Deliver service is terrible did not get water on schedule day next day still no water customer service no help on hold for 30min waiting to talk to someone was promised water at 5:00pm still no water need to cancel this service.

Seemed to have problems with their water machines. But their customer service is very good send out a new machine for us.

I am on my third Primo Water Dispenser & rather disappointed...Apparently they only have a 2 to 3 yr lifespan... First one just quit working... Second & third one hot water started coming out rusty & so I just stopped using the hot water completely... Then they both started leaking inside underneath a pump or something... Hard to tell since there so much going on back there...AND its a pain to go to buy the Primo water & never get the empty bottle box to give a ticket Because its broken or full...Then you have to deal with a cashier who cant process the fact you dont have a coupon because you couldnt get one....
