Unusually dark inside compared to any other location I’ve been to. Also very, very stocked. It feels a bit claustrophobic at first, but it’s nice that they have a bunch of items. Good camping gear, friendly staff, easy to deal with pharmacy. Just a head’s up that this location differs from the others in that no overnight parking is allowed. I assume it’s because the property it sits on, but it still sucks.

I typically shop at Whole Foods or natural grocers, here in Arizona. But when I am in my RV many times I will spend the night here and then do all of my shopping here as well. I’ve been very impressed with the additions of more healthy types of food in their grocery store. Plus all of their health and basic items are are priced nicely.

Everything you need, they have. This location is a supercenter & very spacious. They offer self check out here as well but not NFC mobile offered at the moment, so no paying w your phones. Have to use the actual card or cash. Was here a bunch of times day morning night and it was never too crowded. The employees are super helpful and always disinfecting everywhere from carts to shelves to the check out areas.

Spacious and clean. Front and floor staff were helpful in directing us to departments as wed never been to the store.

Nice, clean store. Oddly setup and a little difficult to find items. POOR grocery department with very little to choose from.

Better then the one closer to NAUs campus, recommend to go here for groceries instead of the other one.

Flagstaff has 2 Walmarts... Neither of them are Super Walmarts. This is the smaller if the 2 small Walmarts. So, if rating it against other Walmarts as a whole.... I cant go higher than a 3. I would suggest going to the Walmart on Huntington instead

I wanted to purchase 2 battery powered hot wheels for my twin grandsons. But the manager would not work with me. I was told they cannot do that. No sign, no information saying only one item per customer. A young native man came over and we stood there talking. He expressed that he wanted to buy one too. He was denied by manager because we were together. Young man told manager we were not together. He was told it does not matter. Stupid! Do better Flagstaff Walmart!!!!

Bathrooms were mostly clean and working, and they have lots of cute things on the way to the bathrooms that make you buy more than you came for.

This store is Yuge, clean, friendly staff, great selection too.

Its a Walmart. They stopped taking cash at the self checkout which is not cool. I like to pay in coin a lot of the time and it takes forever to do that with a cashier. Theres no good reason machines not to take paper money and coin. It definitely makes me less inclined to shop there

Requested somebody with a key to buy a speaker. I was told they would be here in a second. Five minutes go by so I ask a new worker to see if they could unlock the speakers, again they told me they would go get someone. Left without a speaker after asking a third person. I ended up going back in because I wanted the speaker and asked for a manger, the manager talked to one of the guys I already talked to about opening up the case, he just went some here grabbed the keys and opened the case, so he could have done that the entire time.Two stars for how pleasant and apologetic the manager was. The staff is lazy as can be.

Vision Center and Pharmacy are great. If you need groceries, good luck. And they dont take cash.

Of course its Walmart but just expect to not get any help when u ask for it. If u do get help expect for the person to be unhappy to help or them get some1 else that knows but thats an even longer wait. Manager isnt helpful and is not very nice at all. Happy shopping! 👎

What can you say. Its a walmart. Some people are nice, others not. Got flipped off by a crazy guy for sitting in a electric cart. Then he wanted to fight my husband. None of the employees did anything.

Nice place to stay. Quite but you do here road noise until it is late. The only think I would say is homeless staying I their cars with dogs.

Cannot exist without a few Walmart stops I need the alcohol-free mouth rinse for my gum clenes so I dont get dementia still using the little shooter bottles for the rinse 4 to 5 times a day after food creates that nasty bacteria which must be expunged usually cant find a clerk so you must go to the restroom break room and press into service too bad 1/5 of all the retail dollars is spent here as China is certainly the beneficiary but low prices are good for your upside which is the time that you like to spend money try to balance between Target and this store as theyre both great American institutions suit yourself

Money center was great. Quick and no line. Store has an older store feel and the signage is difficult to see except in front of store. Most people enter through side entrance when parking. No signage letting you know your at Walmart. Staff not the greatest. Younger associates acting like a gang type mentality. Was very strange.

There was alot of options much more than the average Walmart however the items were places in a way to get you to buy more expensive things and placing the cheaper versions distantly.

Quick replenish of water and some vehicle maintenance supplies. Easy stop.

Cool place but the tech staff are a tad behind the times. I went in there for a glass screen protector spasticity for the Nintendo switch oled and the person brought me to screen protectors for the regular switch I asked if these were for the switch oled and she got a deer in headlights look before saying she had no idea what that was. Not a knock at her but I was expecting the tech staff to know about the the switch due to the fact it had just recently come out.

Did a pickup order it was fast and easy only one problem they forgot one item but it was easy to get the refund

Always sold out of everything. They are always restocking but always of things people dont buy often. They almost never have electronics which are on display. One lady when asked was very rude and defensive. Takes them a very long time to respond to items in cases. Its Walmart dont expect much 3/5 because I have almost never had to wait in self checkout. Self checkout is extremely quick and almost always has available registers.

You know Walmart ...was clean bathrooms and I went through the line quickly ..shocking I know .. mid afternoon best time .

Place was great to shop and staff were nice while we were on our trip.

Had to return a Verizon phone. Everything wasnt explained to me a 100% and turn out my monthly payments was gonna be high. So it took 3 hrs to get that all done, of getting there and to get to the refund! . When arrived, no one there to do a cancellation and the associate had call to get ahold of a person from the other Walmart store to do that. It was alot of waiting! Pasting the floor and upset at the same time but didnt show it. Was given 15 days to try out the phone, til the phone bill came already! Over a hundred dollars! Will NEVER do that again!

I use the moneycard debit card thru WalmartThe cashier center was closed but customer service desk was quick and easy.2nd trip to this Walmart. Get there before 9am and store is basically empty, for a Walmart

Its pretty light on variety. And the aisles are laid out awkwardly. Some are north/others east/ west and almost all are too narrow for 2 carts to go down easily

They were out of propane bottles for our camp stove. Other than that store is clean and well organized

Good store in Flagstaff. They have ridiculous social distancing policies (that nobody seems to follow). But other than that, it’s good.

Good as far as Walmart go, avoid this ti.e of day tho, store was pretty busy today, meat selection was slim pickings.

Its great but as for the outside its always trashed liter every day. If wall mart would like to hire me Ill clean it up. The parking lot and surrounding areas.

Our food was delicious! Our server was friendly and quick. The Sunday football games were on and we had a great time.

This store location is very well stocked compared to my store location. I visited the gym section and camping section. They have a wide variety of items and it was nicely stocked. The health and nutrition isle also has a wide variety of protein selection that my store does not offer.

Walmart usually has it, so one stop shopping.

You got to come here to show off your Walmart style. This place has got everything you could possibly want and all the people that you could possibly want to see getting it. If you want a one-stop, long-shop (it wont be quick)—then this is the place you got to be!

Management was rude. I asked a simple question and was shown zero respect. Maybe Corporate Walmart should offer attitude adjustments as part of its already flawed practices. Every Walmart has managers who are incapable of managing their people skill, but this one surprised me with two in a row who STRUGGLED to show their badges, both assuming I read them already just to realize it was backwards. Just say your name! Its not hard. Your badges arent there to help you be vocally lazy. Cheer tf up and do your job of providing excellent customer and dont forget your 10 foot rule. Or just work somewhere else if you choose to come off as an unhappy hot mess.

5 min from NAU making move in easy. Also has NAU gear for family souvenirs.

I was here to get beer and something to eat. The beer selection was like its all getting to be now. Budweiser Miller sissy beer mostly not very much in the way of craft beer. Really sad that places are not storing as much craft beers they used to. Theres no deli. This is not really much of a Walmart if youre looking for food. I guess it has all the rest of the normal Walmart stuff and it looks pretty much like a regular Walmart.

Great prices..fast and easy checkout process..always had a great shopping experience at Walmart..first time at this one

I was here shopping for shower supplies to replace stolen items from my car. While an employee was showing me where the nail clippers were, another customer verbally threatened me. The employee did nothing. I called management and the police, and both were too slow. Quality customer service doesnt make up for any of this.

Extremely unprofessional customer service at this location. The rude and nasty short lady in customer service. Johnathan as well. The only nice and sweet employee is the young lady in the garden department, she was extremely professional and genuinely helpful. Shame on this store allowing this treatment.

Awful service. Came in to preorder PS5, told it can only be done online. Then I saw this cardboard cutout advertising PS5 preorders in store in the electronics section! Electronics associate had no idea how to do it, I waited 40 minutes to speak to the store manager just to be told they cannot do any preorders in store, even though the sign clearly states in fine print at the bottom that offer not available on Walmart.com.

Picked up a sleeping bag for a camping trip at curb side pickup. Great idea.

This Walmart happens to have atrocious customer service. The lady would not accept my return for a defective sleeping bag even though there own policy says they do. The policy that she showed me and the one that Walmart both say that the return should be refunded.

We needed an interesting assortment of items and Walmart had it all. Chemicals for the motorhome toilet? Check. Blackout curtains? Check.

I loved, easy access in our way Grand Canyon nation park, we found everything pending to be full prepared. Access to the Jiffy lube in the same parking lot.

Out of salt, the guy told me its been that way for months now ! Also out of many other normal basic ideams! Lazy workers, spent good money to be treated like I was a dumbbell, I will not return to this Walmart.

Will not deal with this company after the way they treated the displaced refugees and veterans here in Flagstaff Arizona. Theyre actions have made me and my family never want to deal with or even spend our money in the walmart corporation. Even corporate wanted to tell me that these people being displaced during a natural disaster dont matter to them. Forget walmart and start shopping at more local businesses. Support the people that are for the community not the corporate scrouges that just want to take your money.

Today I bought the wrong SD card and had to return it. The two ladies in services handled a man child in front of me much like I would handle a tantrum from my seven year old. It was glorious to see people in the service industry stand up for themselves and continue with a great job. They both seemed very caring and tried very hard to help the man cursing at them until it was too much. Im sorry that happened to you two. Thank you for helping me.

Has so many different brands to pick from.

The Walmart grocery pickup is a great asset to the store. The pick up employees are fast and they do a good job packing groceries in a mindful manner. They won’t crush your bread or break your eggs. I recommend the pickup to everyone.As for the actual store, it’s crowded and no one seems to really care about social distancing.

They had the size of shirts I needed when usually I cant find them. Lines were also quick. Surprisingly enough.

A classic WalMart. Little bit of everything! Lots of very attentive and helping floor staff!!! Only real drawback is if you come walking with a wheelchair, theres stairs in the sidewalk, forcing you to use the drive way...

Pretty clean and mostly helpful staff. My biggest complaint is the extremely limited grocery section. The whole point of groceries in a retail store is one stop shopping, not usually possible here
