Highlands Floor Covering was amazing! The carpet throughout our new house had to be replaced quickly due to smoke damage. Hannah especially was very helpful: she gave great design advice, called the carpet rep to get a discount, kept things on track, and kept us informed during the process. The installers were also very knowledgeable and professional! Thank you for doing so much - we love our new carpet!

While I now have carpet in my house that I am happy with (thus two stars) it has been 5 months since our first contact with Highlands. The experience has not been positive and I will not plan to give them more of our business. Hannah was our sales person, she over-promised and underperformed. I am still unable to decipher what we actually paid for, what she ordered and how she figured out our deposit and final payment. We spent over $8000 on carpet for our new house and feel we were fleeced. Throughout our experience, we received some positive customer service (the owner and install manager came out very quickly once alerted to inspect 4 different areas of concern and acknowledged the sales persons numerous oversites and lack of customer service as well as some issues with the seams.) However their promised follow through was lacking. I had to call them over a month later to ask when the fixer-installer would be coming. The install manager said he forgot (he may have apologized but it felt like I was the one bothering him) and he had someone out the next morning. This is supposed to be the best place in town! The sales person, the owner and the install manager know we are interested in additional flooring -- they were all at our house and I outlined additional projects--and despite this, they could not manage to provide a clear itemized bill for the first job, follow through on having the fixer-installer come, or sincerely acknowledge dropping the ball. The customer comes first, was what the owner told me when he came to inspect the ill-fitted seams. Hmmm, I am not so sure for this company. I typically do not leave reviews like this but I want others to know about our experience in order to hopefully not have something similar happen to them.

Pam Neises at Highlands Floor Coverings is simply amazing. She works hard to make sure our floor needs are met. The carpet was installed perfectly (on 2 different homes!) and the laminate flooring was also installed well. The workers are courteous, on time, and professional. I highly recommend Pam and Highlands Floor Coverings for your flooring needs.

Great experience

They did an excellent job installing a tile shower surround for us. They arrived on time, worked professionally and had a great outcome.

Pam at Highlands is amazing. She has great design ideas and is friendly without being overbearing. Highlands has a good collection of floor coverings, and one of the nicest tile selections in town.

I needed a piece of marble for a bathroom entryway to work as a high transition. I went to the big box store and they did not understand what I was looking for and had no clue about using marble as a transition from tile to carpet out of a bathroom so I came to Highland. I figured they would be much more expensive, I was wrong the price was great.The best part is I needed it smaller than they sell the piece for and I had no way of cutting marble. They called their shop and made sure an installer was available to meet me at the tile shop and had it cut at no extra cost. They made my day and I would only trust them for my flooring needs. Good job guys.

Horrible installations, they kicked it to the wall and nailed it in, NO stretching it, so 3 years later, VERY EXPENSIVE carpet is bubbling and rippling down the middle . Totally ruined carpet !

Horrible service - promised delivery day came and went - no calls from them - no updates - new promised delivery date came and went - after call from me they realized the flooring I ordered was there after all - they couldnt have cared less - take your hard -earned dollars and business somewhere else - this lot doesnt deserve it.
