This place is awesome! I think I havent been to the mall in so long I forgot how cool they are. Theyve got a ton of things other than clothes. Hey Carrie everything from shoes to gifts for dad to jewelry and luggage and all kinds of stuff. I forgot about how cool it was to come here. If you havent been here in a while, you definitely got to give this place a shot!! Plan to spend some time and spend some money, too.

You know I love my ring I really do but I’m trying to figure out why I orders one ring got it sent off to be sized and received a different ring? My ring is smaller than the one I purchased not only in the band diamonds but also the actual engagement stone? Unless you guys re did my entire ring? also because my fiancé took the tag off to propose they won’t take it back let alone give me an explanation!Save yourself the hassle and go to an actual jeweler!

Was good to see JCPenneys again. Havent been in there in years. It felt good going in there again but the mall has changed a lot. I just hope they dont close it down like they did to Sears. And a lot of the stores close down. Im going to go in there more often and Shop back in there again. The employees were treating me well too as well.

Great, I mean great service. We were looking for shirts for our son and the associate who we helping there Angelica helped when we asked her questions. She was so kind and joyful when she responded. I really enjoy how she made yes feel like it was a pleasure to help. Great experience.

Big selection of clothes for newborns, and toddlers, as well as shoes, also for adults. Theres a Sephora inside this location. They also have items for your kitchen, bathroom and bedroom.

They refused to refund me the cost of the warranty on a piece of jewelry they would not fix.

With the holidays the line went a little fast. Felt safe with everyone wearing face mask, felt comfortable shopping. Im glad they made it a priority to go shopping in the mall.

Im raving. I absolutely adored this JCPenney. It was dark and gloomy outside, the store was nearly empty, and the customer service was impeccable. There were bogo deals on almost everything in the store. Leaving it felt like waking up from a dream.

I just started going to JC Pennys and I like it, they have great makeup section and hair salon.

Jeans were overpriced, wife returned a few items she bought online

I had to exchange pant that were too big in the waist however none were available in my size. The clerk suggested I pick another brand that fits. He was friendly and very helpful and made the exchange.Prices are good, products even better. Great service. And a big and tall mens section! Its first on my list for shopping in Flagstaff!

I highly recommend Franchesca for a Baylage, cut and style. She is patient, informational and very friendly. She went far and beyond for my daughter hair. I greatly appreciate her input and her visual approach on what would and wouldnt work. She keeps her work area sanitized. Awesome job Franchesca

Clearance sale racks need attention- even second-hand stores organize their textiles better. Need other departments added, like furniture, perfume counter would be great. Do away with the high priced, made in china, jewelry and display some choice, genuine, jewelry! Otherwise, If this is one of those discount outlet stores, then by all means please shop here as they do have some choice clothing that are 50 to 70% of regular prices (thats where I gave 3 stars). Customer services are great also.

Found some great deals on warm clothes while visiting the area.

Very few things change and jc penny is one of those reliables. Some of their selections have decreased but they still offer some quality products and clothes. A Flagstaff mall staple for sure

One of the best department stores that has stood the test of time. Clean well organized departments make for easy and timely shopping. The salon is conveniently located in the back where parking is close by. Each of the stylists are professional, courteous and well trained in a variety of current styles as well as good ole standbys. While other shops may come and go, its nice to know that the Flagstaff Mall will have JC Pennys for a long time come.

Found a beautiful comforter I was wanting, I knew JC Penny would have the class of comfort I was looking for.

There was nothing there. Only sizes are XXL, nothing for those of us that are physically fit.

Service was great in the salon regarding product knowledge from front desk lady. Bathroom can use improvements on aestetics but overall clean and organized at the time I was there.

Janice Montaya did an amazing job cutting my hair! I had lots of damage on my ends, and I had a very specific cut that I wanted, and she listened and made it happen! It looks perfect and I love it! I will definitely go back!

Most of the staff doesnt like to be bothered. But overall good experience. They need to remember that customer service means happily serving the customer.

Its a pretty good department store for Flagstaff. The employees are a bit lack luster with any type of help but nice when you ask for help they are nice.

Best place to shop

Pleasant trip was welcomed once I entered the store and the girl at the check out counter was nice and helpful.

Closer bathrooms than food court, just dont expect then to be super clean. Good selection of kids Disney clothing and toys. Im not big on department store prices, so I dont shop here often.

Picked a t-shirt and Jeans. Jcpenney discount made my day.

Weak sauce. They try to offer a lot of selection, racks/displays too close together and this makes hard to find stuff or get around store. because they try to pack things too tightly they run out of common sizes quickly

JCP Flagstaff Mall, the most poorly managed JCPenney I have ever visited. And thats in the last 40 yrs Thats 5 straight trips there with no people around to help and no product available. Their inventory is in a shambles and the help is NOT knowledgeable about their store or product. Will NEVER shop at Flagstaff Mall JCPenney ever again. The Manager told me... try the website, we never have enough in stock here. Thats all I needed to hear. I will be shopping elsewhere. By the way, internet shopping @ JCP has been worse than the store. 3 straight returns because they sent the wrong product. They do that in the hopes you will accept it and not return it. So they send whatever is available. Absolute BS! Bye JCP... for good

Love it when i get the coupons and deals. I never pay full price and the credit card usually will give you a 20% off on your purchase. I like to buy my 8 and 6 year olds sons jeans here. Arizona brand lasts them longer.

The people working here sometimes have a bit of an attitude. If youre fine with shopping on your own, no help finding anything, this is the JCPenney for you.

Normally I like this store but recently I had a not so good experience . I caution all those that might purchase an item whether it be on sale and/or you might have coupons too, Do NOT PURCHASE THE WARRANTY! Its a waste of money and if your item is damaged the 3rd party company that they use is not honoring the warranty agreement even though J.C.P will tell you they do, THEY WONT!

So, my friend and I went there because we knew there was a bathroom and I told her that I was going to look at something and thats when my friend got accused by someone working there and she said that we were knocking things down and she threatened to call security on us. Ive been here before and not had a problem. Clearly it was because we appeared young children.

$10 off $25 does not work for big brand names. Didnt have this problem elsewhere

Sorry, but this department store chain is going down hill rapidly. Sloppy displays and disinterested employees. I used to swear by this store, but its a shadow of its former self.

Went in there only for the Sephora(the girl there was great greated me helped me find my foundation and even gave me a free sample) after I walked around the Pennys and never saw a single employee. Not even at the registers.

Nice sale signs, $7 $5, rings up at full price, apply discounts and lets you know how much you saved. Not so great JUST ring up at sale price. Lots of clearance racks
