With so many rest stop and fuel choices in northern Arizona its hard to choose the right one. The Swift travel center is a most certainly the right one. Well lit, safe, right off the highway, a great selection of snacks, cigars, and diesel fuel. I was greeted by the smiling faces of Kat and Meadow, a welcoming surprise from a long day. Excellent customer service, a hard to find skill now days Will most certainly be coming back.

Love this gas station. I come here before each work day for the tropical tea. Meadow, Kat, Farrah, Abby and Naomi are so helpful here. If they have put away the tea for the day they’ll bring it back out or fill it up for me. Thanks you for opening here and having such a helpful crew.Loyal customer, Matt

Because of the location of this gas station, I was able to make it from the Grand Canyon to Phoenix and back in less than 7 hours. Also, the man working at night was very thoughtful and made sure I had everything I needed with regard to condiments, napkins, etc.

Friendly, fast and efficient service. Very clean restrooms. Snack selection is varied and unique. Management is awesome to work for. You can tell because everyone is happy and the store is always in order and well stocked.It is everything a rest stop/travel center should be.

Incredible. Came here over Memorial Day Weekend and was totally blown away. Why can’t more gas stations be like this one? Everyone that works there is so friendly and helpful. The entire place, even the bathrooms, are so clean. Kudos to everyone running this place/working there. Wish I lived closer.

I go into the Swift travel Center frequently during the week, everyone there is always very helpful and pleasant. Meadow was especially helpful in helping me find the items I was looking for today. She is a very pleasant and happy person.

Every time I go here, the staff are awesome. Ive never had a bad experience and they do a great job with keeping the bathrooms clean and maintaining the appearance of the lot. Great stop for gas or travel break.

Meadow and Kat were super helpful, the store is always super clean and bright, we come here just for the pickles, chips, clean restroom, cleanliness, customer service and everything else. If you every want the best Customer service every time, this is the place to go.

Best and cleanest gas station in Flagstaff. All the employees are great. Meadow and Kat are there every night and are super helpful.

I travel all over the country and I have never encountered such unkind workers at a gas station. I will go out of my way to get gas any where but here. There are many other gas stations in the area with way better prices and customer service.

Manager of this gas station is rude, violent and aggressive. The staff here has very poor customer service skills. They were in able to provide answers to very simple questions.

Love this store! The owners and supervisor are amazing!!! Friendly, helpful cashiers 😁. The store is very clean and beautiful. I live in Kachina but go the extra few miles to this store verses the one in Kachina. More pumps, a lot more room for parking. Bathrooms are handsfree and always clean. I highly recommend this gas station compared to any other one in town!

I thought this was a chain but was told only the one. I am very impressed with this company. It is very clean, great, courteous staff and a nice snack selection with some good deals.I walked here several times because I was at a campground nearby.This is one of the best convenience stores I have been.Highly recommended.

I think the manager is on roids. He is unable to control his emotions. He became very violent and threatened to call the cops because I was using the window squeegee to clean the windows on my vehicle. Very poor customer service. And over priced.

Finally!!!!!! It’s about time someone put a gas station at this exit. This location is very RV/fifth wheel friendly. Really clean and professional place. Great selection of snacks and beverages. Staff was very friendly and willing to assist. I will always fill up here.

Super nice new and clean station with lots of goodies inside. Staff greets you with a smile. Picnic tables in the trees outside to enjoy our snacks. I enjoy filling up here and avoiding the Flagstaff traffic.

Cleanest gas station Ive ever been in. All of the staff is very friendly. The also carry a ton of local products. Check out the local mustard here called Dukes Country Pub Mustard. The local Kombucha is great too.

No dump station

I am new to Flagstaff and have stopped at this store for both gas and snacks and they have a great selection to choose from from fountain drinks to toiletries, coffee to can goods, wine and beer! I am also slightly disabled and each visit I have had a different cashier who, without being asked, all carried my bags to my car for me!My last visit was at 4am on my way back from So. Carolina for holidays. Upon arriving at the house I have been renting was the only unplowed driveway on the entire block which was 2 feet deep of snow. Exhausted from the drive cross country, my inability to trek thru it and the brutal reality that I didn’t have anyone I could call, I drove to Swift. I pondered my situation for 30 mins and thru caution to the wind and explained my dilemma to Mike the clerk on duty, sheepishly I offered to pay him if he could shovel an area big enough for my truck to get down driveway a into garage..... he said give me a min. He made a call and returned ready to follow me to my house. The snow at the street was like a stone but he Mike went at it and I was inside the garage in less than15 mins!!What a way to show off the the best feature of Swift Travel Center which is clearly their staff. Mike is a man of good character and deserves applause!Thank you again for your help!Cynthia

In August 2019, I stopped by while driving from Sedona to the Grand Canyon. A gas station just passing through the mountain road from Sedona and entering the flag staff. The convenience store with a refueling machine is also very beautiful and is recommended for a break.
