We have been traveling the USA and needed our prescriptions refilled. We went to the pharmacy with our empty containers and Anna made it so easy. We got our prescriptions refilled in ten minutes. Anna was very cheerful, helpful and she is an asset to the store.

CVS did a terrible job with my prescription! First there was a problem with my insurance so after waiting for over a half hour while the phamastist assistant called them she told me I needed to call Blue Cross and come back. I did that and when I returned they had lost my prescription. Then when they found it they tried to sell me the medicine without the needles needed to use, saying they were on back order and said they dont work with Blue Cross insurance. They blew it in all ways. Back to Walgreens!

Pharmacy staff told me that my prescription will be ready in one hour. When I arrived two hours later, the prescription was still not ready.

Perscriptions literally take days to fill. There is no sense of urgency here. I wouldve been better so much sooner.

I love this CVS. They can be disorganized at times, but they are also pretty busy. Folks who work there are nice and they have a different selection of products (brands, colors, styles) than other stores in town, so I can often find some great deals on drug store beauty, weird candies, and some times some household items. My Mom is a huge fan of their pharmacy and though she does not shop there often enough to be a regular, they still remember and recognize her.

Bruce is the pharmacist at my local CVS he is a wonderful person who always remembers to be helpful and kind, considerate and polite, efficient and accurate. I appreciate him so very much, he is the only reason I go to CVS. I wish more people could experience the general idea of service he has always provided to my entire family. Thank you Bruce!

Yall I was having a really bad day lemme tell you, everything that couldve gone wrong with my prescription did and these folks spent over an hour doing everything in their power to get me my meds and made sure I left with what I needed. A++ customer service 10/10, would recommend. They saved me and my day!

I have to go to CVS per my insurance prescription plan. Good prices but they always take forever. One would expect when they go to their doctor and then go pick up their rx it would be completed; I have never had this experience with CVS pharmacy and that is truly disappointing.

This place used to be good but it has gone down very substantially. Seems like not enough business to hire enough people to make prescriptions, the fundamental business of a pharmacy. Probably close soon, as most businesses in Flagstaff do.

Able to get in and out fast for cold meds

I really like the makeup in this store. It has everything I need. Buuuut, Im not coming here anymore. The cashiers, more than once, followed me. Yeah I see you. Im NOT going to steal.

Disappointed. I was told that my prescription would be ready in 5-6 minutes. In total I waited an hour and watched people come and wait for prescriptions and then get them in a timely manner.

There were out of my prescription. I was told they would order it and it would be in the next morning no later than 10am. I decided to stay in town for an extra day so I could get my prescription filled. I showed up at 11am and they had not received it.

Seemed very disorganized. Ive gone here 3 times and that was it, not going back again.
