I knew what I needed and the sales person was professional and knowledgeable about getting me set up. I walked in to one store that didnt have what I needed in stock, but the saleswoman quickly assessed there was stock in another store nearby. I paid and left one store and quickly arrived at the next where the salesmen were friendly and helpful and quickly had my purchases loaded into my vehicle and had me on my way.

I am not getting all of my money back. I was never explained the refund policy. From the beginning. And I should not have to pay for a restocking fee.,you will not sell the mattress again I hardly doubt it. Also, I should not have to pay for a delivery fee all over again. And mostly I have to wait weeks for my money to get into my account. That is not right. You took my money right away. Give it back right away.

Desperate to find a bed for a comfortable nights sleep I walked into the local Flagstaff West side Mattress Firm and was greeted by a sales gentleman James Rix that listened to my sleep discomforts and took notes. He is up to date on the latest in bed comfort and familiar with all of Mattress Firms products. From this point we looked at beds that met my preferences and i was even introduced to the latest technology in adjustable bed frames too. Total game changer!Delivery day my husband was home to receive the bed and very impressed with the thoughtfulness by the delivery crew on moving the old bed out, placing the new frame and bed in the bedroom and showing him the manuals and how to use the remote for the frame. My husband likes our new bed and frame so much we are buying another set for our guest bedroom as well. I also purchased the sheet and pillow bundle. Its worth it! The sheets are so comfortable
We purchased a new mattress from the store in Glendale and had it delivered to our cabin in Munds Park, AZ. We we having an issue with the mattress and stopped into the Flagstaff store to discuss a possible exchange. The store manager, Shalome, bent over backwards to help us. She showed us some other mattress options, then explained that we might just need to “break in” the one we have. She gave suggestions for how to resolve our issue and then explained that we still have 2 months to request an exchange if we are still not happy. We went home and tried her recommendations and sure enough the mattress is working out for us.We went back to the Flagstaff store to thank Shalome and report the success. While in the store we mentioned that the pillows we purchased with the bed were not working for my wife. Pillows are not returnable, but Shalome worked with my wife to find “the” pillow and gave us a reasonable discount on a new pillow.We would recommend the Flagstaff Mattress Firm to everyone.

We were in need of a new bed and went into the Flagstaff Mattress Firm.We were immediately greeted by Shalome Almueti in a friendly professional manner.She quickly asked us some questions and started showing us appropriate mattresses.She had some samples standing in the rack that she was more than willing to get out so we could try them.She was pleasant and friendly the whole time and very happy to help us.We ended up choosing one of the samples she had taken from the rack and the check out process was quick.Over all the whole process was a great experience.

This is the fourth or fifth time I’ve ordered a mattress set from Mattress Firm in Flagstaff. They are always so very helpful and pleasant to work with.
My wife and I spent about 3 hours at the Mattress Firm location in University Plaza, Flagstaff, AZ. We received great service from a gentleman named Leslie who is the manager. He listened to what we wanted and made suggestions based on our feedback of different beds. When we were testing each mattress, he would leave us alone so we could get to know each one. No high pressure tactics here. Eventually, when we settled on one with promise, a BeautyRest Restore Providence, we left to eat lunch and run by our house to grab our pillows. We returned and spent an hour on our preferred mattress. I napped for 30 minutes and my wife was out for the full hour. Both of us decided this one would work and placed the order for a King. They have an excellent return policy after 30 days and free delivery and pickup on orders over $700. Leslie also gave us discounts without even asking.We also purchased two of the adjustable bed platforms to fit under the mattress. We shopped on Saturday, New Years Eve and everything was delivered the following Tuesday. Removal of our old bed (a 12 year-old Simmons Sang memory foam) and setup of the new took about 30 minutes. Delivery team was efficient and pleasant.So far, only two nights on the new bed, but both of us (and our 4 cats) like it a lot so far. Time will tell and we hope we get a good ten years from this purchase.

We came in for an interim mattress to replace the too-soft one we bought about a year ago. We were not yet ready to buy the more expensive Serta memory foam bed that my back requires. The manager who helped us listened and was knowledgeable about my back problems and needs in a bed. He provided us with options and did not try to upsell us. He was ultimately able to help us get the exact bed I wanted a year or so down the line at more than half price for a floor model that same day. I’ve been sleeping on it for about two weeks now and am very happy with the purchase. We wouldn’t have found it without the right guidance!

We bought 3 twin mattresses for our kids with 5 yr warranties . In less than a year they are ALL completely swayed in the middle. When you call (after a recording saying the wait time is over an hour and they will call you back)to have them stand behind their product and warranty, they basically tell you that youre screwed! They dont understand the definition of warranty!! They want to charge you over $30 each to even inspect them. Its totally ridiculous!!! Save your money and go somewhere else!
