Zany, crowded aisles. Friendly cashiers.Crazy low prices. Weird items you dont find elsewhere. For shop therapy, or for the essentials, you cant go wrong.

Its a good place to stop for small items but be prepared. The aisle are tight and the place has been a mess every time Ive gone in.

What makes it special.... The workers. Ive been renovating my home and in a way they have a hand in helping. Its been a convenience since the store open. Supplies I need..dont have to go far. Thanks and Merry Christmas

This store is a disaster. Went in for some tools and nothing was stocked. The aisles were a mess and looked like a tornado had gone through with stuff scattered everywhere. The employees were nice, but obviously dont do much work. Never going back.

Staff has always been friendly but this store is a wreck! Clutter and boxes literally everywhere to the point no one with a wheelchair would ever be able to make it down most of the aisles. Items look like they were literally just thrown at the shelf and wherever they land that’s where they are. It’s so disorganized that even the staff have trouble helping you find something you are looking for. I’ve worked retail in a chain for over 10 years and you would think managers or corporate would expect more out of their stores, the customers definitely deserve more.

They have a good selection of products and the cashiers are helpful.

Isles are very cluttered. they always have over stock carts at the end of each isle, and always have long lines. They need better management.

My husband and I have been coming to the store since they opened. Over the past month weve noticed how cluttered the store has become. There are stocking carts EVERYWHERE amongst the aisles. Several boxes on the floor. Merchandise thrown on the floor. Pam was an excellent manager and her staff was fantastic. We dont recognize any of the staff members now and the store looks like a twister went through it. Extremely disappointed. My husband said the Dollar General located in Kachina is much nicer.

Shelves are porley stocked. There is so much junk in the way you can hardly push a cart down the isle. Poor to no customer service. All around porley managed and run location.

I am a avid shopper at Dollar general and ever since the last manager went away the place is just crazy messy you could barely get down Rose and then theres just like stuff strewn around like its trash now that gentleman that works there and the lady theyre really nice people and I think theyre way overworked and they need more help putting things away because even if it is a week away from delivery day or 4 days 5 days its horrible in there like I said it looks like a bomb went off sorry
