Save yourself the trouble. Owner not responsive after receiving deposits. Demands remainder of balance on delivery of cabinets. Good luck trying to get a hold of the company afterward should a problem arise or to get the job completed.

The always clean up after themselves. Support local companies such as this and not Big Box stores. We are moving on to two bathrooms soon.

Bought Sun Ray cabinets for a bathroom upgrade 5 yrs ago. Had some problems with the cabinets. Went in and talked to Jason about it but didnt realize he didnt own the business back then. He didnt have to but he came out and fixed the problem without any hesitation. Wow what great customer service. My wife and I recently had our home built in Flagstaff and used Cabinets by Sun Ray (and the rest of the coordinated services at the Flagstaff Design Center). We are so glad we used them because we had a challenging kitchen space to work with. Through a number of design sessions, they came up with some changes that took our kitchen from just OK to Breath Taking! Our contractor was able to accommodate a minor wall movement that enabled all this and the result was amazing. Their design experience was invaluable and made all the difference in the world to us! The quality of the materials and installation was equally as impressive and we felt as if they were paying attention to details as if it were their own home. The rest of the cabinetry in the rest of the house turned out wonderful also! Id also like to mention that having all the key design element businesses (cabinets, counter tops, flooring, bath and kitchen tile, etc...) under one roof at the Flagstaff Design Center really makes a huge difference because they all work closely together to make sure your project turns out amazing (from design to material selection to installation). The whole process was very professional and was a pleasant experience for my wife and I. We highly recommend Cabinets by Sun Ray and the rest of the amazing folks at the Flagstaff Design Center!

My wife and I decided to use Cabinets by Sun Ray @ Flagstaff Design Center for kitchen remodel. They did an outstanding job with working with limited space and configurations suitable for us. They were able to refer local carpenters (Huckleberry Woodworks) and electrician(Darren Lance Electric.) We were very happy with results and would recommend them.

I read a review posted a long time ago, and I cant believe that someone had anything but a great experience working with Tony & Jason. We came in and they reviewed our kitchen layout, followed up with us the very next day with a home visit, and the whole time offering their years of experience in knowledge!I would recommend Cabinets by Sun Ray, make an appointment and bring pictures of your project. They will plan and perfect your kitchen!

Overpriced; unprofessional; does not return emails or phone calls; if you can catch him in person, Tony will just LIE and say he will contact you in the next week; its been months worth of unanswered contacts now; Design Center staff is GREAT and very helpful but save yourself the frustration and use someone else for your cabinets!!
