They’re not actually open in the mall this year

The store was clean, organized, and well laid out. The staff greeted me upon entering, and offered assistance if necessary. I enjoyed looking at the different costumes and decorations. When purchasing my items, the cashier was friendly and thanked me for being patient while he learned the register. The manager was nearby to help the transaction go smoothly. It was a great experience.

I’m giving 1 start if any.. I’m trying to find a store for last minute items and this one is closed!?!?

The staff were nice. They didnt really have alot of different size variety. And alot of the motion censor props didnt work properly.

Good costume variety, lots of other paraphernalia. If only I had known that the lobster costumes were the first to go.

Love the time of year when spirit comes to town.

Store was not as great as it seemed. The lined was very long and it was hard to find help in the store. Party City is way better

Had so much fun at this store looking at all the variety of costumes and Halloween decorations. Will be back next year for sure!

Spirit sale is supposed to be 50% off starting nov 1st. At 5pm on nov 2nd place is closed, locked, and deserted. No signs saying why or if/when they will open

This place was a let down. They didnt have displays or animatronics working like they doat the Campbell store.
