I come here every sat and sun for the last two years the lady who usually works is very nice and helpful! I went in today there was a short older lady with dark hair and glasses who immediately gave me attitude for buying lottery tickets after I greeted her with a good morning! She was extremely rude while checking me out and was a extreme hastle trying to tell her I wanted two tickets from the top left dispenser! She said they have names that’s what I go by.... I said it’s to high I can’t see the name needless to say I will no longer support this gas station and I will take my business to a much friendlier business who is helpful to there customers and represents flagstaff as a professional business.

BEWARE! The sales associate on January 31, 2021 was not wearing a face mask. I have been going to this gas station for decades, but I will never go back after today because apparently they dont care about the health or lives of their customers.

Wouldnt let paying customers use the restroom during a blizzard because I close in 20 minutes. Never coming back.

Ive been fueling here for 15 years. Today in a driving rain, the pump wouldnt accept the option to give reciept. I went in and the two girls at counter didnt give a s••t when I suggested they tell management. They gave wrong reciept, which I need for work. I went back in 2nd time, in the rain, for the cirrect reciept, and behind schedule, and I expressed my displeasure at having to come in twice. So they gave me some very rude comments, very flippant. So, after 15 years of making this a fuel stop, looks like Ill go somewhere different.

After pulling in thinking I was getting diesel at 2.81 as advertised on the sign I realized you had to be a member of some club exclusive to this fuel station so I proceeded to fill up at 2.89 when I realized after 5 minutes the pump had only pumped 1.5 gallons

After purchasing 26 gallons of gas and coffee staff will not let you use the restroom so they dont have to clean up in the end of their shift. absurd. Night of 11/22/18.
