I love this store, it’s my favorite one stop shop. The store is clean, well organized and massive. I buy the majority of my makeup, skin care, hair, perfume and beauty items here. I even get my hair done at the salon at Ulta as well. Their elite stylist Jesse is seriously amazing and the only hair dresser I will ever go to as long as I live in Flagstaff. The manager Mike is super friendly, other staff members are attentive and kind and they almost always have what I want or need in stock. Ten out of ten for sure.

I usually have great experiences at this Ulta location. Today I was greeted when i walked into the door per usual and asked for help to find something, the person to help me was so so helpful and kind. I then asked for help by someone else to find a dupe for some clear brow gel, They were also so so helpful and i ended up going back for recommendations a couple times to them specifically because of how helpful and kind they were. However i would have to say my check out experience was not great. The lady at the counter (didn’t get her name, but long dark brown/black hair) did not ask how i was, if i found everything okay, or anything to greet me. She simply asked for my phone number and went about scanning my items. I was then told i received a free gift because i spent a certain amount of money on a brand, but i didn’t understand what she said as she was mumbling under her breath while not even looking at me while speaking so i asked her to please repeat herself because i didn’t hear her and she rudely looked at me and repeated herself like she was trying to explain what she said to a child. she then proceeded to tell me to “go wait over there” as she pointed to the benefit bar, so i did. I have never been spoken to so rudely by anyone, If you’re having a bad day that’s fine, but you shouldn’t treat people that that amount of disrespect. Although she was no help and very rude, the other 2 people that helped me were great and so so kind. One had long red hair and the other had blonde hair in a bun. I never got their names, but i wish i would’ve because they were amazing!

Katelyn cut my hair and WOW I couldn’t be happier!! Best hair cut I’ve had in ten years! I have curly hair but wanted to blow dry it straight occasionally to style it and also want to work on growing out my hair, it’s below shoulder length. So she gave me a deep conditioning treatment which was super helpful and then blow dried it straight before cutting it, results are fantastic for both a naturally curly style and straight. She helped me find products that actually work for my finer, frizzy hair, and whatever treatments she gave me helped my hair look the best it has in years! She also gave me tips that I didn’t think of for helping grow out my hair, 10/10 experience! Every other salon I’ve ever been too doesn’t understand curly hair and they always cut too much off, leaving it very difficult to grow out, but Katelyn listened to my concerns and delivered with a realistic, healthy haircut!

Decent selection of drugstore products that you can’t get anywhere else in town, but I’d rather order online: If you need a consultation, don’t go to Jessie. She’ll make you feel stupid and speak to you like you’re five. Short curly haired cashier acts like she would rather do anything else than help you and managers who don’t care how their people act. I’m new to makeup and wanted to dress up my hairdo. I came here hopeful and left feeling like garbage.

Global cosmetic brands and amazing accessories with neat displays and testers so we may see, smell, and feel the formulations and decide on our own preferences. Well seasoned makeup artists, aestheticians, hair stylists available to help. We are so happy to have this ulta in Flagstaff.

First time EVER going back to a salon in almost a decade. Haven’t trusted anyone but myself to cut my hair the way I want it. Cherise worked with me, listened to how I wanted it & did AMAZING! :)

Your hair needs Desarae! If you need to be pampered or just need your roots touched up or a haircut...you cannot go wrong with Desarae. Shes fast, conscientious, professional, funny and has amazing customer service. My hair has never felt or looked this good after a highlight. Definitely recommend her.

Made an appointment. Got pushed back 3 hrs later due to staff mistake. Had to cancel. Salon employee spent her time on me which was nice. SHE chose to go with a looser rod at the bangs not me. Returned 2 weeks later to possibly get a tighter curl. Was told I had to pay again. I wont recommend ulta.

This review is specifically for Kelli who tinted and shaped my brows (but the entire staff have been kind/helpful and the store is always clean when I go in). I hadnt had my brows done since early November in 2019 other than plucking to clean them up a few times, so Kelli certainly had her work cut out for her. I have very thick brows naturally and love a thick Brooke Shields, Lily Collins, THICK natural brow moment. Usually when I get my brows done, the artist will wax them a bit thinner than my preference. This was not the experience with Kelli. She took the time to listen to my preferences and asked my advice at every step. She listened to my preference with color and shape and utilized my feedback rather than making decisions on my behalf. I could not be happier with the result--theyre the shape I absolutely love, still thick, and look natural exactly to my preferences. Kelli was also great to talk with and super personable during my appointment. Ive already rebooked for next month and know stopping by to have my brows done by Kelli will be one of my #1 beauty routine staples.

The salon is top notch, my wife and daughters have seen almost every stylist here and always get the very best service. They are treated with respect and care, the finished product is the best we have ever had in Flagstaff.

Love this place so far!! The staff is so helpful and friendly. I came in not so fresh but they didnt assume anything like most places do and one of the ladies color matched me with MAC lip liner and lipstick WITH my mask on. She used pictures i took through my phone...granted it was a process but she narrowed it down.. I went home, put on my face and the colors were spot on. She definitely knows her colors and products. I never got her name but she was the shortest girl there, and Ill definitely consult with her again.

I absolutely LOVE this place! They have so many gorgeous items. I also bought the prettiest lavender nail polish, along with some cute purple glitter nail wraps, and they made my nails look stunning! You have to check this place out!

Today was me & my mothers first experience in a UB store at our neighboring town Flagstaff, and they did not disappoint 👏 very friendly staff and great customer service 👌🏼 will definitely be returning to spend more money! I just got my brows done and a signature haircut in the same visit. I have a scab across my right brow where my skin was torn off, and my bangs are ridiculously short and uneven. Save yourself.

The staff is AMAZING. I know nothing about makeup and they made my experience super fun and helped me a ton. The manager was so fun and sweet!

I was with a friend who was getting service at Ulta the other day. I observed I believe the guys name was Cody and another employee Jessie . Were being very rude and talking amongst themselves (rather loudly) about a Mgr ( who was totally nice upon entering ulta)who was present in store. I never seen anything so childish since I was in high school! Rest assured I will not get any service done at Ulta. I though Ulta was a professional establishment!! I will not recommend any clients to go unless you want to see high school behavior! Very disappointing to see this behavior! Meanwhile the Mgr maintained her professionalism. Come on Ulta. Get it together

Went there tonight for the first time since its been open. Not one to look for specialty items . But whoa...tons of options. Time to get spiffy for 2021

Set my appointment at 5pm... I arrived 15mins early, then I get told I’ll be waiting another 30 mins, so about 5:30pm to get my haircut when they close at 6pm. Why have me set an appointment and wait?.... when NO ONE was in the salon area all the chairs were empty......

My wife received a haircut from their salon, they did an uneven trim and gave her overly bright highlights. She was rescheduled to have it fix for free, however, they ended up charging us an extra $46 to fix the highlights. We attempted to work it out with the manager, which she was firmly set on the idea that the hair was a rework not a fix. The manager was rude and unprofessional to the point that she called my wife a “thief” for refusing to pay for their mistakes. My wife was never informed of additional charges and was immediately denied the chance to talk to anyone above the shift manager. We were threatened to have the cops called on us for refusing to pay. We ended up paying and are currently trying to have the matter resolve with their corporate customer service. Bad service and customer service, worst of all, they will make you pay again to fix with threats~interesting business practice to say the least. GO ELSEWHERE!
