There have been several delays that are out of our control, and he has been gracious and helpful throughout the entire process. He has really helped take the nervousness out of the process, and make sure things get done. He also has great attention to detail. I would recommend Bob and his team to anyone without having to worry about their trustworthiness or ability for quality work. 5/5 recommend. I hope to have other projects done by them in the future.

He kept his appointment, even after extreme circumstances and went above and beyond what we anticipated, in his effort to assist us. Highly recommend! I’ve now had two great experiences with his assessment of my property and he has even worked alongside forensic structural engineering and geotechnical engineering firms and potentially others who may be involved in the next steps in repairing my very damaged home. He’s one of the very few contractors who I trust.

B3 Construction installed new windows in our home, 17 to be exact. Each required removal of existing trim and window, installation of the new window including new weatherproofing, reinstallation of the trim, paint touchup, and cleanup. The price quoted was fair and Bob stuck to it, even when the installation took longer than expected due to weather and a little bit of Murphy’s Law along the way. I’d recommend B3 to anyone interested in fair, honest, quality work. And I’d use B3 again.

Bob, helped me with a home I recently bought. His crew installed a couple of interior doors, did some roof work, plumbing, and electrical work. What I was impressed most with was his completive pricing while delivering quick and quality service. He was also very helpful with his recommendation for the type of window to install. The crew were professional, very careful about protecting the inside of the house and cleaning up at the end of each day. The windows look great and are very happy with our windows and the installation.

Bob was really nice and seemed interested in doing a sliding glass door install in our home. We were promised a quote for the following week. After not getting that quote, I called and left at least 5 messages with B3 over the next few weeks, with no response. I then wrote an email inquiring about the status of the quote. I got a response the following week promising a quote by the end of that week. After still not getting that quote, I wrote another email. I then got a response telling me that they wouldnt be doing the job, with no explanation, over a month after the initial visit. Had we known this, we would have been inquiring with other companies. We are very displeased with the experience.

This is a great company. B3 replaced some siding on the front of my home, damaged from an ice dam. I was worried about the repair due to the location of the damage and the fact that the paint would need to be matched with the rest of the house. Bob was very knowledgeable with all aspects of the building code, home materials, and history of the neighborhood. His team was able to not only replace the siding, but added some additions to ensure that an ice dam would not damage the siding again. His painter was able to match the color to the rest of the house perfectly. Great work at a great price!

Bob Harris at B3 Construction remodeled my home top-to-bottom. Bob ensured that all operations were well managed and completed in proper fashion and on time. The project was funded through a 203K Loan that required additional paperwork including county permits and inspections for financing. Moreover, Bob is a down-to-earth contractor that follows up on all levels.Bob 3’s scope of work included but was not limited to: a new roof, exterior paint, a new hot water tank, a new hot water tank encasement, (3) custom new stair landings, new exterior bordering trim, new cabinetry, counter tops, sinks and accessories for the kitchen and two bathrooms, flooring (carpet and vinyl), exterior doors, security doors, plumbing and toilets, modifications on interior design including lighting and other electrical modifications, a new stall room for the master bedroom toilet, new energy efficient windows and sliding door house-wide, subfloor modifications/corrections, bathroom fans, bedroom, living room and dining room fans, engineering specs, appliances (washer and dryer, refrigerator, dish washer, range and an over-the-range- microwave) and custom closets.Without question I will recommend B3 construction (Bob Harris) for any remodel project.
