The cookies are sooo delicious and I love that there are new cookies introduced each week. It’s so fun to see what is next. Only bad thing is if you love one it goes away the next week. You have to enjoy while you can! Will definitely keep buying more cookies!!

Yummy, coo-kies!!!Sure theyre a bit pricey but its a treat for yourself and Im worth it. I bought a 4 pack they were warm and just wanting some mouth action. Its been a couple of days and the remaining 2 are still fresh and excited to get devoured. The 2 that got the business so far were a very delicious, tasty and satisfying treat.

This app is amazing. Makes it easy to order and send gift cards.

Well wanted to try something for a dessert after dinner so my mom suggested that we try this place. The store is clean and smells like cookies baking so bonus. There wasnt much of a wait however the staff didnt seem too interested in helping anyone out or even saying anything to us or the people before us. Being a new customer they didnt even greet us or let us know what was what, had to just assume they were too busy to care. We ordered off a ipad that wasnt wiped between uses and its unfortunately not a good way to entice people to keep coming here or feel welcome. Anyways it was also a massive let down they didnt have a small cookie sampler box or offers. They have huge cookies or a 4 pack for like 14 bucks. So we got a sugar cookie with icing and a chocolate chip cookie and a small little ice cream. I asked for a spoon and they didnt have any upfront when I asked, so they went and got more. But the guy who got it seemed not to want to be bothered with such a task and sounded moody. After that I thanked them anyways and walked out. The chocolate cookie was decent had a crunch/softness it wasnt too sweet and the ice cream wasnt bad either. But the moment I tasted the sugar omg it hurt my teeth so bad I barely finshed half before I got rid of it. It was so super sugary felt like I ate a cup of pure sugar and added as cookie with a pint of icing. I dont mind sweet I have a decent sweet tooth but that was way way to sugary even for a sugar cookie. The lack of options for smaller size cookies or better options was disappointing. Overall I dont think I will be back from the lack of customer service and attitude to the pricey bowl of sugar it wasnt worth my time or money sadly.

Love this place. Always very clean. Workers are super friendly and the cookies are out of this world… nothing beats the classic chilled sugar cookie

I hadn’t been to Crumbl before and decided to order ahead and chose curbside. Waited for about 15 minutes when it said my cookie had been delivered without me ever seeing anyone walk out the door. I went inside and saw there was a MASSIVE line of people waiting. The two employees never looked up and seemed to be basically ignoring every customer in the store. When I FINALLY was able to get some service, it turns out they just hadn’t wanted to bring my cookie outside, so just marked it delivered without ever trying then gave me a lame excuse about not being able to find me even though I was parked right outside the door. Even if the cookie is good, this was a terrible waste of my time.

The cookies were great however the service was a bit disappointing. I ordered about 45min ahead because I had 2 party packs, this was supposedly curbside delivery. When I arrived I selected accordingly on the app to let them know. I waited 15min with no service so I went in. I waited another 5-10min for someone to ask me what I needed. Then they started putting my order together!! It took them about 15min. They also ran out of cookies I had ordered and substituted for other types as I waited and listened to them take orders for the cookie they told me they were out of. I watched as the manager walked through the front door with a friend and helped himself and friend to a few cookies as the workers scurried to get the orders ready. Very unprofessional as he was speaking Spanish the whole time so nobody knew what he was saying. By far the worst crumbl experience so far. Ugh Ill definitely return but not to this location.

Cookies are fantastic. Just be careful when having cookies delivered. The address will auto fill and may not be accurate. Also the phone # listed for customer service goes to voicemail and then you receive a text to resolve questions. It was a bit frustrating.

Really amazing gourmet cookies; plus they are in a great location, deliver, and are open until midnight! They have a rotating selection of about 8 cookies at a time, most of which are extravagant plays on classic cookies. The cookies can seem bit pricey ($2.50+ a cookie) but are pretty large and well decorated. My only critique is that it would be nice if they offered other desserts too.

I share a wall of my office with Crumbl and it is a real problem, in a good way!! New flavors. Delicious cookies. The kids and I love Crumbl!

The cookies were better the 2nd day. Service was not great. The girl finally came to the register and was a bit rude and said she was busy that I might want to do an online order. It was my first time there. My friend with me wasn’t impressed.

So consistently yummy! Great app and stores with friendly people. (Shout out to Flagstaff, AZ!!!) Just wish they werent out of 3 varieties on our last visit with a 4th that was a bit stale :( Thats a bummer when you were hoping for a 6 pack.

App is easy and intuitive to use. The cookie was pretty good, they were out of a lot of the other things they sold like ice cream.

Michael was extremely helpful with sorting out the DoorDash fiasco I had. I think it is super unacceptable that DoorDash refuses to refund orders due to their drivers and their own negligence, making customers jump through various hoops to solve a problem that was caused by DoorDash in the first place. Anyway, Crumbl has the best cookies and puts their customers first!

I’ve never had a bad experience at any of the locations. The cookies are always fresh and the staff always have a smile. There is so much to choose from.

I love the giant cookies! They always taste amazing and there is an awesome variety. I wish my favorite cookies, such as the cornbread cookie, was a regular!

The wait was short and the cookies tasted well. Our rainbow cookies were overdone and I couldn’t pick it up without it crumbling apart. Other than that the cookies were good.

It’s great place to share tasty creations - I’m mean - no need to share get me three and some ice cream. Cookies were great and chocolate brownie ice cream was on point.

Crumbl is my go to happy food. Cookies are perfect every time and service is quick and easy. Yay for pink boxes!

Dont offer orders in advance if the cookie arent going to be available. Oh and then tell me to return in an hour promising the cookies will be made...and then again arent available and then start to blame catering? I ordered in advance for a reason.

First I love crumbl cookies. They are fantastic. I buy them for every special occasion. However, every time I go to the flagstaff location the employees are rude. The girl at the counter wouldn’t even turn around to talk to me when I asked her questions! Furthermore, I go on a Monday for both ice cream and cookies for a family birthday party and they had no ice cream at all and couldn’t even make one of the weekly cookies? For real? So sad and disappointed in this location. Never have I experienced this in other crumbl locations. 👎🏻

Basic cookies you can easily make for a lot cheaper. Never worth the price.

Very good cookies sometimes costumer service isn’t the best

The cookies are HUGE! They have new flavors every week and all of them have been hits. Staff is usually very nice and the store is usually very clean. Ice cream is very small amounts but they are savory so it makes up for the lack of ice cream you get.

I added a special note for a birthday gift & it was not included in the box.

Let me start by saying that I have always prided myself in making the best sugar cookies around. Well... my world got turned upside down when I bit into my first Crumbl iced sugar cookie (pink top). Oh my goodness I feel like my whole life has been a lie- I did not know that sweet goodness of a flakey sugar cookie could be possible. I can’t stop eating them! I even started hiking so I could get these cookies guilt free- I can’t get enough. On top of that- the gentleman who helped me was so kind and heart-warming (I forgot to get a name) but seriously thank you. As long as you guys are making these delicious, sweet, crumbly cookies I will keep buying!!

The cookies are good, a little sweet but thats just my personal preference, my grudge with this location is I doordash a lot for them, and they tend to poorly package the cookies, either the box is misdone so it opens, or the sticker/seal meant to keep it closed is missing the majority of the time making my delivery more difficult as I have to stop and correctly close the box. Although it might not really be the employees fault, it seems they work hard and fast, theyre just really understaffed for what Ive seen. A bit pricey but the cookies are large, I wouldnt recommend though.

Costs 4.51$ for a cookie. Seems expensive to me but I’m from Louisiana and everything seems to be a little expensive in Flaggstaff. I got the sugar cookie and it’s pretty good. Tasty icing. 3 stars because of the price and the guy working really wasn’t friendly at all. Would be cool if buying mini cookies were an option so that customers could try more flavors without spending about 5$ to try one flavor. I probably won’t be back on this trip.

My wife and kids are obsessed with Crumbl. I prefer plain chocolate chip. Their ice cream is super delicious. Churro and Raspberry cheesecake. Not a fan of the Easter choices but this weeks was great.

Weve been to several Crumbl Cookies these last few months and this location is the most expensive with the worst cookies. We tried it a couple of times to make sure but they are always dry and somehow manage to make delicious cookies taste mediocre at best. If you get a chance to try a different location, they are amazing! But this location in particular isnt worth wasting money on.
